WARS

By Marina Balagueró

ARE OVER! There have been no wars in the world for more than three years. The last war started in 2023 in Gaza. Society has changed a lot since then, and now conflicts are no longer fixed through wars. Wars only produced misfortunes in the world, thousands of deaths, destruction of houses, hospitals, shops, cities… They also used to make people have to leave their country or people who stayed suffer a lot, because they were very afraid that they will be killed.

In conclusion, wars were one of the worst things that could happen in the world. There have been millions and millions of wars, and now they're over, how did that happen? What has happened is that they have put an SDG of peace, justice and strong institutions. And it has been possible to fulfill thanks to everyone, since each one has done something in favour of peace.

An inspiring example is the recent government initiative that guarantees equal wages for men and women in the labour field. This historical measure not only recognizes the intrinsic value of work, but also establishes a precedent for an economic tract to occupation.

In addition, the education sector has experienced an inclusive revolution, with programmes designed to eliminate gender stereotypes from an early age. Students of all ages now have access to unrestricted educational opportunities based on their gender, thus fostering a more equitable and promising future.

In business, more and more women are taking on leadership roles, challenging traditional barriers and demonstrating their undeniable ability. Companies committed to gender diversity are reaping the benefits of diverse and creative teams, promoting a more enriching and productive work environment. These advances highlight the global commitment to gender equality and prove that as we break our barriers, we are building a world where everyone has a chance to thrive, regardless of gender. Although there is still work to be done, we celebrate these achievements that bring us even closer to a fairer and more equitable society.

Tobacco disease ends in Indonesia! by Enric Serra

An agreement between the government will allow children to be safe when they are next to the plant that has been threatening the world since 2018 Indonesia is the 5th biggest producer of tobacco. Children younger than 15 used to work in Indonesia, although it was illegal. However, around 1.5 million children worked in agriculture. Thousands worked on tobacco plantations. Many had “green tobacco sickness”. They got weak. They got headaches. They could not go to school. They helped their families make money. They made only one dollar a day. Human rights groups have changed this. They talked to big Indonesian tobacco companies and now they’ve decided to let the children go to school instead of going to work. Breaking News! | 14

All of the internal basins IN CATALONIA are in all-time highs At the end of autumn 2029 unexpected torrential rains, which neither scientists nor meteorologists hadn’t calculated, stroke the central-northern area of Catalonia. This fact filled the swamps up to one hundred percent, but the rains were so strong that the trees surrounding the swamp fell in and dirty the water hastily. Experts estimate that this water will take about 6 months to remove all the trees, and another 3 to clean the water. But finally, now in 2030, all the Catalonian internal basins are full and clean. WATER CRISIS BACK IN THE 20'S 2023 was a terrible year. It didn’t rain in Catalonia for some months, and when it rained, it rained very little quantities. So, obviously, there was a drought. The use of desalination plants on the coast was then promoted. The Catalonian government ordered restrictions on the use of water, because one person can use on average about eleven thousand litres of water per year. It was expected that 2024 would be a better year, but the opposite happened, and also in 2025 and 2026.

IT IS ALREADY POSSIBLE TO SLEEP IN A TAXI by Júlia Moreno Travelling to New York City may be expensive, but a new company has managed to significantly reduce the cost of accommodation. For less than $40 a night, budget-aware vacationers can enjoy millions of dollars' views of Manhattan from behind a taxi! Recently, businessman Jonathan Powley began offering night rentals of New York vans and taxis to Airbnb. Each vehicle is modified to accommodate a large bed and a fan. Apparently, there is no room for bathing in taxis, but Pauley compiled a list of restaurants in the area that allow guests to use their own bathrooms. The so-called "rolling houses" have already caught the attention of many tourists looking for a location in the city center without great prices in the city: you are just a stop of the Grand Central Station and three stops in Times Square, less than 10 minutes away.

EATING GRAPES IS GOOD FOR YOUR EYES We all know carrots are good for our eyesight. A new study says grapes are also good for our eyes

By Anna Galceran According to the National University of Singapore, eating a few grapes a day can help our vision, especially in the elderly. One of the researchers of this study said: "Our study shows that the consumption of grapes positively affects the eye health of humans." It is a food that is easy to find in all supermarkets and is available to everyone. This is good news for people who don't like carrots. 34 people conducted an experiment to confirm that grapes are just as good as carrots. Half of them ate a cup and a half of grapes every day; the other half ate a snack. Researchers found that people who ate the grapes had better muscle

According to a study by the University of Catalonia, no gender inequality has been detected for more than three years by Abril Balagueró The University has carried out a study that shows that there are the same number of women and men in politics, that there has been no gender aggression for a long time, that there is the same probability for men and woman to fall into poverty. There is also very little chance that a woman has received sexual and physical violence from her intimate partner, and that there are more and more multimillionaire women. In this study, we can also see the difference in rights of a woman from now on than a woman from before. You can see the change perfectly that has taken place in society, and there is no doubt that this great change will remain in history. We can also see the wage change that has taken place over the years. A great economic inequality was that of footballers. Women did not charge as much as men for the simple fact that women's football was always in the shade of male football. Therefore, women were not really paid for their talent. This improvement was promoted to do by a group of young people from all over Catalonia, approximately 50%, who would be about 425,560 teenagers. Thanks to them, who were doing talks and campaigns, more people wanted to join in this movement until we arrived in this wonder which really is what it should have been always. All these people say they have done all this because we arrived at a point where more than 14 women were killed per month. They say it's very sad to have to get to that point, to have to get to that of now. And finally they tell us that they started with all this more than anything for people who were living it or who had lived something similar because it can bring many psychological problems. They have also done so that the new generations do not have the thought that because they are a woman or some other gender they will treat them badly, they will hurt them, or they will even kill hem.
