The documentary follows 3 EHL students on their learning journeys to fulfil their hospitality dreams in ingapore and witzerland heriann Heng, a ingaporean who pursued a pecialist Diploma in Hospitality Operations Management with Republic Polytechnic in ingapore. he left her then-budding career in hospitality in hopes that a formal business management education with EHL will lead to a quicker career progression. ovann Kao, left her close-knit family in ambodia to pursue her degree in ingapore. he plans to gain the necessary hospitality skills, business expertise and professional experience at EHL, then return home to transform her family business.
