California produces nearly 90% of all strawberries grown in the U.S.
One acre of land can produce 50,000 pounds of strawberries.
Strawberries are only grown on 1% of California’s farmland.
California strawberries are available round.

3 main types of strawberries: June-bearing, Ever-Bearing & Day-Neutral. strawberry has 200 seeds.
