برلماني :إهدار مال عام وعملة صعبة في «مصر للطيران» كتب :خالد الشامي تقدم النائب عبدهللا مبروك ،بطلب إحاطة للمهندس شريف إسماعيل، رئيس مجلس الوزراء ،ووزير الطيران بخصوص مكاتب مصر للطيران الموجودة بالدول األوروبية والواليات المتحدة األمريكية وكندا. قال مبروك فً طلبه إن «تلك المكاتب تكلف الدولة أعباء مالٌة وعمله صعبة ،مصر فً حاجة إلٌها ،كما أن هناك مرتبات مرتفعة لموظفٌن وأسرهم وبدالت انتقال ومدٌرٌن للمكاتب ،فً حٌن عدد رحالت مصر للطٌران فً بعض هذه الدول ،ال ٌزٌد على رحلتٌن فً األسبوع». واستشهد مبروك بأن هناك شركات طٌران لدول عظمى لٌس لها مكاتب طٌران فً تورنتو بكندا ولها رحالت خطوط ٌومٌة ،فً حٌن أن مصر للطٌران لها رحلتٌن أسبوعٌا فقط ،ولها مكاتب فً أماكن متمٌزة بأسعار باهظة ،واصفا ذلك بإهدار للمال العام والعملة الصعبة. وتابع أن «هذه النفقات لٌس لها معنً خاصة أن كل الشركات العالمٌة تستخدم التكنولوجٌا والتواصل عبر اإلنترنت فً إشارة منه إلى أن ثورة االتصاالت لم تصل إلى وزارة الطٌران». ولفت إلى أن العائد من دخل الرحالت فً تلك األماكن ٌقل بكثٌر عن مكاتب الشركة ومرتبات وبدالت الموظفٌن ،مطالبا االهتمام بتقدٌم الخدمة بدال من التباهً بوجود كاتب ال تقدم أي دور ملموس ،بل تزٌد من األعباء المالٌة على الدولة. وأشار إلى أن مصر فً حاجة إلى ترشٌد النفقات فً جمٌع قطاعات الدولة ً حفاظا على المال العام والظروف االقتصادٌة الصعبة. .

إلغاء 3رحالت جوية بمطار القاهرة ..وتأخر إقالع طائرة اليمن ساعتين كتب أحمد حمادة شهد مطار القاهرة الدولى ،الٌوم السبت ،إلغاء 3رحالت جوٌة ،وذلك لعدم جدواها اقتصاد ًٌا ،باإلضافة إلى تأخر رحلة الخطوط الٌمنٌة المتجهة إلى سٌئون ساعتٌن. وقالت مصادر مالحٌة بمطار القاهرة الدولى ،أن سلطات المطار تلقت 3إخطارات من شركات الطٌران بإلغاء 3 رحالت ،حٌث تم إلغاء رحلة خطوط الطٌران نسما 6601 المتجهة إلى الغردقة ،كما تم إلغاء رحلة 4٧5التابعة لشركة الطٌران إٌر كاٌرو المتجهة إلى جدة ،وإلغاء رحلة الخطوط بدر المتجهة إلى الخرطوم ،4161وذلك لعدم الجدوى االقتصادٌة لها. وأضافت المصادر ،أن رحلة الخطوط الٌمنٌة 60٧المتجهة إلى مطار سٌئون الدولى تأخرت لمدة ساعتٌن ،وذلك للحصول على تصرٌح عبور األجواء من قوات التحالف العربى.

مصر للطيران تسير 1٦رحلة لنقل 3200معتمر إلى األراضى المقدسة كتب أحمد حمادة تواصل شركة مصر للطٌران ،تسٌٌر رحالتها إلى األراضً المقدسة لنقل المعتمرٌن ،وتنقل الٌوم السبت 16رحلة جوٌة إلى المدٌنة المنورة وجدة على متنهم 3200معتمر. وقالت مصادر ،أنه من المقرر إقالع 9رحالت من القاهرة إلً جدة ،ورحلتٌن من االسكندرٌة إلى جدة ،لنقل 2200 راكب ،كما تسٌر الشركة 4رحالت من القاهرة للمدٌنة المنورة.

Concerning variations currently persist among States, air navigation service providers, aircraft and airport operators, and others in terms of the cyber mitigation measures being set out – highlighting the need for improved sector-wide collaboration. ―Some may suggest this points to a role for near-term ICAO provisions to be established,‖ President Aliu continued, ―however we are still at too nascent a stage to determine appropriate and practical Standards in the Annexes to the Convention on International Civil Aviation.‖ He also noted that civil aviation should continue to appreciate and reinforce the inherent mitigation capabilities of pilots and air traffic controllers, aviation‘s traditional ‗first responders‘, and highlighted that the sector‘s increasing connectivity to external networks, and the use of public communication infrastructure for transmitting data and exchanging information, represent further risks which must be carefully managed. ―The basic interconnectedness we have all grown accustomed to in our day-to-day digital lives is now also a basic characteristic of on-board and ground-based aviation systems,‖ he remarked. ―This makes them potentially vulnerable to outside cyber-attack, and explains why the logical or physical segregation of safety critical systems is a crucial first step for global aviation.‖ The conclusions and commemorative Dubai Declaration emerging from the ICAO/UAE Summit will help to establish near-term prioritization of suitable back-up systems and procedures, cyber resilience steps, and security overlays, in addition to the more intensive collaboration needed and clarity on roles and responsibilities. Emirates to offer double daily services to Bali, Indonesia Emirates announced that it will introduce a second daily service to the island of Bali in Indonesia, on 2 July 2017. Operated by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in a two-class configuration with 42 seats in Business Class and 386 seats in Economy Class. This service will connect seamlessly with a number of destinations across Europe, including Amsterdam, Moscow, Paris and London. It will also enable passengers to connect domestically to the nearby cities of Surabaya, Makassar and Lombok. Both inbound and outbound services also accommodate connections to and from Dili in East Timor. Saudia launches direct flights to Port Sudan Saudia launched its first direct and regular flights from Jeddah to its new international destination Port Sudan in the Republic of Sudan on 6 April 2017, with a weekly average of 6 flights. The Jeddah / Port Sudan services are operated by an A320 aircraft with a capacity of 132 seats, 12 business class and 120 economy class seats for a weekly seat capacity of 792 seats. FAA issued safety bulletin on PEDs after US carry-on ban Karen WalkerGallery: FAA has issued a safety information bulletin related to the new security bans on most personal electronics in carry-on bags on certain flights, but is not making that bulletin public, ATW learned today. An FAA spokesperson confirmed in emailed responses to ATW questions that the agency issued the bulletin when the US Department of Homeland Security implemented its ban on passenger personal electronic devices (PEDs) larger than smartphones in the cabin on direct flights from 10 airports—most of them in the Middle East—to the US. That ban, introduced in March, was followed by a similar security rule by the UK government, although the British ban applies to direct flights to the UK from six countries and the affected airports do not align with the US list. US government officials, when briefing media on the new rules March 20, said they were aware of fire safety concerns that the new rules raise because it leads to larger numbers of lithium battery-powered PEDs being loaded into the cargo holds of affected airlines. They said they were ―coordinating very closely‖ with FAA about how to implement the new security rules while maintaining aircraft safety. But FAA‘s response today indicates the agency did more than coordinate and advise—it issued a safety bulletin at the time of the ban. ―The FAA issued a safety bulletin when DHS made the original announcement. The EASA and ICAO bulletins were based on language in the original FAA bulletinbe overlooked.‖

To mitigate this risk, cabin crew has been trained in how to manage these situations. With the transport of PEDs on certain flights now restricted to the cargo hold, along with other potentially flammable items within checked-in baggage, a known and managed risk has effectively been transferred to another part of the aircraft where, should thermal runaway occur, it is rendered inaccessible to cabin crew,‖ the foundation states. Industry Monitor 192 for March 2017 Onwards and upwards There were 3% more flights every day in the European Civil Aviation Conference area this February than there were in February 2016, taking 2016‘s extra day into account. This figure was at the low end of the forecast. Low-cost and business aviation were the drivers of this growth with 8.8% and 7.5% respectively. The aircraft operators adding the most flights to the network on a daily basis were Ryanair, easyJet UK, LOT, Vueling and Wizz Air. The United Kingdom, Spain and Germany were the top three generators of growth in terms of departures and arrivals, also on a daily basis. Traffic flows between Europe and Egypt/Tunisia continued their recovery. February saw an increase of 29% for flights to and from Egypt; 9% to and from Tunisia. Lufthansa : Making a big difference with small amounts Around 70,000 employees in the Lufthansa Group‘s joint accounting system can now join the voluntary donation scheme in a first step. The desired amount is then automatically deducted from the net salary and transferred to help alliance at the end of the month. Whichever option an employee chooses from the five available, be it the spare cents donation or the maximum amount of 15 euros, the donation will help improve the prospects of people around the world. "What's important about Payroll Giving is not the donation amount, but rather the sum of participants. The more employees join the scheme, the more of a difference we can make together", says Bettina Volkens, Chief Officer Corporate Human Resources and Legal Affairs, and JĂźrgen Jennerke, Chairman of the Lufthansa Group Works Council. Lufthansa is the ninth of 30 DAX companies to introduce the voluntary donation scheme.

Cologne Bonn adds third Moroccan link Cologne Bonn Airport confirms it will be adding another new city to its route network as the airport announces a direct link to Agadir. Welcoming Air Arabia Maroc‘s twice-weekly service on 1 October, the German airport will establish its third connection to Morocco as the service joins existing links to Nador and Marrakech. Michael Garvens, Chairman of the Management Board, Cologne Bonn Airport, commented on the new service: ―We are delighted to be able to offer our passengers an additional attractive destination in Morocco with Agadir. Anyone who wants to feel the sun again when autumn begins in Cologne, can utilise Air Arabia Maroc‗s low-fare, non-stop connection to North Africa,‖ Providing Cologne Bonn‘s passengers with an additional service to Morocco, Air Arabia Maroc notably adds the airport‘s sixth direct route to North Africa, considerably boosting links to the region from the German gateway. As a result of this expansion Cologne Bonn will offer over 600 weekly seats to Morocco this winter.
