As the publishers of six community newspapers and parents of school-age children, we’re excited to introduce you to Epic Kids.
Formerly called In the Zona, a print publication featuring the accomplishments of local K-8 kids, our exciting re-brand to Epic Kids combines the fun elements of In the Zona with a fresh mix of engaging, interactive content for kids and their parents.
Think of us almost like the nostalgic Highlights magazine with puzzles, kid-friendly recipes, crafts & activities, book reviews, and a calendar of local events. The best part, we celebrate the successes of local students within the pages and create a tangible record of their achievements for kids and parents to cherish.
To keep the content local, we have four zones and distribute 10,000 copies per zone, August through May, exclusively through K-8 charter and private schools, as well as locations like swim schools and gymnastics studios.
