Peaches
Peaches are the official state fruit of South Carolina.
Peaches are a type of stone fruit.
Main Varieties of Peaches:

There are over 300 varieties of peaches.
Peaches take 3 - 5 months to grow once pollinated.
1 peach tree can produce up to 66 pounds of fruit each year.
Peaches are in peak season from June - the end of August.

Collard Greens
Collard greens are tastier & more in the colder months of January
Collard greens are the official state vegetable of South Carolina. take 6 - 8 weeks to go from seed to ready for harvest.
Collard green stems can be 24 - 48 inches long.
Collard greens are a means they have a 2 year life cycle.
