eDL Career Ready ProgramTM The eDynamic Learning (eDL) Career Ready Program offers high school students sequenced learning tracks aligned to national and examination standards. These tracks put students on a path to obtain industry certifications and to secure employment in high-paying, high-demand jobs.

Students who have greater exposure to CTE courses are more likely to graduate, enroll in a two-year college, gain meaningful employment, and earn higher wages.3 Taking one CTE class for every two academic classes minimizes the risk of students dropping out of high school.2

Funding for our program has never been more accessible. Perkins V funding is available to help schools expand CTE programs, and recently, this federal funding budget increased $18 million for FY 2021 or 1.4% increase over the FY 2020. eDL courseware can be considered a permissible expense when used to support CTE curriculum, career exploration, professional development, and internship preparation.
