-Moulin Rouge is a company that serves street food, we usually work in food markets in the morning where customers can have breakfast while taking advantage to buy fruits and vegetables and in the more open markets in the afternoon, where the customer can have dinner or eat something sweet while listening to music or enjoy- ing a live show performers.

-It is about making and / or serving food and drinks at an event, market, a public place or a means of food truck.

-The clients it is addressed to are from families, couples, groups of friends, and all the others.

-Our brand position in the restaurant market is that of a very accessible price for all audiences where the bene t is a minimum cost and a high number of sales.

DECING CONCEP After meeting with you to learn about the company concept that you are as a professional kitchen and sale of French-style crepes in markets and the name chosen is one of the most famous cabarets in the world, the Moulin Rouge we wanted to unite these three concepts to the maximum , Crepe, Moulin Rouge and street food.

Like the choice of these three colors, very chosen in the food of gurmet giving a touch of elegance, red by the mill and orange as the closest color to the mass of the crepe while remaining a striking color great for this type business in the markets.

The logo follows the same guidelines formed by a crepe that wraps or embraces a red Mill and the typeface brought to the time in which this sow cab aret is based.
