Electric submersible screw pump oil production system mainly consists of permanent magnet direct drive submersible motor, protector, coupling, screw pump and ground control cabinet. The submersible permanent magnet direct drive motor has the characteristics of low output speed, high torque, high efficiency and low power consumption; The high wear and corrosion resistant coupling can dampen, reduce vibration and improve the dynamic performance of the shaft, and withstand the axial force, so as to ensure the transmission of torque and the running precision of the main and driven shafts. The screw pump stator and rotor are interchangeable, and at the same time, the type of rubber can be matched according to well conditions to meet the production needs of oil wells.
Process characteristics
1. The permanent magnet direct drive motor system has high efficiency and remarkable energysaving effect. The high-efficiency screw pump lifts the fluid from the well, has a large flow area and small friction resistance, and the system efficiency is higher than that of the pumping unit rod pump well. Compared with the electric heating rod pit, the energy saving rate is more than 90%, saving more than 60% of electricity;
