NEST 2012

university of toronto adrian phiffer

was an urban design experiment to develop a scheme that would revamp the Dufferin Mall site. The proposal sought to explore the perimeter block typology and integrate the urban park typology in a new and meaningful way. The elevated park that links the the various components together is a feature that is designed to foster growth and development and serve as a focal centre for the site.
