NEWS FROM ENGLEWOOD HEALTH FOUNDATION • SUMMER 2025

There is something irresistible about the pace and pressure of a good game show. I am always drawn in, watching eagerly as contestants give it their all.
Here at Englewood Health, I see that same drive and determination every day. And the prize is indeed life-changing: brighter futures for families across our region.

Thanks to your generosity, we continue raising the bar—expanding access, enhancing care and building a stronger, more innovative health system for all. There is still so much more we can do, together.
In this issue of Connect, I am happy to step up to the puzzle board and turn a few letters as we reveal just how far philanthropy takes us. Thanks for being in it to win it.

Let’s give a big round of applause for standout contestant Audrey de Jonge. This lifelong Bergen County resident brings heart, hustle and a whole lot of hometown pride to Englewood Health. Inspired by her mother’s remarkable 30-year volunteer legacy, she proudly carries the torch as a member of the health system’s high-performing volunteer team. She is one of nearly 200 volunteers who in 2024 alone contributed close to 30,000 hours and completed more than 11,000 service calls across the hospital.
But Audrey does not stop there. She is also a supporter of the Englewood Health Foundation, giving back to ensure others receive high-quality, compassionate care. When she is not winning hearts at the hospital, Audrey enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, soaking up every joyful moment. Her passion for people, service and community makes her a true Englewood Health all-star. Let’s hear it for Audrey—a hometown hero who is always ready to play the giving game for a win!
