Lakeview School District is celebrating Farm to School Month by serving local food, providing agriculture and nutrition education and celebrating their local farmers!

Blueberries

Michigan is the #1 blueberry producing state in the Midwest!

Michigan grows over 100 million pounds of blueberries every year!

4 Highbush blueberries are the most common type of blueberry.

Peterson Farms

Peterson Farms was started by Earl & his wife Linda in 1972.
