YOUR ESSENTIAL ROUND-UP FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING 1 May 2026

This Week’s Headlines: It has been a wonderfully full and varied week across the school community. Our Spanish Trip has been a real highlight, with pupils immersing themselves in the language and culture—an invaluable experience that brings classroom learning to life and creates lasting memories. Back on site, our talented performers took to the stage for “A Night at the Theatre”, showcasing an evening of outstanding musical talent. The confidence, creativity and passion on display made it a truly memorable event for all who attended. As the academic year progresses, we wish our Year 11 pupils the ver y best as they begin their study leave. They have worked incredibly hard, and we are confident they are well prepared for the challenges ahead. The performing arts continued to shine with an Evening of Dance, celebrating the dedication and artistr y of our dancers. It was a joyful showcase of movement, expression and teamwork. Finally, we marked an important milestone with our Year 13 Leavers’ Celebration a poignant and celebrator y occasion as we said farewell to a fantastic year group. We are immensely proud of all they have achieved and look forward to hearing of their future successes. Wishing all of our pupils the ver y best of luck in their upcoming exams..
