Milk Milk is a type of dairy product – most commonly made from cows.

Milk contains 13 essential nutrients.

Milk is made up of 85-95% water with the rest being fats, proteins, carbohydrates & vitamins.

Butternut Squash Butternut squash is a type of winter squash.

Winter squash is usually grown in the summer and harvested in the fall.

There are two types of squash: WINTER & SUMMER. Squash are botanically fruits because they grow from flowers & contain seeds.

Butternut squash grow on vines that can reach up to 15 feet in length. Butternut squash are known for their sweet and nutty flavor. Squash flowers are mainly pollinated by bees. Butternut squash takes about 3 to 4 months to grow from seed to harvest.
