Tennessee: Ballad Health Academy In Northeast Tennessee, Ready for Industry collaborated with Ballad Health Academy, a school-within-a-school model implemented across ten high schools. RFI’s Healthcare Essential Employability Skills curriculum, offered alongside dual enrollment and clinical experiences, prepares students for high-demand healthcare careers. By combining Ballad Health’s clinical expertise with RFI’s digital career readiness framework, the initiative addresses healthcare workforce shortages while strengthening local economic resilience. »

Already, the collaboration has resulted in 167 certifications.

Kentucky: Goodwill Industries of Kentucky Through a statewide partnership, RFI and Goodwill Industries of Kentucky are equipping learners with healthcare workforce skills.

The program was specifically designed to meet growing demand for skilled pharmacy technicians while providing participants with both technical knowledge in pharmacy operations and professional skills necessary for healthcare environments. »

Participants earned CVS Pharmacy Technician certifications and RFI Healthcare credentials, with many learners securing employment or advancing training.

Alabama: Sylacauga High School Sylacauga High School used Ready For Industry courses to prepare students for a Health Science Internship. The RFI Healthcare course helped to close the gap between students’ internship at Coosa Valley Medical Center and their future career in healthcare. »

The partnership was recognized for best practices by the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship.
