Ghanshyam “Gary� is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in developing innovative silicone polymer solutions for clients in automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, fiber optics & electronics, construction, marine, power generation, energy, utility and many other industrial spaces. In his professional career, Gary has helped many of our clients for their product development from design, prototyping, reverse engineering, material selection and mass production of products with Elastostar designed and manufactured extrusion and molded silicone components.

Hiren “Harry� is an innovator with 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality management, sales and customer service. Harry has deep experience with running large scale manufacturing operations compliant with ISO 9000 and NSF standards among other various industry specific compliance requirements. Further more with his passion for quality and customer service, he works very closely with our customers to identify best fit silicone material for their complex gasket, seal, tubing, o-rings and sleeve applications and mass produce quality custom components in cost effective manner.
