Our core experience, delivered to youth in and out of school, combines skills training, mentorship, and practical experience starting a business.

School Solutions Education System Solutions

We facilitate practical, hands-on learning directly in secondary schools.

We partner with governments to integrate skills-based learning into national education systems.

Out-of-School Youth Solutions

We empower youth unable to access formal education through livelihood bootcamps.

The coming years are pivotal for young Africans — presenting both a challenge as well as an enormous opportunity to drive positive change.

Seizing this moment, we launched a newly revised strategic plan in 2022, which includes a bold vision to impact 400,000 new youth by 2025.
