Hog roast
Chairmans report by sue Jones Hello, I hope you are enjoying the hot weather, but are being sensible about sunscreen protection and keeping hydrated, I cannot stress how important it is to keep your fluid intake up, and by fluids I don’t mean alcoholic fluids!!!! All jokes aside, keep cool and look after yourself. As you will see the Hog Roast was a great success and our thanks go to AxarCaterers who did an excellent job and to Mis Tapitas ( Billy and
Isabella) for allowing us to use their venue, also to Liquid Lunch for the entertainment. We have now confirmed the Valencia trip with the coach company and we now require your second payments please, to those who only paid the holding deposit of €25 we would ask that you pay a minimum of €100 per person as the coach company need to pay the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.
Don’t forget there is still time to book the Menu del Dia at Finca Oasis las Palmeras, on 19th July, it is a new venue and deserves our support. There are a few places left on the Almunecar trip on the 15th August and we still have places for the Skittles Tournament which is great fun. I look forward to seeing you on Monday night.
