D E A R F R I E N D S O F E P I S CO PA L H I G H S C H O O L , Welcome to a new school year at Episcopal High School! Each fall brings fresh energy and new opportunities for our students to grow in the classroom, on the field or stage, and in spirit. As we honor our past, embrace the present, and shape our future, we do so because of a community that believes deeply in our Mission and invests in our students through the EHS Fund. For more than four decades, Episcopal High School has prepared young men and women to lead lives of purpose through our Four Pillars of academics, arts, athletics, and religion. Every day, our students are challenged to discover their God-given talents, pursue excellence, and serve others with integrity and compassion. The EHS Fund is our School’s first and most important philanthropic priority. Gifts to the EHS Fund provide immediate support for the programs, people, and experiences that make an EHS education so distinctive and impactful. Thank you for your continued friendship, generosity, and belief in Episcopal High School. Go Knights!

A donation to the EHS Fund is the first and most important philanthropic gift we ask of community members.

As an independent school, EHS relies on annual giving to help bridge the gap between tuition and the full cost of an exceptional education. These unrestricted gifts are put to work immediately in the year they are made, supporting the current operating budget and the people, programs, and experiences that make EHS extraordinary—from classrooms to playing fields to performance spaces and Daily Chapel.

THE PILL ARS SOCIET Y The Pillars Society is the heart of the EHS Fund. It recognizes families who commit to giving $2,500 or more annually for multiple years, typically beginning in a student’s freshman year and continuing through his or her graduation.

By joining the Pillars Society, families provide steady, leadership-level support with a lasting impact. A multi-year commitment allows families to establish a tradition of generosity while giving the School the confidence to plan for the future. Pledge reminders are sent throughout the year, with payment due by May 1.

In recognition of their leadership and generosity, Pillars Society members are invited to attend Celebration of Giving each spring, in addition to the EHS Fund Cocktail Party for all donors each fall.
