2023 RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled, eight weeks prior to the first night of your accommodation, your deposit will be refunded less 25% of the total tariff of your reservation

Reservation amendments / guest transfer are at the discretion of the Eiger Chalet Reservation Hosts & subject to availability. They will incur an administration fee of $150 per amendment, as well as any additional tariff applicable Guest change over within an existing reservation incur a $150 fee.

Cancellations & amendments can only be made in writing (via email) between the Chalet & the Guest in which the original reservation was made (stay@eiger.com.au). White Spider Restaurant reservations & meal inclusions are non-transferrable & non-refundable.

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance whenever you travel, to cover any incidental losses (theft of ski's/boards, equipment etc), damage, personal injury or illness, including the inability to travel

Guest Relaxation Sun Lounge, serving complimentary tea & coffee, guest library & chess sets Cinema Room, with DVD's available Games Room, equipped with a pool table, foosball table & table tennis. Ski/Snowboard Boot Drying Room, located near the Chalet entrance with a separate ski clothes drying room located in the Guest Laundry

All services & Guest amenities subject to closure without prior notice at the discretion of the Chalet.

PERISHER BABYSITTING | CHILD MINDING

We recommend Snowy Mountains Babysitting, our local, professional babysitting agency. Beth & her team will come & care for your babies & children in the comfort of the Eiger Chalet, ensuring their safety & wellbeing. For bookings or more information contact 0490 899 075 or visit www.snowymountainsbabysitting.com.au This service is an independent reservation made with yourself & the agency. Only Chalet Guests are permitted to occupy the Chalet Guest Rooms & breakout areas for babysitting services.

Guest Massage Services

Pamper yourself with a post ski recovery massage in our Chalet Guest Massage Room, with our local professional & brilliant therapist, Paul. Reservations | 0422 011 043 | SMS (preferred)

Please note, this is an external arrangement between yourself & the therapist. All appointments are as per arrangement with the therapist direct & subject to their availability.

WINING & DINING | BREAKFAST & DINNER

Chalet guests enjoy a gourmet breakfast & your choice of a 2 course meal (entrée & main course or main course & dessert) from our White Spider Restaurant À La Carte Menu, daily per person. You are more than welcome to order a 3rd additional course from our menu & purchase/charge this to your room on the evening if you wish.

CHILDREN (2-14 years)

Enjoy a 2 course dinner from our nutritious children's menu

To upgrade children to the adults menu, an additional surcharge of $35 per day will be applied We kindly ask you to confirm this upon check in or with our Chalet Host

INFANTS (0-2 years)

Full children's meals are not included for infants aged 0-2 years, we kindly request you discuss your infants meal requirements at the time of confirming your reservation or with reception upon check in to arrange your necessary requirements prior to your families dinner reservation.

Please advise at your time of booking of any special dietary requirements you may have If you are vegetarian, we kindly ask you to confirm if you eat fish?
