YOUR ESSENTIAL ROUND-UP FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING 16 March 2026
This Week’s Headlines: This week star ted with a celebration of International Women’s Day, as we came together as a school to acknowledge the amazing contributions women have made to the world, and our own lives. To Mums, Sisters, Grandmas, Staff, Alumni, and many more, Thank You. On Monday, we welcomed author Joel Arcanjo, writer of the ‘Crookhaven’ series, who kindly came in to talk to our pupils. He was ver y engaging with the girls, detailing how he came up with his series, and offering them the chance to come up with ideas to add to his world. The girls loved their time chatting to him, had a few laughs and they learned a lot about life as an author. Wednesday saw our pupils across the Trust experience the Science Week Workshops. Multiple year groups took par t in numerous hands-on experiments and had a fun, educational time.
Well done ever yone for a hard working week and have a restful weekend. Mr Stuar t Field, Headmaster
