We all love a natural summer glow! But we tend to forget that summer is when our skin is exposed to greater harm than usual.

Q: Tell us about your daily skincare routine.

A: In the morning, I use a serum and moisturising cream before applying make-up. At night, I do a skin cleanse, eye contour cream and night cream.

Once a week, I also do a face exfoliation and apply a moisturising mask.

A: Quality family time, a dip in the cold sea on a very hot day and chocolate, lots of chocolate.

A: Taking special care at night before bedtime and drinking plenty of water.

SUMMER FRESH RECIPES SALMON POKE BOWL PREPARATION TIME: 40 MINUTES SERVINGS: 5 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS: 650 g of skinless raw salmon 1 avocado 1/2 tbsp ground ginger 85 ml soy sauce 20 ml sesame oil 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 dash wasabi powder (optional) Toasted sesame seeds for garnish 500 g raw sushi rice 5 tbsp rice vinegar 3 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp salt

PREPARATION: 1. Cook the sushi rice. Meanwhile, prepare the rice seasoning by mixing the rice vinegar, sugar and salt.

2. When rice is ready, let stand 10 minutes, then pour seasoning over it and mix gently. Let cool.

3. Cut the salmon and avocado into small cubes place them in a salad bowl. Prepare the sauce by mixing the ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and wasabi.

4. Keep fresh until ready to serve. Fill a bowl with rice, fish and avocado. Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds.

QUICK GASPACHO PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES SERVINGS: 4 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS: 5 tomatoes 1 cucumber 1/2 red pepper 1/2 onion 1 clove of garlic 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper PREPARATION: 1. Wash and dice vegetables.

2. Use a mixer to blend.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

WATERMELON SORBET PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES SERVINGS: 4 ½ CUP SERVINGS INGREDIENTS: 600 g watermelon chunks 1 lemon or 1 lime Sweetener (optional) PREPARATION: 1. Before you begin, cut watermelon into cubes and freeze them. Freeze in a single layer on a tray.

2. Use a food processor to blend watermelon.

Little by little, add the juice from the lemon or lime for perfect taste and texture.

3. Add sweetener if desired.

QUINOA CUCUMBER STRAWBERRY SALAD PREPARATION TIME: 40 MINUTES SERVINGS: 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS: 1 bunch watercress 100 g strawberries 1/4 cucumber 66 g quinoa Feta cheese 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar 1/2 red pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp sunflower oil Salt & pepper

SUN TEA PREPARATION TIME: 3 HOURS SERVINGS: 6 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS: 4 tea bags (We recommend a green tea like Passionfruit or Elderflower or a white tea like Peach or Pear. Flavoured black teas like grapefruit or strawberry also work well.) A few sprigs of mint (optional)

PREPARATION: 1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and the red pepper for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and quinoa. Stir frequently until quinoa browns.

(4 - 6 minutes) 2. Add 85 ml water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool 5 minutes before placing the quinoa on a plate.

3. Meanwhile, rinse the watercress, cut the strawberries into pieces and the cucumber into thin strips.

4. Arrange the quinoa, vegetables and strawberries on a plate and add the feta. Drizzle olive oil, sunflower oil and balsamic vinegar.

PREPARATION: 1. Put 4 tea bags into 2 litre glass container. Fill with water and cap.

2. Place outside where the sunlight can strike the container for about 3 to 5 hours. Move if necessary to keep in the sun. Once tea reaches desired strength, remove from sun and place in refrigerator. You may or may not want to remove the tea bags at this point.

3. Add a few sprigs of fresh mint if desired.
