2021 Last Year for Solar Investment Tax Credits
T
he Federal Solar Tax Credit (ITC) can help pay for 22% of the total cost of installing a solar system in 2021. That subsidy is going to $0 in 2022. A homeowner who would like to receive that benefit must have the solar system install by the end of 2021 to qualify. The credit is calculated by multiplying 22% of the total system cost. This includes all equipment, labor, materials, engineering and permit fees. It can also include any costs to upgrade the home electrical infrastructure such as stepping up from a 200 AMP Main Panel to a 400 AMP Main Panel electrical service. APS requires this for homes that are installing systems that are more than 15KW in size. It also equips a home for future electrical upgrades such as pools, spas, RV garages, casitas and electric cars. It may also include roofing repairs and applicable portions of a home re-roofing. Getting your home re-roofed in conjunction with your solar system installation can not only reduce your cost of getting that done it can be included in the $0 down solar financing. With solar financing programs taking advantage of the very low interest rates you could finance a solar system and new roof for as low as 1.49% APR and end up with a new roof and solar system for less than what you are paying now for just your current average monthly electric bill. The tax credit is applied to your federal income taxes and can greatly reduce, or even eliminate, what you owe. Anyone who pays for a solar panel installation on their home or business property they own can claim the solar tax credit. It will provide a dollar for dollar reduction in in their federal tax liability. Instead of the IRS keeping the money that you will pay in federal taxes this year they will return it to you to invest in the solar

project in the amount of the tax credit. Keep in mind, you can’t take a credit larger than the amount of taxes you will pay, because the ITC is a “non-refundable” tax credit.You can, however, claim the credit over more than one year, and carry any leftover amount forward to the next year. You must also be the owner of the solar system in order to qualify for the solar tax credit. If you choose to get solar through a lease program then the solar leasing company would take the tax credit and reduce the lease payment accordingly.This can be a good alternative for homeowners that do not have a substantial tax liability. There is no maximum credit — the total tax credit is simply based on the cost of the system and how much tax liability you have. In addition, the State of Arizona provides a $1000 state tax credit which remains in effect for 2021. Also, in sharp contrast to utility bills, the sale of solar systems and monthly payments for solar are held as tax exempt by state and local municipalities for sales tax. To claim the residential credit, complete Form 5695 along with Form 1040 when you file your income taxes. The instructions for Form 5695 are fairly easy to follow, and include a worksheet to help you figure out how much of the credit you can claim this year. A New StretchLab Location to Open at Desert Ridge STRETCHLAB, AN ASSISTED STRETCH CONCEPT THAT AIMS TO IDENTIFY TIGHTNESS AND IMBALANCES IN THE BODY BY CREATING A CUSTOMIZED STRETCHING ROUTINE FOR ITS CLIENTS, WILL OPEN A NEW DESERT RIDGE LOCATION IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF THIS YEAR. To celebrate the grand opening, StretchLab will offer complimentary 15-minute teaser stretches and discounted pre-sale membership packages. The Arizona Fine Art EXPO, which runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, features 120 patron-friendly artist studios in a 44,000 square-foot space, where guests have a rare chance to meet the artists, see them in action, and learn about their journey, inspiration and techniques. Throughout the 10-week event, patrons can enjoy watching artisans sketch in rapiograph, pencil, charcoal and pastels; sculpt and fire clay; chisel, carve and shape stone; scratch and etch on porcelain and clay board, and saw and carve wood sculptures. Artists will also paint in all media; stain and etch gourds; design lost wax casting; design and create jewelry; and assemble mosaics. Art is for sale during the event and commissions are welcomed. WILLIAM DAGGETT A developer by trade, Daggett has spent his career working on commercial, residential and custom home projects. He’s always enjoyed creating new things and has tried his hand at stained glass, furniture building and jewelry design. He found his true passion 15 years ago when he began carving wood. “I started with a chainsaw, caving bears and eagles. It wasn’t rewarding enough so I moved on to cottonwood

I’ve been hooked ever since.” Daggett backpacks out interesting limbs from dead trees during his forest searches. In a typical three-day trip, he’ll see thousands of trees and come home with fewer than 20 pieces of wood for his sculptures. After he returns home, Daggett takes time to decide with his wife what each piece of wood should become. Once he has a vision for the piece, he uses both hand and high-speed tools to create the shape he’s looking for. He then begins the painstaking process of sanding the piece, working his way through five different grits of sandpaper and finishing with hand rubbed Danish oil. A finished piece can take Daggett anywhere from a 40hour week to several months to complete. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS EXPO organizers are working closely with city officials to ensure the safety of this year’s artists, staff and visitors. The event will follow all Centers for Disease Control recommendations, including requiring masks and social distancing for all patrons and artists in attendance. Artists will receive daily temperature checks and each studio will have hand sanitizer available for patron use. The annual event is one of Arizona’s premier venues for collecting fine art. Season passes cost $10; season passes for seniors and military are $8; and children under 12 are free. Parking is free. After a successful and well-received soft launch last spring just as the coronavirus pandemic took hold, MealConnect “is easy to use and requires no obligation from the user, only that they use it when they have surplus food,” says Hillary Bryant, community engagement manager at Waste Not. “MealConnect users don’t need to donate a lot of food to be part of the effort because every donation, no matter how big or small, has an impact. And, with the intensifying impact of the pandemic, the need for food items also is growing.” Users of the app are immediately connected with nonprofits in their community and local volunteer drivers who deliver the food. “The process of donating meals through MealConnect is seamless and very userfriendly,” says Samantha Liotta, a sports dietician for Sun Devil Athletics. Liotta and her team create balanced, nutritious meals for ASU student athletes. “It makes the process so easy and we have recommended it to others to use. It feels good knowing our excess nutritious meals are being donated to those who need and appreciate them. All the volunteers have been kind and great to work with as well.” The app has significant benefits for the community and for donors: • Nonprofit agencies, including homeless shelters, transitional housing, senior facilities, preschools and after-school programs, rehabilitation centers and food pantries receive food with no cost for distribution to individuals and families. • Food businesses reduce waste costs, generate tax savings and help those in need.
• The food donation system addresses food insecurity in a state where one in four children go to bed hungry every night and one in five adults lack consistent access to adequate food. “Our goal is to add to our base of more than 70 generous local food businesses, including restaurants, catering companies, resorts, grocery stores and event venues that consistently donate excess perishable food that would otherwise go to waste,” Bryant says. “Expanding our base means that we can provide food to more people in more communities across the Valley.” Nationally, more than $218 billion is spent on food every year that is never eaten. Waste Not provides nearly 3.5 million meals a year through donations. In 2019, Waste Not diverted 963 tons of food from landfills, a total value of more than $2.2 million. City News Arizona DPS to Enforce Distracted Driving Law By Sergeant Kameron Lee, Arizona Department of Public Safety NINETY FOUR PERCENT OF CRASHES THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY (ARIZONA DPS) INVESTIGATES ARE DUE TO DRIVER ERROR, MEANING 94% OF THE CRASHES ARE COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE. Distraction remains a common theme in many of the crashes we respond to. Beginning this month, Arizona DPS will enforce the law signed last year that says it is “Illegal in Arizona to talk or text on a cellphone while driving unless the device is in a hands-free mode.” This law prohibits drivers from using a cellphone or a stand-alone electronic device while driving unless it is being used in a hands-free mode. This includes, but is not limited to, cell phones, tablets, music and gaming devices. A “standalone electronic device” is a portable device other than a portable wireless communication device that stores audio or video data files to be retrieved on demand by a user. We want people to think of the consequences of distracted driving now, not after a crash has happened. If someone is hurt, or worse, loses their life because you chose to look at a text, scroll social media or even looked down to follow the GPS on your phone, the consequences can be life altering and life changing.

In our day and age, we have the technology that allows us to safely operate our vehicles without phones or other electronics in our hands. That one text or that one phone call isn’t worth it. City News The Free January 16 Itty Bitty Open Introduces The Littlest of Golfers to the Sport IN ITS THIRTY THIRD YEAR, THE JUNIOR GOLF ASSOCIATION OF ARIZONA (JGAA) WILL HOST THE 2021 ITTY BITTY OPEN ON JANUARY 16 AT NUMEROUS VALLEY-WIDE LOCATIONS. Open to all kids age 3-5 years old, the free event offers three clinic times per location starting a 9, 10 and 11 a.m. where juniors and their parents will learn the basics skills of golf taught by qualified PGA and LPGA professionals. Locally, the event happens at Cashman Park, located at 22222 N. 44th Street. After the clinics, the kids will then participate in fun-filled, non-competitive golf games and tournaments. Each golfer will receive a set of plastic golf clubs (right-handed only), balls, a bag, and a visor – participants are asked to leave their own clubs at home. An adult “caddie” must accompany each golfer.

Gary Brawley, member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects and an award-winning golf course architect, created The Links at Sagewood. Brawley has been involved in the design or renovation of over 50 courses throughout the United States as well as projects in Mexico and China. WILD ANIMAL RESCUE IN ARIZONA By Jill “MamaBug” Frier
O
ne of the many reasons we love living in the Sonoran Desert is that it is home to an abundance of wildlife. Coyotes and their kits roam freely across the desert behind our home, while hawks, owls, and falcons soar above the mountains throughout the metro area. We have frequent visits from hummingbirds and bats, with the occasional Javelina scavenging for food down the block. But living in such close quarters with wild animals can take its toll on both humans and wildlife. As the Phoenix metro area has grown over the years, our love of wildlife in the Valley has given rise to some fantastic nonprofit animal sanctuaries and rescue facilities. Many of these facilities are open to the public and are a great way to get your kids interested in science and
nature. If you and your family need help with a wild animal rescue or want to lend your support to helping these efforts, take a look at these local organizations.
SOUTHWEST WILDLIFE CONSERVATION CENTER southwestwildlife.org One of the leading wildlife sanctuaries in the southwestern United States can be found in northeast Scottsdale, just north of McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center (SWCC) is a nonprofit organization that has rescued and rehabilitated thousands of wild animals for more than 25 years. The main goal of SWCC is to release the animals back into the wild. However, their accredited sanctuary also provides a home for those animals that cannot be released. The SWCC facility is open to the public 365 days a year to provide education and help inspire people to learn about and respect native wildlife and conserve its habitat. The sanctuary is home to native wildlife from around the southwest and is proud to offer space at their sanctuary to care for part of the captive Mexican Wolf population as a member of the Mexican Wolf Species Survival Plan (SSP). PHOENIX HERPETOLOGICAL SANCTUARY phoenixherp.com The Phoenix Herpetological Society (PHS) is one of the premier reptile sanctuaries in the country. This North Scottsdale based organization and its research facility works with private citizens, rescue organizations, and state and federal wildlife officials and law enforcement to house and care for rescued, unwanted, or seized reptiles from across the United States. Most of the hundreds of animals at the sanctuary were abandoned, abused, or confiscated from individuals who possessed them illegally. PHS was started almost 20 years ago to provide a refuge for unwanted or rescued reptiles around the state due to a lack of specific knowledge and understanding of the special care and housing required for reptiles by other rescue agencies. The organization believes that conservation begins with education and their volunteers spend countless hours visiting schools and educational locations around the Valley to educate the public about reptiles and how important they are to our ecosystem. The facility is

open by appointment only, but they do host birthday parties, lead field trips, and conduct classroom programs, professional development workshops, and venomous snake training courses for the public.
WILD AT HEART wildatheartraptors.org Wild At Heart in Cave Creek is a rescue, rehabilitation, and release center specifically for raptors and birds of prey. This organization focuses on rehabilitating and rescuing injured owls, hawks, falcons, and eagles with a goal to release them back into the wild. Wild At Heart also works to relocate displaced burrowing owls, manage species recovery programs and habitat enhancement projects, and provide educational presentations to schools and other organizations. This facility is open to the general public by special appointment only, but they do provide educational presentations upon request. LIBERTY WILDLIFE libertywildlife.org Liberty Wildlife, located in the heart of downtown Phoenix just south of Sky Harbor Airport, has been helping Arizona rehabilitate and release thousands of wild animals every year for almost 40 years. The organization cares for between 7,000 and 8,000 animals every year and has a release rate of over 50%, well above the national average. You can find animals that they were not able to be rereleased in many zoos, nature centers, and breeding facilities as wildlife ambassadors for conservation around the state. As strong believers in educating the public, especially children, Liberty Wildlife provides world class educational programs with trained wildlife handlers and teachers using well-conditioned educational raptors who have been deemed non-releasable. The organization provides hundreds of programs each year for the public in a variety of settings. They also host field trips, summer camp, activities for kids, and a special program for Eagle Scouts. These are just a few of the many nonprofit organizations in the Valley of the Sun that rescue injured and displaced wildlife in Arizona. Community Local Girl Scout Collects Unused Medical Supplies for Underprivileged Communities By Emma Wolff

id you know that $765 billion worth of unused medical supplies end up in landfills annually? Every year equipment and resources like gauze, surgical tape, stethoscopes, face masks and scrubs are dumped into landfills when they could be utilized by those in need both in the U.S. and abroad. This local Girl Scout’s mission is to recycle and find better use for these perfectly good medical supplies. Eden Sapien, 15, made it her goal to help the people of Arizona by getting them needed medical supplies. She spent the last 10 years as a Girl Scout helping her community, but this year she wanted to do even more. She is currently working toward her Gold Award, the highest recognition a Girl Scout can achieve.

For her Gold Award project, Sapien started “Saving Supplies Saves Lives.” “Seeing the impact these donations make on people’s lives is my favorite thing about my project,” says Sapien. “People who have lost loved ones and have leftover medical supplies they don’t know what to do with are so happy to know the supplies will be used to help someone else in need.” Sapien’s mission works to create a partnership between Esperança, a global nonprofit organization, and medical establishments to donate gently used or new medical equipment and supplies. Esperança provides seniors and lowincome community members the medical equipment they cannot afford. Not only

The organization works in countries all over the world including Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua and Mozambique. All the supplies provided to Esperança are acquired through donations. Not only can medical establishments contribute gently used or unused equipment, but individuals can contribute as well. Any supplies remaining from a medical procedure or from a deceased loved one can be donated to this cause. Esperança has also found a way to repurpose surgical and expired medical supplies for safe future use. The nonprofit group can accept sealed and expired supplies from manufactures too, including gloves, tubing, catheters and syringes.

All donations are welcomed, no matter how big or small. In the past, Sapien has
received adult diapers, diabetic supplies, walkers and crutches. She is actively collecting supplies for her project. Donations can be accepted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Safety precautions are in place with mask wearing during donation drop offs. All donated items are sanitized before distribution. he Cave Creek Unified School District (CCUSD) wishes you a happy 2021! Exciting and better days lie ahead and I am very optimistic about the future in our school district. In addition, we wish Dr. Debbi Burdick a happy retirement and thank her for all of her efforts over the many years she served in helping to achieve the level of excellence that exists in CCUSD for both students and families. As the former superintendent, she has been a critical part of my own transition in Cave Creek over the past few months. We have made a heartfelt attempt to honor the extraordinary work accomplished by Dr. Burdick during her tenure and wish her the best.
I have more than 20 years in K-12 public education experience serving in a wide variety of roles. I was recently the Assistant Superintendent for the Queen Creek Unified School District, a position I held since 2015. I have also held a variety of school based and administrative roles, including: Director of Student Services in the Higley Unified School District, principal in both the Mesa and Higley School Districts, and assistant principal in the Cartwright School District. I began my career as a teacher at Islands Elementary School in Gilbert as well as at Taylor Elementary School in the Nebo School District in Payson, Utah. I have been

I earned my Doctorate Degree from Northern Arizona University in the area of Educational Leadership in 2014 and also earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Arizona State University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.

Health Acupuncture: A Gentle, Painless Approach to Natural Healing By Dr. Lynnea Felton, NMD, Naturopathic Physician at Health for Life Naturopathic Medicine

hinese acupuncture has a record of use dating back over 3,000 years ago. Acupuncture uses the concept that the body has two opposing forces: yin and yang. Energy within our body (also called qi- pronounced “chee”) and blood are both meant to flow freely along pathways along the body called meridians. This allows for yin and yang to be balanced. If the energy or blood becomes stagnant at any point in our body, yin and yang become imbalanced and disease results. Treatment is based on targeting those points to restore harmony. These points are either needled with a very small and painless needle, pressed on and massaged, or heated. Diagnosis for acupuncture differs from traditional medical diagnosis in that practioners determine what the pulse feels like and tongue looks like to diagnose the disease process that is happening in the body that causes the specific symptoms. This allows for acupuncture to be an individualized treatment. Acupuncture can treat a wide range of disease,
whether a diagnosis is known or not. Common conditions that I see in my office include desired weight loss, chronic pain, headaches, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, infertility, constipation or diarrhea, and irregular menstrual periods. Acupuncture is also used for prevention of disease. I regularly perform acupuncture as part of my patient’s treatment plans to aid in optimal healing.

Where acupuncture points are located in the body they may feel like a trigger point, or tenderness to pressure when pressed, but when the needle is inserted it will not cause pain.
WHAT TO EXPECT During the initial visit, you will share your story of your symptom timeline and what your most concerning symptoms are. Using the combination of your symptoms and diagnosis using the tongue and pulse, I will create a personalized acupuncture treatment plan to gently restore balance. The number of needles inserted can range but typically with the initial appointment, minimal is best! Depending on your concerns, you may lay with needles inserted for 20-30 minutes. At the end of treatment, you may have a sensation of soreness, but that does not occur with each patient or treatment. If experienced, effects typically last around two days.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? With acupuncture, one treatment is typically not enough to fully address concerns, although most patients notice improvement after the first session. Most people notice the most benefit after at least 10 sessions. Positive effects from treatment can last from days to several weeks between treatments.
IS IT PAINFUL? When each needle is inserted, you may feel a sense

he holidays are over and it’s 2021! This new year brings New Year’s resolutions and goals. A big part of my practice in the New Year includes support for patients with cleansing/detoxification protocols, specifically related to the post-holiday season. This can include detox plans and diet modifications to support the immune system, cleanse and obtain optimal health. Detoxification is the process of clearing toxins from the body. A healthy functioning body has the capacity to handle a certain level of toxins day to day, however, there are many factors that can hinder our body’s ability to detoxify and support a healthy immune system. Toxins can be found in our environment, products we use on our skin and clothes, as well as food we ingest. An overload of toxins can weigh down our immune system and accumulate
in our cells. This accumulation negatively affects our immune system and can lead to chronic illnesses such as autoimmune diseases, allergies, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and skin conditions. OUR BODY DETOXIFIES THROUGH MANY DIFFERENT WAYS: • The gastrointestinal system: liver, gallbladder and intestines • The urinary system: kidneys and urine • Respiratory system: lungs, nose, and sinuses • Integumentary system: skin (sweat) • Lymphatic system HEALTHY DETOX/CLEANSING TIPS: • Eat organic and fresh when possible. • Drink filtered water and drink at least half your body weight in ounces each day. • Eliminate sugar, refined foods, processed foods, canned foods, salt, coffee, cured meats, organ meats, alcohol and nicotine.
• Include whole foods such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, healthy oils, seeds and healthy fats. • If you have food sensitivities, it is important to eliminate them during any detox. Doing this will help decrease inflammation and allow the body to detox more efficiently. • Consume dark leafy greens such as kale, spinach, and dandelion greens. These support the liver and help promote healthy digestion. • Regular daily bowel movements will aid in the elimination of toxins. • Exercise: During any detox, regular exercise of at least 30 minutes per day is beneficial. • Breathing: Take the time to breathe; we often forget this part. Take breath breaks often and breathe deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth. • Keep sinuses and lungs healthy during cleansing; daily neti pot use or nasal rinses can be helpful.
• Sleep: Your body needs proper rest. Seven to eight hours of sleep will help facilitate the cleansing. Cleansing/detoxing can help the body restore itself and help maintain excellent health and wellness. There are many different detoxification protocols. It is always best to check with your doctor to see which one would be safest and most beneficial for you. Real Estate Holly’s Housing News: The 2021 Crystal Ball Real Estate Forecast By Holly Henbest, Realtor

appy New Year! We’re all ready to close the 2020 chapter and start fresh with 2021. Although 2020 was a tough year in countless ways, it was a positive year for real estate and 2021 is poised to generate positive results. We expect to see a continued upward trend in both pricing and overall sales. Realtor.com has predicted an 11.4% increase in overall sales in Arizona. We’re also seeing consistent reports of expected pricing gains of around 7%. To help support the increase pricing, it was announced in December that effective January 1, 2021 the FHA and conventional loan limits would be increased. So, if you are looking to buy a home with a conventional loan, your loan limit is now $548,250. That is a 7.4% increase from the previous limit of $510,400. The FHA loan limit is now $368,000, which is an increase from the previous limit of $331,760. While this is great news for buyers to be able to afford more, it’s also great news for sellers that more buyers will be able to afford more and support the increasing home prices. The biggest challenge with home sales in 2020 was supply. We all hope to see some increased inventory
in 2021 and that is likely to happen as people feel more comfortable to get out of their homes more. So many people didn’t feel comfortable moving or having people in their home in 2020, so it impacted how many people wanted to sell their homes. Hopefully in 2021 will see more inventory due to people who held off on their plans in 2020. For the last few years, we’ve been predicting interest rates to go up—yet they never did. To the contrary, we continued to see interest rates fall to all-time lows in 2020. So, this year the prediction is here again that we expect to see interest rates increase. That’s a prediction that will likely come true this year because, frankly, interest rates really can’t get any lower. However, we aren’t seeing anyone predict a significant increase, so hopefully it won’t have much impact on the overall market. Keep in mind that if you’re thinking about buying a home with a loan, the better your credit score the better your interest rate, so protect your credit score and talk with a lender to get the best advice to increase your credit score, so that when you’re ready to buy a home, you can get the best interest rate possible.

s we start the New Year, I want to talk about older methods of estate planning versus newer, more efficient and cost-effective means of planning. Your estate is simply what you own. For most reading this article, that at least includes a home, a retirement account, bank accounts and maybe a brokerage account. In the not-sodistant past, planning for your estate at death meant preparing a Last Will and Testament. Today, we use the Revocable Living Trust more often.
HERE ARE A FEW ADVANTAGES OF USING THE TRUST: The Revocable Living Trust Helps You if You Are Incapacitated Both a Will and a Revocable Living Trust contain instructions for distributing your assets after you die. However, a Revocable Living Trust also contains your instructions for managing your assets should you become incapacitated. In the Trust, you name your successor trustee who steps into your shoes to pay your bills and manage your finances when you can’t.
There are many benefits to using the Revocable Living Trust, but often people think that only the wealthy need a Trust. I think that instead, we should consider the Trust as simply the more modern way of planning
A Revocable Living Trust Avoids Probate and Reduces Expenses A Will says who will receive the assets in your estate after your death, but it does not automatically transfer your assets. Instead, your executor

must probate the estate, starting with submitting the Will and an application to the probate court and asking the court to appoint them executor. Until they have the appointment papers, they cannot do anything with your estate. A Revocable Living Trust, on the other hand, appoints your successor trustee who can step in to take charge of your estate promptly. The Trustee can quickly gather, sell and distribute your assets to your beneficiaries with no need for a court’s involvement. How the Trust Works When you set up a Trust, you transfer assets from yourself to the trust. While you are alive and able, you are the Trustee and the only beneficiary. For a married couple, managing your assets in the trust won’t feel much different than it does when you hold your assets in joint tenancy. You
maintain full control of your assets, doing the same things with them you did before: write checks, buy and sell, direct your stockbroker. Even your income tax returns stay the same. Transferring assets to the Trust is also relatively simple. In my office, we transfer all of the Arizona real estate into your trust and assist you in retitling your other assets. Once you understand how to title assets, you won’t need to call us unless you want our help. The Revocable Living Trust makes sense for most of us. Then soon, the second guestroom tower featuring the Don Woods’ Say When rooftop bar is scheduled to open. Of course, the world has changed since ARRIVE Phoenix kicked off construction more than a year ago, but guests can rest assured that every step has been taken to ensure their safety, says ARRIVE Hotels & Restaurants CEO and Co-Founder Matt Steinberg. “From touchless on-site payments, to sanitized and pre-bagged linens and bathrobes, every aspect of the guest experience has been thoughtfully redesigned for today’s hospitality world.” This includes the use of Hospital-Grade Electrostatic Disinfection machines utilizing a non-toxic disinfectant solution (the same technology deployed in hospitals) to sanitize guestrooms before and after any staff member enters the room.
