Summer Band Mission Statement

The Summer Band is a joint project of Libertyfest and the UCO School of Music to provide a quality band experience for area high school, college, and community members. The weekly rehearsals of this volunteer group provide a musical outlet for band members during the summer. Rehearsals culminate with a public performance of patriotic selections, marches, and popular medleys in the style of an old-fashioned concert in the park.
