Like planting a garden in early spring, we never know what direction this sale will take, or what will fill these pages.
This year’s crop is a wonderfully colorful array, from esteemed artists and collections throughout the country. As always, there is a great selection of familiar names and subjects, but there’s also lots of new artists we are introducing for the first time this year. We are proud of this year’s selection of affordable, beautiful and diverse works, worthy of our esteemed clientele, and we hope you find something you love.
It was a pleasure cultivating this year’s sale. I’ve met some wonderful consignors and artists, and I have heard some interesting stories of how these collections came to be. I hope this shows through in these 150+ lots.
We are also well on our way in building our fledgling scholarship fund for local high school students pursuing their college education in fine and applied arts. A portion of our proceeds from this auction will be added to that fund.
We hope you join us the night of the auction, either by bidding online, over the phone, or under the tent. Cocktails on the terrace start at 4:00 and bidding begins at 5:30.
Enjoy!
