• Secured Development Plan Review approval from the City of Tempe by coordinating with consultants across civil, electrical, and landscape disciplines.
• Directed design efforts for the WL Gore KP Cafeteria Remodel, currently in the Schematic Design and Design Development phases, contributing to BIM modeling and creating detailed renderings to support client and team decision-making.

• Secured Maryvale Parkway project through RFQ proposal. Led design-to-construction management, obtained permits for a 106-unit remodel, and managed project start as client liaison.
• Led CSE TI tenant improvement project from schematic design to permit review.
