دشنت أكبر شركة خطوط طٌران فً الشرق األوسط ،خدمة ٌومٌة جدٌدة بٌن دبً ونٌوإرك ستتوقف فً العاصمة الٌونانٌة أثٌنا. المسار الجدٌد لرحلة شركة طٌران اإلمارات ،الذي أعلن عنه ،الٌوم، هو الثانً الذي ٌتضمن محطة توقف فً أوروبا ،وهً الخطوة التً من شأنها تجدٌد المعارضة التً تواجهها العملٌات المتزاٌدة لخطوط الطٌران المدعومة من حكومة دبً من شركات الطٌران الغربٌة األمرٌكٌة التً تعتبر الطرق عبر األطلسً مضمارا لها. تعمل خطوط الطٌران اإلماراتٌة ،حالٌا على أربع رحالت طٌران ٌومٌة من دبً إلى مطار جون كٌنٌدي الدولً فً نٌوٌورك ،ومنها رحلة تتوقف فً مٌالنو بإٌطالٌا .وٌجاور مطار نٌوإرك لٌبرتً الدولً مدٌنة نٌوجٌرزي. ٌبدأ الخط الجدٌد عمله ٌوم 12مارس. أعلنت طٌران اإلمارات المسار الجدٌد فً نفس الٌوم الذي أكدت فٌه تنفٌذ "إعادة هٌكلة بسٌطة" داخلٌا .ولم تفصح عن الكثٌر من التفاصٌل لكنها قالت إن بعض العاملٌن إما تلقوا ترقٌة أو تراجعا فً مناصبهم.

أوروبا تتصدر وجهات النقل الجوي بالمغرب احتلت وجهة أوروبا ،خالل سنة ،2016مركز الصدارة ضمن مختلف وجهات حركة النقل الجوي بمطارات المملكة بحصة 87ر 68فً المائة. وأوضح تقرٌر للمكتب الوطنً للمطارات أن مجموع المسافرٌن المتوافدٌن من وإلى أوروبا عبر المطارات المغربٌة بلغ 12ملٌون و 560ألف و 661مسافرا من أصل 18ملٌون و 237ألف و 272مسافرا كرقم قٌاسً تم تسجٌله خالل السنة الفارطة. وأبرز المصدر ذاته أن معدل نمو المسافرٌن بالوجهة األوروبٌة لم ٌتجاوز نسبة 68ر 0فً المائة مقارنة مع األشهر اإلثنً عشر سنة 2015حٌث كان العدد محددا فً 12ملٌون و 475ألف و 477مسافرا. والمالحظ أن وجهة دول الشرق األوسط واألقصى حققت ارتفاعا ملموسا فٌما ٌخص حركة النقل الجوي فً ارتباط بالمطارات المغربٌة بنسبة 68ر 10فً المائة، حٌث انتقل عددهم من ملٌون و 252ألف و 840مسافرا فً سنة 2015إلى ما مجموعه ملٌون 386ألف و 671مسافرا فً السنة ما بعدها. وٌشٌر التقرٌر إلى أن حصة دول الشرق األوسط واألقصى بلغت 60ر 7فً المائة متبوعة بوجهة إفرٌقٌا بنسبة 08ر 7فً المائة تلٌها دول المغرب العربً بنسبة 60ر 3فً المائة وأمرٌكا الشمالٌة (02ر 2فً المائة) ثم أمرٌكا الجنوبٌة (31ر0 فً المائة). وفٌما ٌخص حركة النقل الجوي الدولً عموما فقد شهدت ارتفاعا بنسبة 3فً المائة حٌث انتقل العدد إلى 16ملٌون و 319ألف و 316مسافرا فً سنة 2016 مقابل 15ملٌون و 844ألف و 42مسافرا فً السنة ما قبلها. كما عرفت حركة النقل الجوي الداخلً ارتفاعا من حٌث العدد الذي انتقل من ملٌون و 763ألف و 449مسافرا إلى ملٌون و 917ألف و 956مسافرا فً السنة الماضٌة ،أي بنسبة 76ر 8فً المائة.

almasalla.travel 3شركات خلٌجٌة تضم 650طائرة جدٌدة الى اسولها أكدت 3شركات طٌران رئٌسة فً المنطقة ،وهً طٌران اإلمارات ،واًلتحاد للطٌران ،والخطوط القطرٌة ،توسٌع أسطولها بنحو 650طائرة جدٌدة ،وفقا ا لخبٌر فً مجال أنظمة الفحص والسالمة والصٌانة. وقال مورٌس فابر ،المدٌر اإلقلٌمً لشركة أولٌمبوس الشرق األوسط وأفرٌقٌا ،إنه إذا ما أضٌفت شركتا الطٌران اإلٌرانٌة والتركٌة إلى الشركات الثالث فإن طلبٌات الشراء ستصل إلى 1058طائرة مدنٌة جدٌدة. وٌتوقع تقرٌر لالتحاد الدولً للنقل الجوي “إٌاتا” أن ٌنمو سوق الطٌران المدنً فً اإلمارات حتى عام 2034بشكل كبٌر ،محققا ا نسبة ،% 5.6وهً األعلى فً العالمٌ ،لٌها فً الترتٌب قطر بنسبة % 4.8ومن ثم السعودٌة بنسبة نمو .% 4.6 وٌتوقع التقرٌر أن ٌصل حجم سوق الدول الثالث إلى 383ملٌون مسافر فً عام .2034 وأوضح فابر أنه بسبب هذه التوسعات الكبٌرة فً الطٌران المدنً ،فسٌزٌد الضغط على شركات الطٌران ،لضمان صٌانة وفحص دوري وشامل للطائرات بحسب البٌان. وهذا سٌعمل على نمو الصناعات ذات العالقة ،وٌعطً دفعة قوٌة ًلقتصادات المنطقة بشكل عام. وأشار إلى أنه ًل ٌمكن لشركات الطٌران أن تبقً الطائرات الجدٌدة من دون تشغٌل ،فبعد دراسة للسوق وجدنا أن المنطقة تشهد نمواا كبٌراا فً الطٌران المدنً وأعداد المسافرٌن ،ولذلك قمنا بضخ استثمار كبٌر لمواجهة زٌادة الطلب المتوقع على صٌانة وفحص الطائرات والتجهٌزات الالزمة لذلك. الشرق األوسط وأفرٌقٌا وقال تقرٌر “إٌاتا” ،أن منطقتً الشرق األوسط وأفرٌقٌا ستشهدان أعلى معدل نمو فً الطٌران المدنً فً العالم حتى عام .2034 وأوضح التقرٌر أن منطقة الشرق األوسط ستشهد أعلى نمو فً العالم بنسبة % 4.9و237 ملٌون مسافر إضافً سنوٌاا ،وتلٌها قارة أفرٌقٌا بنسبة نمو % 4.7و 177ملٌون مسافر إضافً سنوٌاا ،متساوٌة بنسبة النمو مع منطقة أمٌركا الالتٌنٌةٌ ،لٌهما فً الترتٌب منطقة أمٌركا الشمالٌة بمعدل نمو ،% 3.3وآسٌا باسٌفٌك بمعدل ،% 2.9بٌنما تأتً أوروبا فً آخر القائمة بمعدل نمو ٌصل فقط إلى ،% 2.7وفق التقرٌر.

قال متحدث باسم شركة «طٌران اإلمارات» ،لـ«اإلمارات الٌوم»« :إن الناقلة ستتسلم ،خالل العام الجاري ،ما ٌزٌد على 20طائرة». مؤكداا أن «طٌران اإلمارات» تلقت عروضا ا مؤكدة لتموٌل معظم هذه الطائرات .وكانت «طٌران اإلمارات» أضافت إلى أسطولها 36طائرة جدٌدة خالل عام ،2016منها 20طائرة من طراز «إٌرباص « ،A380و16 طائرة من طراز «بوٌنغ ،»777فً حٌن خرجت من الخدمة 28طائرة قدٌمة. واختتمت «طٌران اإلمارات» العام بأسطول مكون من 254طائرة ،بمتوسط عمر ٌبلغ خمس سنوات ،مقارنة بمعدل الصناعة العالمٌة وهو 11سنة بحسب اًلمارات الٌوم.
وبحسب الناقلة ،فإنها ستخرج 25طائرة من الخدمة ،خالل السنتٌن المقبلتٌن. ٌذكر أن «طٌران اإلمارات» أصبحت ،فً نوفمبر ،2016أول ناقلة تشغل َ طرازي أسطوًلا قوامه طائرات الجسم العرٌض الحدٌثة من «إٌرباص « ،A380و«بوٌنغ .»777

ٌفتتح مٌناء القاهرة الجوى ،الٌوم الثالثاء ،محطة محوًلت كهرباء بمطار " "2جهد 66/11ك.ف ،التى نفذتها شركة إٌه بى بى بموقع المحطة بجوار نادى إٌرو سبورت ،وذلك بحضور وزٌر الطٌران شرٌف فتحى. ومن المقرر أن ٌحضر اًلحتفالٌة المهندس محمد سعٌد محروس، رئٌس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة للمطارات والمالحة الجوٌة، ورئٌس مجلس إدارة شركة مٌناء القاهرة الجوى المحاسب مجدى إسحاق. وتهدف المحطة لتغذٌة مبنى الركاب رقم 3.2بالطاقة الكهربائٌة المطلوبة بقدرة 120مٌجا /وات بتكلفة 170ملٌون جنٌه.

تسبب الضباب الكثٌف الذي ٌسٌطر على برٌطانٌا ،الٌوم ،بعرقلة حركة الطٌران فً العاصمة لندن ومناطق أخرى من البالد ،وإلغاء عشرات الرحالت. واعلن مصدر مالحً ان حوالى مئة رحلة اي ما ٌعادل 8بالمئة من الرحالت المقررة ،الغٌت اًلثنٌن فً مطار هٌثرو فً لندن بسبب الضباب الكثٌف الذي ٌلف العاصمة البرٌطانٌة. وقال ناطق باسم المطار فً رسالة الكترونٌة لوكالة فرانس برس ان “الطقس الضبابً فً الجنوب الشرقً (ًلنكلترا) ٌضعف الرؤٌة فً هٌثرو” ،داعٌا المسافرٌن الى التحقق من المعلومات المتعلقة برحالتهم مع شركات الطٌران. اما غاتوٌك ثانً مطار فً البالد وٌقع فً جنوب العاصمة ،فقد تاثر اٌضا بالضباب لكن بدرجة اقل حٌث تم الغاء عشر رحالت. وذكرت ادارة اًلرصاد الجوٌة ان الضباب سٌتبدد الى حد كبٌر خالل النهار. وواكب هذا الضباب مستوى قٌاسٌا من التلوث فً لندن وجنوب شرق انكلترا وشرقها ،بحسب وزارة البٌئة. وبلغ مستوى تلوث الجو فً هذه المناطق الثالث 10على سلم قٌاس الوزارة وهو المستوى اًلقصى .ونصحت السلطات بالحد من اًلنشطة البدنٌة خصوصا فً الهواء الطلق.

حنان عز الدٌن حصلت "البوابة نٌوز" على معلومات تكشف اللثام عن الفساد المستشري فً قطاع المالحة الجوٌة ،إذ تفٌد المعلومات بتعٌٌن محمد سعٌد محمد السالوي عبد السالم فً وظٌفة مهندس مٌكانٌكا بالمالحة الجوٌة وهو ما ٌزال طال ابا فً كلٌة الهندسة. كانت المالحة الجوٌة قد أعلنت عن وجود الوظٌفة ،وكان آخر موعد للتقدم لشغرها فً فبراٌر ،2016بٌنما كان محمد سعٌد وقتها ما ٌزال طال ابا فً كلٌة الهندسة ،ولم ٌتخرج فٌها بعد ،حٌث إنه خرٌج دفعة ماٌو ،2016 فكٌف تم قبول أوراق التقدٌم الخاصة به ،وكٌف تدرج فً اًلختبارات الالزمة للقبول حتى تحدٌد موعد للمقابلة الشخصٌة النهائٌة بعد إدراج اسمه فً كشوف الناجحٌن بالرقم ،48 ولكن ٌشاء القدر أن ٌفضح هذه الكارثة ،حٌث تصادف أن أحد المهندسٌن بالشركة ابنه خرٌج نفس دفعة الطالب "الخارق" الذى تم اختٌاره بالمحسوبٌة والوساطة. وهنا ًل ٌسعنا إًل أن نتساءل :كٌف ٌتم قبول مصوغات وأوراق التعٌٌن ٌنقصها شهادة التخرج التى هى أساس الوظٌفة للطالب األعجوبة لٌدخل وسط الكفاءات بدون وجه حق ،وٌتفوق علٌهم ،وٌتم تحدٌد مقابلة شخصٌة له استعداداا للتعٌٌن؟ وهل تم عرض تلك األوراق على المهندس مجدى فؤاد رئٌس قطاع الهندسة ورئٌس امتحان لجنة الكهرباء والمٌكانٌكا أم ًل؟ وبناء على ذلك نطالب بالتحقٌق فى تلك الواقعة خاصة أن الدولة تسعى للقضاء على المحسوبٌات والشفافٌة فى الوظائف ًلختٌار الكفاءات.

كتب محمود عبد الغنى وصل مطار القاهرة الدولى ،مساء الٌوم اإلثنٌن ،السفٌر الروسى بالقاهرة سٌرجى كٌرتشٌنو ًلستقبال زوجته ،والتى أنهت إجراءات وصولها عبر الطرٌق العادى بمطار ،3 وحرص السفٌر على استقبالها بصالة المطار. وأكد مصدر بمطار القاهرة أن السفٌر الروسى أثناء دخوله صالة المطار ًلستقبال زوجته قام باًلمتثال إلجراءات التفتٌش عبر بوابة الفحص اإللكترونٌة ،وحاول أحد أفراد األمن تفتش السفٌر ذاتٌا ،وهو ما اعترض علٌه السفٌر الروسى ،موضحا أن بوابة الفحص لم تشر إلى وجود معادن بحوزته ،ومن حقه عدم التفتٌش ذاتٌا نظرا لتمتعه بالحصانة الدبلوماسٌة ،وهو ما امتثل له أمن المطار. ومن جانبه أكد مصدر بمطار القاهرة الدولى أن موقف السفٌر الروسى سلٌم ،حٌث إنه ًل ٌجوز تفتٌشه ذاتٌا "باألٌدى"، طالما مر عبر بوابة الفحص اإللكترونى وتبٌن من خاللها عدم حملة أى معادن.

تأخر إقالع رحلة الطٌران الٌمنٌة 7ساعات للحصول على تصرٌح من قوات التحالف كتب محمد طنطاوى -محمود عبد الغنى شهد مطار القاهرة الدولى ،صباح الٌوم الثالثاء ،تأخر إقالع طائرتى الخطوط الٌمنٌة والسودانٌة ،فضال عن تأخر إقالع وإلغاء آخر للخطوط الٌمنٌة بسبب إجراءات الحصول على تصرٌح من قوات التحالف العربى بعبور أجواء اًلشتباكات مع الحوثٌٌن. وقالت المصادر إن سلطات مطار القاهرة تلقت إخطارا من الخطوط الجوٌة الٌمنٌة بإلغاء رحلتها رقم 607المتجهة إلى سٌئون ،فضال عن تأخر إقالع رحلتها رقم 601المتجهة إلى منطقة بٌشه جنوب غرب المملكة العربٌة السعودٌة لمدة 7ساعات بسبب إجراءات الحصول على تصرٌح من قوات التحالف العربى بعبور أجواء اًلشتباكات مع الحوثٌٌن.
وأضافت المصادر أن المطار شهد تأخر إقالع طائرة شركة تاركو للطٌران رقم 113المتجهة إلى الخرطوم لمدة 75دقٌقة بسبب ظروف التشغٌل.

وقعت النقابة العامة للضٌافة الجوٌة المصرٌة ،بروتوكول تعاون مع نقابة ضباط الحركة بشركة مصر للطٌران للخطوط الجوٌة ٌ ،تم بموجبه استفادة أعضاء النقابتٌن وأسرهم من كل األنشطة التى تنظمها أٌا ا منهما مثل الندوات التثقٌفٌة أو الكورسات التدرٌبٌة ،وكذلك مشروعات عالج أسر العاملٌن. وتوجهت النقابة العامة للضٌافة الجوٌة المصرٌة فى بٌان لها، بالشكر لشركة مصر للطٌران على قرارها بالمساواة فى صرف نسبة من مصارٌف عالج األسر ألعضاء نقابات الضٌافة والطٌارٌن وضباط الحركة.

http://www.ainonline.com/ Failure to Find MH370 Leaves Critical Questions Unanswered The abandonment of the search last week for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 in the southern Indian Ocean leaves all sorts of critical questions unanswered and represents an almost unprecedented failure to provide a meaningful explanation for such a serious incident. For the families of the 239 passengers and crew who lost their lives when the Boeing 777-200ER went missing on March 8, 2014, it comes as a bitter disappointment as they wrestle with the real prospect of never knowing the true cause of the tragedy. Transport authorities in Malaysia, China and Australia cited the absence of ”credible new evidence leading to the identification of a specific location of the aircraft“ for their January 17 decision to abandon the search. However, new evidence did coincidentally emerge only a few weeks before the decision to suspend the search. The confidential Malaysian police report into the incident, which includes an analysis of data from the flight simulator removed from MH370 Captain Zahari’s home, was leaked to French media. The data includes a flight path that leads to the southern Indian Ocean, with six waypoints charted, with altitudes and fuel states. Although the existence of the flight path was leaked to Malaysian media in 2014, such level of detail did not then emerge. The police report noted that the flight path was one of many recovered from Zahari’s personal flight simulator, and determined that they could glean ”no conclusive information“ about the cause of the flight’s disappearance from the analysis. The Malaysian government apparently never shared the police report with the Australian Transportation Safety Board (ATSB), which has led the search for MH370. Yet the flight path revealed on Zahari’s simulator is not exactly the same as that calculated by the Inmarsat satellite ”handshakes,“ plus two unanswered ground-toair telephone calls used to define the search area in the southern Indian Ocean. After a review conducted in early November of the satellite data plus aircraft dynamics, meteorological data and a drift analysis prompted by the discovery of more than 20 pieces of wreckage in the western Indian Ocean, the ATSB already narrowed the most likely impact location to a 25,000-square-kilometer area farther north. The review expressed a high level of confidence that the current search could not have missed an aircraft debris field. According to Don Thompson of The Independent Group, a collaborative volunteer group of scientists and engineers, the debris field might lie even farther north than the area specified by the ATSB’s recent review. He told AIN that it all depends on the point in the Straits of Malacca at which the aircraft turned south–a coordinate experts can calculate from satcom communications using different assumptions. ”We remain hopeful that new information will come to light and that at some point in the future the aircraft will be located,“ the three transport ministers said in their January 17 statement. But when and how the investigation might ever resume remains very much in question for now.

United eyeing 767 replacement in fleet review United Airlines is evaluating options for a replacement of its Boeing 767 fleet, as part of its on-going widebody fleet review. The 767 is the only aircraft that the Chicago-based carrier does not have a ”line of sight“ in terms of a replacement in its fleet, said president Scott Kirby in a recorded question and answer session with employees in Denver viewed by FlightGlobal. "The big open question for us is what’s going to replace our 767s," he said at the event earlier in January. United operates 35 767-300ERs with an average age of 22 years and 16 767-400ERs with an average age of 16 years, the Flight Fleets Analyzer shows. ”It’s a great airplane [but] it’s getting a little old and if we’re going to keep flying them longer we’re going to need to make some investments in extending the life,“ says Kirby. ”But it also serves missions that the other aircraft would be hard-pressed, at least in today’s economics, to find.“ It is unclear what could replace the 767. Ron Baur, vice-president of fleet at United, said in May 2014 that the Boeing 787-9 was "ultimately a replacement for the 767300ER". However, the airline has used the 19 787-9s it has taken since then for growth rather than replacement. In addition, the airline opted to refurbish the interiors and extend the life of 21 767300ERs as oil prices fell in early 2015. Additional 787s could be ordered to replace the 767, however, the high capital costs of the next generation widebody are widely seen as a disincentive for such a move. The Airbus A330neo, which will be more efficient than the 767 yet have lower capital costs than either the Airbus A350 or 787, is another replacement possibility. For example, Delta Air Lines has ordered 25 A330-900neos to replace some of its 767300ERs. United executives have said that they are reviewing its order for 35 A350-1000s, raising the possibility that it could convert some or all of the order to the smaller A330neo. Kirby says that the airline is talking to both Airbus and Boeing about widebodies. WIDEBODIES IN FLUX United has firm widebody orders for 12 Boeing 777-300ERs, four 787-9s and 14 78710s, in addition to the A350s, Fleets Analyzer shows. The carrier is replacing its 20 Boeing 747-400s with the 777s, and has previously said that the A350s will also replace the venerable 747. The 787-10 would be a suitable replacement for some of its 74 777-200s. United began a review of both its narrowbody and widebody fleet and orders after Kirby and chief financial officer Andrew Levy joined in August 2016. The new leadership team’s first action, in November 2016, was to convert an order for 65 Boeing 737-700s to four 737-800s due this year, and 61 737 Max with no set delivery date. ”Our fleet review is a work in progress and we will update you later this year,“ said Levy during an annual earnings call earlier in January. He added that they will share the results ”as soon as our work is done“. Levy also said United is "actively" seeking used aircraft.

The aviation industry has made steady progress on several environmental fronts over the past decades, both as a consequence of international or local regulatory approaches, as well as the constant aim of lowering aircraft operating costs. In the 1980s and 1990s the primary focus was on reducing airport and community noise. In addition, regulatory changes were made to reduce emissions, especially nitrogen oxides (NOx), but also carbon monoxide and particulates. The regulations have thus concentrated on the impact aviation has in and around airports. But concerns about global warming have led to a new focus on the overall impact that aviation has on the environment, primarily in terms of the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, where aviation contributes about 2% of the global total (1.3% from international flights).

http://www.avitrader.com/ Fourth postponement of Berlin’s new Brandenburg Airport opening Continued technical problems continue to dog the opening of Berlin’s new Brandenburg airport, meaning that the already three-times delayed opening will be delayed a fourth time and will not happen in 2017. The problems appear to remain connected with the smoke extraction system. According to Airportzentrale.de: ”there are problems with several hundred doors and the sprinkler system,“ and ”only 20 per cent of the 1,400 doors work flawlessly.“ The publication also stated that ”In an emergency [test] it was found that the doors would not close and the sprinkler system would not start. ”It almost sounds like a bad joke. Both problems are directly related to the smoke extraction system which has already caused problems. ”An airport opening in 2017 moves into the far distance.“ Originally it was estimated the airport would be open in 2011 and according to Thelocal.de, Karl Muhlenfeld, who is responsible for the new airport project, had previously indicated that should the 2017 deadline not be met, the airport would not be open before the Spring of 2018. An additional problem with these delays is that of capacity. The 2011 opening was intended to coincide with the closure of the city’s two smaller airports, Tegel and Schonefeld. However the boom in low-cost airlines has seen passenger numbers grow substantially, while the city has also become an extremely popular travel destination for international visitors. With combined passenger numbers for the two airports likely to exceed 32 million for 2016, this would mean that were Tegel and Schonefeld airports to close, Brandenburg airport would be at full capacity from day one. When construction work began ten years ago, combined passenger numbers totalled 18.5 million.

The reconfigured A330s will be rolled out within a seven-month period this year, starting in June for flights to Honolulu, July for Melbourne, August for Sydney, September for Singapore, October for Haneda, November for Narita and December for Osaka. PAL selected the Thompson Vantage XL brand for its 18 business class seats with a legroom of 44 inches, width of 23-24 inches and a full-flat recline with a bed length of 78 inches. Seats on this section have an all-aisle access. The Zodiac 5810 brand was selected for the 24 premium economy class seats with a legroom of 38 inches, width of 19 inches and a recline of 8 inches, while the Economy Zodiac brand was chosen for the 267 economy seats with a legroom of 32 inches, width of 17 inches and recline of 6 inches. Compared to standards of other full-service carriers, PAL's A330 tri-class layout is competitive. An added feature on business class is the installation of the Pneumatic Comfort System (PCS) which allows the passenger to adjust seat firmness according to preference, complimented with the massage function. PAL is the first Asian carrier to offer the PCS. Each seat on Business and Premium Economy has a legrest, calfrest, footrest and coat hook. Passengers on both cabins have the option to charge their devices by way of the USB (Universal Serial Bus) port or in-seat power supply installed on their seats. For the economy class cabin, standard seats are equipped with USB ports while facility seats have in-seat power supply. Each seat has a headrest, literature pocket, fabric seat cover and comfortable cushioning.
