Industry Overview The Soap Industry The Soap Industry economic impact worldwide in 2019 was $18 billion and is expected to reach $22 billion by 2022.

The Family owned soap businesses generate about $150 million worldwide.

Over 8 million people use 13 or more bars of soap a year, and 118 million Americans use at least one moisturizing soap bar a year.

Our position in the industry When we created Bubble Works we wanted to make a cheaper and better soap for our customers.

The Competition Our direct competitor is Bath And Body works but they don't offer cheap and affordable prices on all soaps.

What makes us unique We are unique because we offer a local small soap business to bring their product into Bubble Works to market their product .

Marketing mix Product: At Bubble Works we offer a large variety of soaps that are affordable and better quality than our competitors. Our best selling soap is our speciality fruit scented and infused bars. We look to add more scents to our fruit scented soap selection.

Price: We set our prices based on all the ingredients that go into the soap bar. The price of the final bar covers the cost of all that goes into the bar. We look to add deals and packages to our menu.

Promotion: We promote all types of scented and beneficial soaps. We use advertisements on social media to promote our product. We can do better at promoting our products by getting television ads, and magazine ads.

Place: We are currently located in Saugus, MA but we can improve our shop by making it look more appealing and offering delivery services locally for now and look to expand and deliver nationally.
