AZ SKY VIRTUAL PAINT NIGHT When: November 14 at 7 p.m. Where: Virtual What: The Happy Canvas is hosting a free virtual paint night. Our fun and talented artist will guide you step by step through a beautiful Arizona sky painting. We have kits available to purchase to go with this class. It will include paint, brushes, canvas, pallet paper, and a picture of the finished painting. The kits are $30 (plus shipping and handling and the class is free). HIDDEN IN THE HILLS When: Nov. 20-22 and Nov. 27-29, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Where: 35 private studio locations in the North Valley What: A signature event of the nonprofit Sonoran Arts League, Hidden in the Hills is Arizona’s largest and longest-running artist studio tour. This year’s event features 140 artists at 35 socially distanced, private studio locations throughout Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. While this year’s tour may seem a bit different, with masks and hand sanitizer, guests will still enjoy the unique experience of meeting diverse artists, watching demonstrations, and learning the inspiration behind each artist’s work.
