Image Requirements We use images for both print (product flyers, catalogs, etc) and web (our site is optimized for Retina devices). Therefore we are requesting Hi-res images of all products as detailed below.

300dpi At least 1600x1600 pixels Saved as a .png, .jpg (at highest level 12) or .pdf Multiple images if available: In packaging, out of packaging, lifestyle (in use), from different sides. Patterns: Please send both the front cover and back cover at actual size. Books: The front and back covers, index page and sample pages from the book.
300 dpi At least 6” square or full repeat of the design Saved as a .jpg (at highest level 12) or .pdf Individual images of each fabric (digital images are fine) Please send everything at actual size or note reduction percentage. Panels can be reduced but please note the reduction percentage
Logo We often use company logos in our promotional materials. Vector Format .eps or .ai • •

Our preference is a logo in a vector format (.eps or .ai) If that is not available, a Hi-Res (300 dpi) .jpg or .tiff file at least 2.5” wide will work
Product Information
We also need product descriptions, including product name, product size (not packaging), color, count (how many in 1 package, etc). This information can be sent to us as a Word Document or as an Excel Sheet.

File Sharing program (Dropbox, Hightail, etc.). Please send a link rather than sharing a folder with us We can pick images up from your FTP or online image folder. Please provide your link and login information By Email (for images that are not to big)
