COVID-19 screening and testing available at our Conroe location. Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm Lone Star Family Health Center 605 S. Conroe Medical Drive Conroe, Texas 77304 We are testing anyone that meets the following criteria: 1. Healthcare worker, first responder or essential worker regardless of symptoms 2. Anyone exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case 3. Anyone else with symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, shakes, headache, nausea, muscle pain, vomiting, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste/smell) No out of pocket cost for anyone with insurance. All insurance accepted. Sliding fee discounts available based on income and household size.
