Welcome to your February Newsletter, it just seems like yesterday I was writing the January one! At least the nights are getting lighter now and hopefully it will start to warm up as well. Last year it was brought to our attention that some people had been to more than two meetings and had not joined the Asociacion, as you know, we welcome visitors and encourage any member to bring their friends along, however we would ask that after two visits they consider becoming members, unless of course they are family or
friends visiting from the UK. It is only fair to our members who pay their fees every year. In order to monitor this we have decided to introduce a visitors book which we would ask you to ensure any friends or family sign when they come to our meetings, it will be located just inside the meeting room on the desk on the left as you come in. Thank you. This month we will also be handing out a short survey regarding the future direction of the Asociacion, we would very much like your input as to how you see future
meetings/events/trips etc. I would ask you to please take a few minutes to complete this during the meeting and hand back to a committee member. These survey forms will also be available to any member during February and March, just ask a committee member. We will hope to publish the results in April or May when we have had time to collate all the responses. Thank you to Philip Paviour for his suggestion.
