Highly trained staff From the moment you contact your nearest EF office to after you return home, you’ll benefit from our global network of staff who are on hand to help 24/7.

Pre-departure meetings We ensure you’re completely prepared for your summer abroad with predeparture meetings and a predeparture pack that details all you need to know before you go.

Access to My EF before, during and after your course Log on to EF’s online student portal to chat with classmates, check your schedule and sign up for activities.

An EF Leader to escort you throughout your trip Benefit from around the clock support from an experienced <NATIONALITY> EF Leader. They’ll travel with you to your destination and lead you on a day-to-day basis, ensuring your time abroad is as memorable and safe as possible. You’ll also be looked after by staff from <NATIONALITY>, who are based in our destinations throughout the summer.

Return flights We’ll arrange flights to and from your host country with fellow students and an EF Leader.

Airport transfers Once you arrive, we’ll take you to your EF Course Town and provide transport back to the airport on your last day.
