الوفد الروسً ٌغادر إلى موسكو بعد تفقد مطار القاهرة الدولً تهانى عبد الرحٌم -هشام عبد العزٌز غادر مطار القاهرة الدولً ،الجزء الثانً من الوفد األمنً الروسً ، وذلك بعد زٌارة للقاهرة استغرقت 5أٌام ،تفقد خاللها الوفد مبنً الركاب " "2الجدٌد ،وقام بثالث محاوالت مختلفة الختراق بوابات تأمٌن المبنً ، مستخدما عبوات هٌكلٌة ودوائره كهربائٌة تستخدم فً التفجٌر ،وتمكنت شرطة تأمٌن المطار من كشؾ المحاوالت الثالث ،كما عقد الوفد جلسات مع مسئولً الطٌران بوزارة الطٌران المدنً وبالمطار ،وذلك قبل كتابتهم التقرٌر النهائً الستئناؾ حركة الرحالت بٌن القاهرة وموسكو مرة ثانٌة ، بعد توقفها بسبب حادثة سقوط الطائرة الروسٌة بشمال سٌناء اخر اكتوبر . ٢٠١٥ وصرحت مصادر أمنٌة بالمطارأنه تم إنهاء إجراءات سفر ٥من أعضاء الوفد علً الطائرة السوٌسرٌة ومنها إلً موسكو ،وقالت المصادرإن الجزء األول ؼادر بطائرة خاصة مساء الجمعة الماضٌة ،وسوؾ ٌظل فرد واحد من الفرٌق األمنً الروسً لٌؽادر المطار علً الطائرة اإلٌطالٌة المتجهة إلً روما ومنها إلً روسٌا

إقالع الطائرة الٌمنٌة من مطار القاهرة بعد تأخر 7ساعات كتب محمود عبد الغنى أقلعت طائرة الخطوط الٌمنٌة المتجهة إلى مدٌنة سٌئون ،من مطار القاهرة الدولً، منذ قلٌل ،بعد تأخر 7ساعات بسبب االشتباكات مع الحوثٌٌن. وقالت مصادر مالحٌة فى مطار القاهرة ،إن طائرة الخطوط الٌمنٌة رحلة ٦٠7 المتجهة إلى سٌئون أقلعت من المطار بعد تأخر 7ساعات عن موعد اإلقالع المقرر لها بجدول التشؽٌل ،للحصول على تصرٌح قوات التحالؾ العربى للعبور فى أجواء آمنة من االشتباكات مع الحوثٌٌن.

هبوط اضطرارى لطائرة فرنسٌة إلنقاذ حٌاة راكب مصاب بغٌبوبة فى مطار القاهرة كتب محمود عبد الغنى اضطرت طائرة الخطوط الفرنسٌة القادمة من جزٌرة رٌنو متجهة إلى بارٌس، للهبوط اضطرارٌا بمطار القاهرة الدولً إلنقاذ حٌاة راكب فرنسً الجنسٌة مصاب بغٌبوبة تمنعه من استكمال الرحلة. صرحت مصادر طبٌة بالمطار أنه أثناء عبور الطائرة الفرنسٌة رحلة رقم ٦7١األجواء المصرٌة ،قادمة من جزٌرة رٌنو فى طرٌقها إلى بارٌس ،فوجئ قائدها بطاقم الضٌافة ٌبلؽه بسوء حالة الراكب الفرنسً "جارسٌا بٌٌار" ٦٨عاما ،والمصاب بؽٌبوبة ومعه طبٌب مرافق. قام بإبالغ برج المراقبة للهبوط بالمطار ،وتم السماح له بالهبوط بموقع ٤١بالمهبط، واستدعاء سٌارة إسعاؾ وطاقم طبً تحت إشراؾ الدكتور مدحت قندٌل مدٌر الحجر الصحً بالمطار ،وتم نقله بسٌارة إسعاؾ المطار تحت إشراؾ محمود ؼنٌم مدٌر اإلسعاؾ إلى مستشفى مجاور للمطار .

أطقم شركة طٌران برٌطانٌة ٌضربون عن العمل للمطالبة بزٌادة األجور بدأ أفراد أطقم القٌادة التابعة لشركة الطٌران البرٌطانٌة "برٌتش أٌر ووٌز"،أمس األحد ،إضراب عن العمل ٌستغرق 3أٌام للمطالبة بزٌادة األجور. وذكرت شبكة "ٌورو" نٌوز اإلخبارٌة ،أن أطقم شركة "برٌتش أٌر ووٌز" ٌعتزمون أٌضا القٌام بإضراب آخر عن العمل اعتباراً من ٌوم الخمٌس القادم فى إطار النزاع مع إدارة الشركة على األجور. وأوضحت الشبكة اإلخبارٌة ،أن شركة الطٌران البرٌطانٌة أبلؽت الركاب بأن اإلضراب عن العمل سوؾ ٌؤثر عن نسبة أقل من %١فقط من رحالتها الجوٌة.

Qatar Airways launches the world’s longest flight on new Auckland service Qatar Airways launched its new Auckland service on 6 February 2017. Celebrations to commemorate the launch of the world’s longest commercial flight, which takes 17 hours and 30 minutes and covers a distance of 14,535 kilometres, began at the airport with a traditional water salute as the Qatar Airways Boeing 777 taxied down the runway. Auckland is the first city in New Zealand to be served by Qatar Airways. The new daily flight to Auckland is served by a Boeing 777, which has a two-class configuration with 42 seats in Business Class and 217 seats in Economy Class. The Doha-Auckland-Doha daily services will offer 116 tons of belly-hold capacity every week.

http://www.ainonline.com/ Lifting of U.S. Travel Ban Normalizes Airline Ops, For Now Airline passengers from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen and Sudan carrying valid visas or green cards again began entering the U.S. over the weekend following Friday night’s federal court reversal of the travel ban imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump on nationals from those seven countries. Emirates Airline, Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways all responded on February 4 to the decision from a federal judge in Seattle by booking legal permanent residents, visa holders and refugees on U.S.-bound flights from the UAE and Qatar. Lufthansa Airlines, Air France and Iberia Airways soon followed suit, allowing properly documented passengers to board flights from their European hubs. In Abu Dhabi, where Etihad maintains its global hub, passengers have resumed passing through a U.S. Customs and Border Protection pre-clearance center under the same process in place before Trump’s January 27 executive order. “Acceptance will naturally be subject to checks completed by U.S. authorities as existed prior to the issuance of the Executive Order on January 27,” said Etihad in a statement. “Etihad Airways continues to monitor developments in the U.S. and will work closely with the authorities and our guests as the situation evolves.” On Sunday a federal appeals court denied an emergency request from the White House to issue a so-called stay of the judge’s order to resume the ban. The court has asked both sides to file legal briefs before it renders a final decision. The case heard by the federal court in Seattle had been filed by the state of Washington, which said that he took the action partly in order to defend the interests of leading local companies, including Boeing.

In a statement issued January 29, DHS said it was working closely with airline “partners” to prevent travelers targeted by the executive orders from boarding international flights to the U.S. However, it added that it would address green card holders on a “case-bycase” basis, leaving airlines in a position of uncertainty about whether or not to allow those passengers to board a given flight. Lack of clarity over the status of dual-nationality travelers holding citizenship of both the U.S. and one of the seven countries has also led to confusion, leading some airline personnel to turn a blind eye to any non-U.S. passports seen during the check-in process. “As [DHS] Secretary [John] Kelly previously stated, in applying the provisions of the president’s executive order, the entry of lawful permanent residents is in the national interest,” said the statement. “Accordingly, absent significant derogatory information indicating a serious threat to public safety and welfare, lawful permanent resident status will be a dispositive factor in our case-by-case determinations.” The guidance came amid criticism that the White House did nothing to alert the airlines of its plans before announcing the ban at 4:45 pm on January 27. It also placed additional burdens on airlines to comply with unclear requirements, to bear implementation costs and to face potential penalties for noncompliance.” An airline industry source speaking on the condition of anonymity told AIN that the first call to inform airlines of the procedures came from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on January 28, the day after the executive order took effect. At the time the airlines operated under what they construed as the intent of the executive order, which seemed to make clear that passengers with dual nationalities who carried a passport from one of the seven countries on the list could not enter the U.S. Similarly, it appeared to indicate that the ban would apply to permanent resident aliens holding socalled green cards. Typically, in the case of security directives, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) holds a conference call with IATA and other industry stakeholders before any change takes place and clarifies any ambiguities in the order. IATA then places the relevant guidance into its Timatic database, where airline check-in staff, for example, can determine whether or not to ticket a passenger based on his or her visa information. Not all airlines use Timatic, however, and in those cases they rely on written notification. If an agent or staff member incorrectly allows a passenger to board a flight, the government can require the airline to fly the person in question back to their point of origin and/or issue a fine.

https://www.flightglobal.com Lufthansa to operate A350 under triple type rating Lufthansa's Airbus A350s will be operated by pilots who also fly its A330s and A340-600s. The German airline received its first A350-900 in December and will start regular passenger flights with the twinjet on 10 February. These will be operated from Lufthansa's secondary base in Munich. At an inauguration event in the city on 2 February, Martin Hoell – chief pilot for Lufthansa's Munich-based long-haul fleet – told FlightGlobal that A330/A340-600 pilots needed to undergo familiarisation training as there were differences in the A350's cockpit. But, he notes, the A330 and A350 have a common type rating. Lufthansa has ordered a total of 25 A350s and decided to station the first 10 in Munich. The airline is scheduled to have seven A350s by year-end. They are replacing A340-600s. Munich-based long-haul pilots fly both the A330 and A340600 as the two types have largely identical cockpits. Lufthansa's Munich-stationed intercontinental fleet comprises all of its 18 active A340-600s – another six have been stored – and seven A330-300s. Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that Lufthansa also has 18 A340-300s, some of which are being operated by the airline's regional CityLine arm. But Hoell says Lufthansa decided not to include that fleet in the A350's type rating because the A340-300s are stationed in Frankfurt.

Rachel is general manager for operations at BIFA member company, Spatial Global based at Castle Donnington in the East Midlands and is a graduate member of the Institute of Exports. She joined Spatial in 1998, having earlier gained extensive trade experience in the shipping department at Boots and also worked for HSBC, where she qualified as a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist. Commented BIFA Director General, Robert Keen: "We welcome Rachel's election from the BIFA regional council. "She has had an excellent record of achievement since she joined the industry and has played a prominent role in BIFA's regional activities. "I am also pleased that whilst Carson has left the BIFA Board after a seven-year term, he wants to maintain his association with the industry and has been appointed a consultant representing BIFA in Northern Ireland." .

The Doha-Auckland-Doha daily services will offer 116 tonnes of belly-hold capacity every week to support the growing imports of raw, industrial and consumer materials into New Zealand. The first flight from Airport Amsterdam Schiphol received a festive welcome at London City Airport with the aircraft flying Dutch and UK colours as it taxied to the arrival gate. On board were Boet Krieken, Managing Director, KLM Cityhopper and Warner Rootliep, General Manager Air France-KLM Great Britain & Ireland. “We’re delighted to be back in the heart of London city. The new KLM service will offer our passengers a seamless and efficient service from Central London, not only to Amsterdam, but also to exciting worldwide destinations such as New York, Dubai and Hong Kong.
