This vertical garden looks like a thing that I can see it everyday in my life, what is that?

Square shaped...

Wait! It looks like...

QR code!

Maybe I can let the QR code to be the logo?

A CRAZY IDEA LOGO is used to help people identify the products or company. Therefore, the logo is unique and special which contains the main meaning in it. But I am thinking about whether people can have some interactions with the logo, even when people first see the logo they can know what that logo for immediately. So I tried to design a logo which contains both identification and interaction.

I looked back to my research, reading the articles and looking over the photos on the internet about the Musée du Quai Branly museum.

Then I found the draft drawing of vertical garden looks like something that I will see everywhere in my life? QR code! Every QR code is unique and if I can use QR code as a logo for the Musée du Quai Branly museum, people can scan the logo anytime and anywhere they want when they visit the museum. Also, people may buy some souvenirs in the museum, thus they will take this interaction logo everywhere in the world and only need to scan it they can know what is that for.

This logo is not only a symbol or shape, but also alive!

INTERACTION LOGO When people first see a logo and they do not know what is that logo for, they may just walk away or they have to take a photo and google it by google image, but this is too tedious.

So this interaction logo can let people know what this logo for just after people scan it. Also, a QR code will arouse people’s curiosity and promot them to scan this logo.

RULES Rebrand and rethink about the logo of the Musée du Quai Branly museum. Making different types of logo forms which can be used in different areas. For example, website, phone, poster, books and so on.

The layouts below show horizontal and vertical two main types. So each type will have another two different kayouts according to the typefaces.

There are two kinds of typefaces which with two different heights, one is the same height of the logo and another one is around 2/3 height of the logo. According to the purpose to decide which form to choose.

COLOUR PALETTE The main colour palette contains six colours. All these six colours are quite light and bold. All these six colours are found by the vertical garden of the Musée du Quai Branly museum. Those light and bold colour not only represent to the living greenery but also represent to the bold energy of the museum. The three coner focus points of QR code can also be used as bolts on the wall to hold the posters. Letting the elements of logo can cover the whole area of the Musée du Quai Branly museum.

There is a new function in PETstock website, people can upload their cute pets’ photos onto this website and choose whatever interesting stickers onto their pets.

So how to collect these stickers? When people come to the PETstock, after they comsuming in the PETstock they can have chance to collect one sticker in their account.

LOGO DESIGN

All the funny or fashion products are made from this knit ball, therefore I tried to use this knit ball as my K Knit Studio logo.

But I found almot all the knitting brands are using knit ball and its pattern as their logo, so I hope I can something different.

Therefore, instead of doing the normal knit ball, I used the circle as the overall shape and the letters as a face to let this logo become more fashion and different. Also, this logo can act as a character and create a series of interesting characters for this brand.
