The Eight Foundation is a grant making charitable foundation formally launched in September 2017 with a mission to support individuals and small, local charities who need donations in order to provide much needed services within their local community.
The Foundation looks to award funds in Hampshire and the surrounding counties to a wide range of charities and individuals who would substantially benefit from funding in the following areas:
Small charities are often at the heart of our communities, helping to tackle local issues. With very small budgets, these charities often go unnoticed, but their efforts have a huge impact on our community and its members.
Now more than ever, people are needing the vital support these charities provide, but without funding we will lose the personal and tailored services they offer.
In order to connect people and build stronger communities we need the help of you, our Eight Wealth Community, in ensuring these charities know who we are and that we are here to help them and support the amazing work they do. So, help us to help others by letting your local charities know who we are. Grant application forms can be found on our website.

Sunday the 16th July saw our Foundation FC's very first debut against Fawley AFC!
The team have been working incredibly hard training and it was a pleasure supporting them at the charity match day. Kits looked amazing and these are available to order!!
The day raised £856 for The Eight Foundation which will go so far in changing someone ' s life.

This was no mean task and we are incredibly grateful for her support.

The Eight Foundation are thrilled to be able to support
Brandon is 8 years old living locally in Fareham, Hampshire, Brandon has a rare and incurable form of Muscular Dystrophy.
The condition therefore means Brandon is confined to a wheelchair and his muscles are deteriorating.
Does Brandon let this define him....... absolutely not!
He is full of life laughs and smiles!
Brandon attends mainstream school, with his muscles gradually weakening due to his condition , Brandon is now struggling to keep up with his work and his friends, he finds writing using a pencil very tiring.
When the Foundation were put in touch with Brandon & his family we just knew how to help!
The Eight Foundation purchased a brand new IPAD/Magic Keyboard & touch pencil fitted with specialist school software to enable Brandon to keep up with his friends and school work. The iPad will be fitted with voice recognition for when the time comes that Brandon can no longer have the use of his hands.
This Grant really has changed his life and in the words of his mother
" you have made my child feel included"
