Seats based on the state Quota for NEET Undergraduate Counseling: State NEET Counseling is performed for admissions to 85% of seats in government institutions and all seats in private medical/dental institutions in the state. All India Quota MCC Counseling Procedure: The AIQ NEET counseling process is the only way to apply for 15% of the seats in all government medical and dental colleges, all seats at deemed universities and central universities, all seats at Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and all seats at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), including Delhi University (DU), BHU, AMU, AIIMS, and JIPMER. Since NEET counseling 2022, applicants from Jammu and Kashmir are now eligible for the 15% All India Quota seats.
