Where has this year gone!!! Here we are at the beginning of November, it only seems like yesterday I was saying the same thing about January!!! It is wonderful to think that our meeting in November will be our 150th meeting, how good is that, to celebrate there will be a free drink for all members who come along to the meeting. Programmes for 2018 are coming along nicely, there will be another Petanque contest in January, another supper night with film in February - please remember, doors do not open until 7 pm in order to give
us time to set the room up. We are looking at the possibility of hiring the little train for a guided tour of Historic Velez in March and are planning another Skittles contest at Atillas for April. We have finalised our trip for May, we have organised a three night trip to Murcia and the surrounding areas, apologies to those who were expecting Valencia, it proved too expensive! Full details of the trip can be found on page 7. The dress to Impress evening is coming along nicely, remember, if you want a table for you and a
group of friends to please let us know, however, if a table is not complete, i.e. 10 people, the committee reserve the right to allocate people to that table in the event we have people who we are unable to accommodate elsewhere due to the tables being full. We are a friendly Asociacion and we hope you will make any extra people allocated to your table welcome. We will continue to plan ahead for the rest of the year and hope you will join us in as many as possible.
