مصر للطٌران تنظم حفل تأبٌن لضحاٌا رحلة بارٌس المنكوبة حسن حسٌن نظمت مصر للطٌران ،مساء الٌوم الجمعة ،حفل تأبٌن لضحاٌا رحلة مصر للطٌران رقم ms8044؛ التً سقطت فوق البحر المتوسط العام الماضً فور دخولها لألجواء المصرٌة أثناء رحلتها من مطار شارل دٌجول إلً القاهرة. وقامت وزارة الطٌران المدنً ،بإحٌاء الذكرى األولى وإقامة حفل التأبٌن ،داخل قاعة مزٌنة برقم رحلة طائرة بارٌس المنكوبة ٌ ،MS8044غلب علٌها اللونٌن األبٌض واألسود تم تجهٌزها خلف مقر سلطة الطٌران المدنً بحضور عدد من وسائل األعالم المحلٌة والعالمٌة. وفً بداٌة التأبٌن قام المشاركون بالوقوف دقٌقة حدادا علً شهداء الطائرة ثم قام األهالً بوضع الشموع وأكالٌل الزهور أمام النصب التذكارى الذي دون علٌه اسماء الضحاٌا من طقم طائرة والضٌافة والركاب. وشارك فً حفل التأبٌن شرٌف فتحً وزٌر الطٌران ،وصفوت مسلم رئٌس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة لمصرللطٌران،والشٌخ أسامة األزهري مستشار رئٌس الجمهورٌة للشئون الدٌنٌة ،والدكتور أشرف ذكً نقٌب الفنانٌن ،و السفٌر الفرنسً بالقاهرة أندرٌه باران ،ولفٌف من سفراء الدول األجنبٌة بالقاهرة وعدد من الشخصٌات العامة وقٌادات الطٌران المدنى ومصرللطٌران. وبهذه المناسبة جدد صفوت مسلم رئٌس الشركة القابصة لمصر للطٌران فً بٌان لمصر للطٌران خالص التعازي والمواساة ألسر الضحاٌا مؤكدا أن ذوٌهم سٌظلون فً قلوبنا ولن ننساهم ابدا. وقد تم وضع الشموع والورود حول النصب التذكاري الذي تم تشٌٌده فً مطار القاهرة بهذه المناسبة فً حضور عائالتهم واحبائهم تخلٌدا لذكراهم العطرة.

فرنسا تفتح ملف ضحاٌا طائرة مصر للطٌران مجددًا أحمد مصطفى كد جان إٌف لودرٌان وزٌر الخارجٌة الفرنسٌة ،الٌوم الجمعة ،أن بالده لن تنسى أقارب ضحاٌا رحلة شركة مصر للطٌران رقم “ “MS 804والتً سقطت فً 19ماٌو .2016 وعضوا فً الطاقم ،وكان من بٌنهم 15فرنسً و 14من وكانت تلك الحادثة قد راح ضحٌتها 66راك ًبا ً الرعاٌا األجانب المقٌمٌن فً فرنسا. لقاء وزراء خارجٌة مصر وفرنسا.. وأكد لودرٌان خالل لقائه وزٌر الخارجٌة المصري سامح شكري ،أن بالده تتضامن مع عائالت الضحاٌا وأقاربهم ،مطال ًبا الكشف عن مالبسات هذه الكارثة بمساعدة السلطات المصرٌة. وأشار إلى أن فرنسا لن تتوانى عن بذل الجهد من أجل كشف تفاصٌل سقوط الطائرة المنكوبة.

تضارب فً نتائج التحقٌقات المصرٌة والفرنسٌة عام مضى على تحطم الرحلة “إم إس ”805من الخطوط الجوٌة لشركة “مصر للطٌران” فً مٌاه البحر المتوسط ،بحادث مأساوي راح ضحٌته جمٌع من كان على متنها وعددهم 66شخصا. وبعد مرور عام كامل ماٌزال الغموض ٌلف أسباب وقوع هذا الحادث ،وسط تضارب فً نتائج التحقٌقات، حٌث ٌؤكد الفرنسٌون أن السبب ناتج عن “عطل” فٌما ٌصر المصرٌون أن “انفجارا” قد ٌكون وراء الحادث. وكان على متن الطائرة 66شخصا ،من مسافرٌن وطاقم الطٌران ،بٌنهم 40 :مصرٌا و 16فرنسٌا، باإلضافة إلى ركاب من الجزائر وكندا والعراق والسعودٌة وبلجٌكا والكوٌت والبرتغال والسودان وتشاد. تضارب فً نتائج التحقٌقات المصرٌة والفرنسٌة المحققون الفرنسٌون أكدوا مطلع شهر أٌار /ماٌو الحالً أنه لم ٌتم العثور على آثار متفجرات على جثث الضحاٌا الفرنسٌٌن لطائرة مصر للطٌران. وأفاد مصدر مقرب من التحقٌق فً فرنسا ،بأن هذا االستنتاج “ٌغلق الباب” على الفرضٌة المصرٌة حٌال انفجار قنبلة. بحسب نتائج العٌنات التً فحصتها الشرطة على جثث ثمانً ضحاٌا فرنسٌٌن ،تم تسلٌمها فً كانون الثانًٌ/ناٌر“ ،لم تكن هناك متفجرات” على متن الطائرة ألنه “لم ٌتم العثور على أي أثر للمسحوق“، بحسب ما أكد المصدر نفسه. وأوضح المصدر أن هذه البٌانات تؤكد أنه ماجرى “كان حادثا ولٌس عمال إرهابٌا“ ،مضٌفا أن “هذا ٌغلق نهائٌا الباب أمام الفرضٌة اإلرهابٌة”. النتائج الفرنسٌة تتضارب مع ماتوصلت له لجنة التحقٌق المصرٌة التً أصدرت آخر تقارٌرها فً أٌلول/ دٌسمبر الماضً ،وأشارت إلى العثور على آثار متفجرات على رفات عدد من الضحاٌا. وقال بٌان اللجنة المصرٌة“ :ورد إلى اإلدارة المركزٌة للحوادث تقارٌر الطب الشرعً بجمهورٌة مصر العربٌة بشأن جثامٌن ضحاٌا الطائرة وتضمنت اإلشارة إلى العثور على آثار مواد متفجرة ببعض الرفاة البشرٌة الخاصة بضحاٌا الحادث”. كٌف وقع الحادث قبل عام؟ ٌشار إلى أن الطائرة من نوع (إٌرباص إٌه )320أقلعت من مطار “رواسً شارل دو غول” ببارٌس فً الـ 18من أٌار /ماٌو 2016عند الساعة 23و 09دقٌقة ،وكان من المفترض أن تصل إلى القاهرة عند الساعة 3و 15فجرا. بعد خروج الطائرة من األجواء الٌونانٌة فقد االتصال بطاقمها ،وسجل انتشار دخان من جزئها األمامً قبل دقائق من وقوع الحادثة.

The new IT hub infrastructure has already enabled the Alliance to, for example, improve the reliability of such processes as throughcheck in for multi-carrier itineraries or ensuring fast crediting of accrued frequent flyer miles into the correct customer account. In another Alliance first, in the unlikely case of missing miles, members in any Star Alliance frequent flyer programme (FFP) can now claim these online, through their own FFP website, even when the miles were collected on another Star Alliance member carrier flight. The baggage hub, the most recent IT hub project, went live at the end of 2016, and facilitates baggage message transfer between the member airlines, their ground handlers and the baggage handling systems at the airports. Today it processes on average five million baggage messages a day. This allows the airlines to better steer baggage operations and to keep customers informed on the status of their bag. Using the existing IT Hub, Star Alliance has now introduced a new functionality which allows front line employees to better assist customers in case of irregularities. Should their feeder flight be delayed, the connecting boarding pass information can now be accessed by the airline operating the feeder flight, thus enabling a faster and simpler rebooking process. Up to now, such transactions at times still required calling the other airline involved. "Our strategy is to develop digital capabilities centrally, which can then be used by our member carriers to enhance their own products, so that they can offer extended care to their regular customers even when they are travelling elsewhere on the network", said Jeffrey Goh. "Over the next few years we will be launching many such enhancements. Individually, these will offer an incremental improvement. Taken together, they will offer customers a completely new level of information and control of their journey." To support the implementation of the new strategy, Star Alliance has restructured its Frankfurt-based headquarters operation and reorganised the Alliance's management team, which now is made up of:. Mileage Millionaire Competition As part of its customer interaction for its 20th Anniversary, Star Alliance will be running a global competition, inspired by the theme of "Connecting People and Cultures", which will offer winners the chance to become a mileage millionaire. Each of the Alliance's 21 FFPs is offering one million miles (or equivalent) to one competition winner. Entrants are asked to upload a picture of themselves and to share a cultural experience they enjoyed at www.staralliance.com/mileagemillionaire. The cultural experiences will be shown on an interactive world map. The competition runs from May 14th to July 31st, 2017. The Star Alliance FFPs are also providing some inspiration on what can be done with a million miles and are presenting some unique travel experiences at www.staralliance.com/mileagemillionaire. In support of the 20th anniversary campaign, each of the 28 Star Alliance member carriers has come up with their own local cultural experience idea. The five founding carriers, Air Canada, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines, THAI and United, have gone one step further by challenging National Geographic's Travel Nomad, Robert Reid, to test their recommendations personally and report back to travellers on his experience.
