• Set up your profile (or update if you've used this app before)
• Set up Tags Section (or update tags if you've used this app before)
o Scan a test badge (see sample badge) then add each of the 10 TAGS by copying and pasting each TAG to the TAG section.
o Once you add it, it will remain in the TAGS section to reuse
o Please make sure to add all the NEW 2024 TAGS we will need to use. Disregard old tags you may see on the app.
• Set up Notes Section (or you should already have notes if you've used this app before)
o Scan a test badge (see sample badge) and add each of the NOTES by copying and pasting each NOTE to the NOTES section.
o Once you add it, it will remain in the NOTES section to reuse

2. Tag/Edit it (Swapcard lead system calls their identifier(s) "TAG"
3. Add Notes
Rating/Score: 1-5 stars
1. 5 Star - An example of a 5-star rating might be an existing customer or new lead, with a budget and looking to buy NOW (03 months)
2. 4 Star - An example of a 4-star rating might be an existing customer or new lead, with a budget and looking to buy SOON (36 Months)
3. 3 Star - An example of a 3-star rating might be an existing customer or new lead, with a budget and looking to buy IN A YEAR (Next 12 Months)
4. 2 Star - An example of a 2-star rating might be an existing customer or new lead, with a budget and looking to buy NEXT YEAR (12+ Months)
5. A one-star rating might be someone just looking at equipment with no immediate need.
