المطار ٌستقبل 24رحلة حج ..وتخصٌص صالة للفلسطٌنٌٌن كتب هشام الشامى ــ هشام عبد العزٌز نقل أحد الحجاج الفلسطٌنٌٌن المرضى بواسطة سٌارة إسعاف إلى معبر رفح شهدت الصالة الموسمٌة بمطار القاهرة الدولى استمرار رحالت الجسر الجوى لعودة حجاج بٌت هللا الحرام ،ووصلت أمس 24رحلة جوٌة شملت 5360حاجاً ،منها 11رحلة جوٌة من جدة تقل 2260حاجاً ،و 13رحلة جوٌة من المدٌنة المنورة من بٌنها 3رحالت خاصة لنقل الحجاج الفلسطٌنٌٌن ،بإجمالى 3100حاج من حجاج وزارة التضامن والقرعة وشركات السٌاحة والشئون المعنوٌة وحجاح الترانزٌت . وفى سٌاق متصل سٌرت شركة مصر للطٌران أمس رحلتٌن خاصتٌن قادمٌتن من المملكة العربٌة السعودٌة ،على متنها أكثر من 500حاج فلسطٌنً ،بعد أداء مناسك الحج ،وتم إنهاء إجراءات وصولهم عبر صالة رقم 4المخصصة للطٌران الخاص. ومن المقرر أن ٌتم تسٌٌر 10رحالت أخرى بمعدل 4رحالت اسبوعٌا ،وذلك لنقل أكثر من 12 ألف حاج فلسطٌنً. ومن المقرر ان ٌستقبل مطار القاهرة الٌوم 10رحالت من مطار جدة ورحلة واحدة لمطار برج العرب لنقل 1750حاجا من حجاج تضامن القاهرة وقرعة وتضامن الجٌزة والبحٌرة وبورسعٌد ووزارة الصحة وحجاج سٌاحة وترانزٌت وعمل وأفراد كما سٌتم تسٌٌر 12رحلة من المدٌنة المنورة إلى مطار القاهرة من بٌنها 3رحالت لنقل 890حاجا فلسطٌنٌا و2150حاجا من قرعة الغربٌة وشمال وجنوب سٌناء وتنازالت وحجاج سٌاحة وترانزٌت وعمل. وقامت سلطات مطار القاهرة الدولى بتخصٌص صالة رقم 4إلنهاء اجراءات وصول الحجاج الفلسطٌنٌٌن تنفٌذا لتوجٌهات الرئٌس عبد الفتاح السٌسى بتوفٌر كل االمكانات لسرعة وسهولة انهاء اجراءات وصولهم ،وتم تخصٌص سٌارتى اسعاف لنقل حالتٌن مرضٌتٌن من الحجاج الفلسطٌنٌٌن فور وصولهما من االراضى المقدسة ،لنقلهما الى معبر رفح البرى ومنه الى قطاع غزة ،حٌث تم نقل حالتٌن مرضٌتٌن من الحجاج إلى معبر رفع بواسطة االسعاف. وفى الوقت نفسه ،أعلنت وزارة الصحة استقبال عٌادات البعثة الطبٌة لـ 100281حالة مرضٌة، من بٌنها 87303حاالت مرضٌة بمكة المكرمة ،و 9573حالة فى المدٌنة المنورة ،بٌنما كشفت عٌادة المشاعر على 3405حاالت مرضٌة ،بٌنما دخلت 279حالة الى المستشفٌات السعودٌة، غادرت منهما 238حالة بعد تمام شفائها ،ومازالت هناك 41حالة تتلقى العالج الالزم.

انطالق 249رحلة دولٌة وداخلٌة تقل 22ألف راكب من مطار القاهرة الدولى كتب محمد طنطاوى شهد مطار القاهرة الدولى خالل الـ 24ساعة الماضٌة انطالق 249رحلة دولٌة وداخلٌة تابعة لشركة مصر للطٌران والشركات األجنبٌة والعربٌة العاملة بالمطار ،لتقل جمٌعها 22أل ًفا و 298راك ًبا من مختلف الجنسٌات. وأفاد مصدر مالحى ،أن الشركة الوطنٌة مصر للطٌران سٌرت منفردة 124رحلة دولٌة إلى المطارات والمدن والعواصم العربٌة والعالمٌة ،وشهدت معظم رحالت مصر للطٌران التى أقلعت بداٌة من الدقٌقة األولى لٌوم الجمعة انتظا ًما فى مواعٌد اإلقالع حسب جدول التشغٌل المقرر ،ولم تسجل الشركة أى إلغاءات للرحالت المقررة.

إلغاء سفر راكب لبنانً إلصابته بجرح عمٌق ونزٌف فً مطار القاهرة كتب طه عبٌد: ألغت سلطات مطار القاهرة الدولً ،الٌوم السبت ،سفر راكب لبنانً الجنسٌة؛ لسوء حالته الصحٌة وإصابته بجرح عمٌق ونزٌف أثناء إنهاء إجراءات سفره لنٌجٌرٌا ،وجرى نقله ألحد المستشفٌات المجاورة للمطار لتلقً العالج. وقالت مصادر بالمطار ،فً تصرٌحات صحفٌة ،الٌوم ،إنه أثناء إنهاء إجراءات سفر الطائرة المصرٌة رقم 875والمتجهة إلى الجوس فً نٌجٌرٌا، ساءت الحالة الصحٌة لراكب لبنانً ٌدعى "حسٌن .ع" 88عاما ،وجرى إخطار إدارة الحجر الصحً بالمطار؛ لتوقٌع الكشف الطبً علٌه. وقررت السطلتا إلغاء سفره إلصابته بجرح عمٌق برجله الٌمنى ونزٌف من الجرح ،وجرى عمل اإلسعافات األولٌة ،ونقله إلى مستشفى قرٌب من المطار.

تعلٌق حركة المالحة الجوٌة بمطار معٌتٌقة الدولً بسبب اشتباكات طرابلس كتب أحمد جمعة و أحمد عبد الرحمن أعلنت السلطات اللٌبٌة تعلٌق حركة المالحة الجوٌة فى مطار معٌتٌقة الدولى بسبب سقوط عدد من القذائف العشوائٌة داخل حرم المطار. وقال مدٌر مكتب االعالم فى مطار معٌتٌقة الدولً ،خالد أبوغرٌس ،فى بٌان صحفً مقتضب أنه تم تحوٌل عدد من الرحالت الجوٌة إلى مطار مصراتة الدولى ،وذلك خوفا على حٌاة المسافرٌن من وإلى مطار معٌتٌقة الدولً.

تشاد توقع اتفاقٌة مع الخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة إلطالق ناقلة وطنٌة أدٌس أبابا (روٌترز) -قال مسؤولون ٌوم الجمعة إن الخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة وحكومة تشاد وقعتا اتفاقٌة إلطالق شركة طٌران وطنٌة جدٌدة لتشاد فً أول أكتوبر تشرٌن األول. طائرة ركاب من طراز بوٌنج 787تابعة للخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة تصل إلى مطار كادونا فً تشاد .صورة من أرشٌف روٌترز. وتجري الناقلة اإلثٌوبٌة المملوكة للدولة محادثات مع عدد من الدول األفرٌقٌة لتملك حصص وإدارة عملٌات ،وهً إستراتٌجٌة تهدف إلى اكتساب مٌزة تنافسٌة أمام منافسٌن مثل شركات الطٌران فً الخلٌج. وٌصنف االتحاد الدولً للنقل الجوي (إٌاتا) الخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة على أنها أكبر شركة طٌران فً أفرٌقٌا من حٌث اإلٌرادات واألرباح ،متفوقة بذلك على المنافسٌن اإلقلٌمٌٌن الخطوط الجوٌة الكٌنٌة والخطوط الجوٌة لجنوب أفرٌقٌا. وأبلغ محمد عجم رئٌس هٌئة الطٌران المدنً فً تشاد روٌترز ٌوم الجمعة أن الشركة الجدٌدة سٌكون اسمها ”تشادٌا إٌرالٌنز“ وأن الحكومة ستتملك حصة قدرها 51بالمئة ،بٌنما ستملك الخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة الحصة المتبقٌة. وأضاف قائال ”الرحلة االفتتاحٌة مخطط لها أن تكون فً أول أكتوبر لكن الوجهة األولى لم تتقرر حتى اآلن“ .وقال إن شركة الطٌران ستبدأ العملٌات بأسطول من طائرتٌن بومباردٌٌه كٌو.400 ومضى قائال ”إنها (شركة الطٌران) ستخدم المدن األربع الرئٌسٌة فً تشاد وحركة الطٌران إلى الدول المجاورة“. وستساعد هذه الخطوة تشاد ألنها ستحسن روابطها للطٌران الدولً .وفً ،2012علقت السلطات التشادٌة الرحالت الجوٌة الدولٌة التً كانت تشغلها شركة توماي إٌر المملوكة للدولة بعد أن كشف تحقٌق عن مشاكل خطٌرة فً إجراءات السالمة. وكانت الشركة تسٌر رحالت إلى وجهات إقلٌمٌة بما فً ذلك الكامٌرون والجابون وساحل العاج. وقامت أٌضا بتسٌٌر رحالت موسمٌة إلى السعودٌة ودبً. وبالنسبة للخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة ،فإن الشراكة خطوة أخرى فً مساعٌها للعمل مع ناقالت وطنٌة فً أرجاء القارة. وتجري الشركة محادثات مع جٌبوتً وغٌنٌا االستوائٌة وغٌنٌا إلنشاء شركات طٌران عبر مشارٌع مشتركة ،وتهدف أٌضا إلى إٌجاد شركة طٌران جدٌدة فً موزامبٌق ستتملكها بالكامل. وأعلنت الخطوط الجوٌة اإلثٌوبٌة الشهر الماضً أن أرباحها الصافٌة فً السنة المالٌة -2017 2018ارتفعت إلى 233ملٌون دوالر من 229ملٌون دوالر فً السنة السابقة ،فً حٌن زادت إٌرادات العملٌات 43فً المئة إلى 3.7ملٌار دوالر.

MIA lands Florida's first nonstop flight to Africa Royal Air Maroc (RAM) will debut the first nonstop flight from Miami to Casablanca, Morocco, on April 3, 2019. The new route will mark Miami International Airport's (MIA) first passenger flights to Africa since 2000 and Florida's only nonstop service to the continent, according to MIA. The Moroccan national carrier will operate three weekly roundtrips between MIA and Mohammed V International Airport, which offers dozens of connections to North African, West African and Middle Eastern destinations. The flights will depart Casablanca at 11:20 a.m. Eastern Time and arrive at MIA at 7:05 p.m.; then depart MIA at 8:45 p.m. and arrive in Casablanca at 5:55 a.m. the following day. Offering more than 90 destinations with a fleet of 55 aircrafts, RAM is considered Morocco's largest airline. "We have long sought to re-establish nonstop passenger service to Africa, and to accomplish that with an airline and a destination of this caliber is an added bonus," MiamiDade Aviation Director Lester Sola said. The airport is the country's third-busiest airport for international passengers and the top U.S. airport for international freight.

Kenya: JKIA Achieves Last Point of Departure Status Allowing Direct Flights From Kenya to US By Njenga HakeenahJomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) has achieved the Last Point of Departure status allowing JKIA to facilitate direct flights between Kenya and the US. Following the announcement between President Uhuru Kenyatta and US President Donald Trump, Kenya Airways (KQ) will now fly directly to the US with the first flight scheduled to depart on October 28, 2018. This development opens up new opportunities for Kenyans in Travel, Trade and Commerce. "This is a major achievement for Kenya as JKIA becomes one of the elite African airports to be certified as a last point of departure to the United States. JKIA is now poised to become the premier hub in Africa," said Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) Managing Director, Jonny Andersen. Group operations director for Luxury hotel brand Hemingways Collection Ross Evans said in January that the scheduled Kenya Airways daily flights between Nairobi and New York would boost business for local businesses and leisure tourism. "We also expect this to boost the corporate market with Nairobi strengthening its position as a regional hub for corporate travel. Along with the direct routes, the actual flight times have been well thought out with both legs being overnight flights," said Evans.

In 2016, 82,363 visitors were recorded visiting the country in the same period. During his visit to the US on the invitation of President Trump, President Kenyatta met several corporate heads who were interested to invest in Kenya. Already, two US companies have committed to invest $238 million in projects diversifying investors in the country where the Chinese have dominated. Increased confidence from foreign visitors and reduced flight times to and from the US mean that travellers to both countries will have more time to spend on productive activities rather than in the waiting lounges on connecting flights. The good news continues since Nairobi was ranked number three in the 2018 Top Travel Destinations by Trip Advisor under its annual Travellers' Choice awards. KQ's flights will operate daily in non-stop flights to New York terminating at the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The airline began selling tickets for its new route in January. President Uhuru Kenyatta is among those expected to be on the maiden trip in a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner which will serve the new route.

Kenya to Host African Conference on Civil Aviation Services Nairobi, Aug 30 (Prensa Latina) The Civil Aviation Authority of Kenya will host next week the African Conference of Organizations of Civil Aviation Navigation Services. The event is schedulesd from September 4-6 in the city of Mombasa (Southeast) with the slogan 'Improve efficiency through decisions taken in collaboration and management of air transit flow'. This is the first time Kenya organizes the international conference, a meeting of aviation experts from all Africa, which includes professionals in air transit management, providers of navigation services, makers of transit management systems and operators. African Air Charter Outfit Adds Airvan 10 To Fleet African air charter company Major Blue Air is adding Mahindra Aerospace Airvan 10 turboprop singles to its fleet. (Photo: Mahindra Aerospace) Maun, Botswana-based air charter company Major Blue Air has accepted its first 10-seat Mahindra Aerospace Airvan 10. The turboprop single received type certification from both the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and U.S. FAA last year. The charter operator already has five eight-seat Airvan 8 piston singles in its fleet; other models on property include the Cessna 172 and 206, Hawker 800XP, and Beechcraft King Air B200 and Baron 58. Major Blue Air’s base hangar is situated at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone. ”Over last few years, we have enhanced our focus and attention to the important [air charter] market. With increasing traffic, this market needed a bigger and turbine aircraft. And the larger Airvan 10 complements the Airvan 8,“ said Mahindra Aerospace executive director and CEO Arvind Mehra. According to Mahindra, 35 Airvan 8s have sold in Botswana alone. .

For Ethiopian Airlines, the partnership is another step in its efforts to work with national carriers across the continent. The company has been in talks with Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea to set up carriers through joint ventures, and also aims to create a new airline in Mozambique that it will fully own. Ethiopian Airlines is the frontrunner to set up and manage a new national carrier for Nigeria and has signed an agreement with the Zambian government to relaunch Zambia’s flag carrier at an initial cost of $30 million. Last month, Ethiopian Airlines announced that net profit in the 2017/18 financial year rose to $233 million from $229 million the previous year. The airline’s operating revenue rose by 43 percent to $3.7 billion in the 2017/18 financial year.

Emirates set to add fourth daily flight to Riyadh Dubai airline Emirates says it will launch another daily flight to Saudi capital city on Saturday Emirates will boost its services to Riyadh with the addition of a fourth daily flight to the Saudi capital from September 1. The addition of the fourth daily service will take the total number of weekly Emirates flights serving Riyadh to 28, the airline said in a statement. Adil Al Ghaith, senior vice president commercial operations, Gulf, Middle East & Iran said: ”There are strong passenger flows between Riyadh and Dubai so enhancing our services makes business sense, and further underscores Riyadh’s importance within our global network." The fourth daily flight will be serviced by the Boeing 777-300ER in a three class configuration. Saudi Arabia is the UAE’s largest trading partner in the region, with non-oil trade reaching an estimated AED880 billion ($24 billion) in 2017, according to UAE Federal Customs Authority data. Emirates has been serving Saudi Arabia since 1989, and also operates to Jeddah, Dammam and Medinah Al Munawarah. Emirates currently serves Saudi Arabia with 84 flights a week, increasing to 91 per week from Saturday.
