Annual Awards Banquet January Edmond Conference Center

Title

The Annual Awards Banuet is held at the beginning of each year to celebrate the Edmond community and the accomplishments of its members. At the banquet the Chamber also recognizes outgoing and incoming board members. This event is the time of year that we champion Edmond. There are typically between 300-450 attendees representing a broad range of businesses and industries.

The Large Business of the Year Sponsor is recognized on all event promotional materials. They will receive one table of eight with premium table placement and two bottles of wine on the table. As the Presenting Sponsor the event will be referred to as the “Annual Awards Banquet Presented By_____�. Your company logo will go on all printed and digital materials for the event. Have a team of four shooters at this years Sporting Clays Tournament! With a Bronze Sponsorship your company will have a station sponsor sign on the course and be recognized as an event sponsor.

Individual Shooters $100

The Edmond Chamber hosts a Sporting Clays Tournament at the beginning of each November to encourage the fostering of relationships while participating in a fun sport. This event is held out at Silverleaf Shotgun Sports and there are over 120 guys and gals that bring their shotguns out for this great event.

The shoot includes a lunch and typically lasts from 11:30am-3:00pm.

After all the clays have busted we total the scores to award the top three teams and top individual shooter, as well as draw for some awesome raffle prizes!

Edmond’s Dancing with the Stars is the Chamber’s largest community event. It is held the first week of September and features a partner dance competition of local celebrities paired with a professional from Dance Makers.

Each November the business women of Edmond get together for a day of celebration and encouragement labeled the “Women’s Leadership Conference”. The Edmond Chamber brings in a nationally recognized speaker to address issues and opportunities for women in business. The Conference includes a lunch and networking opportunities. This past year there were over 125 attendees at the conference.

The Breakfast Club

Monthly (January-October) Oklahoma Christian University

Season

The Edmond Chamber Women’s Network Council hosts a breakfast on the 4th Thursday of each month from January to October. These 10 breakfasts feature various speakers that give presentation on a variety of topics important to women in business. The breakfasts typically have between 5080 women in attendance that represent a variety of professions and industry.

The goals of “The Breakfast Club” are to encourage women to network and create relationships with other women in the Edmond community, and to provide educational resources.

Presenting Sponsor $3,000 As the Presenting Sponsor the “Breakfast Club” series will be refered to as “____ Presents the Women’s Breakfast Club”. The main objectives are to retain members and encourage participation at all functions and events. Members can accumulate points for attendance and then be eligible for prize drawings on a monthly or annual basis. Points will be awarded for event attendance and committee meeting attendance. Prizes will be awarded on a monthly and annual basis. Members will be eligible for the prize drawings based on their accumulated points.

Edmond Chamber Golf Tournament Title First Friday in May

The Edmond Chamber hosts an annual golf tournament dubbed the “Cinco de Mayo Cup” due to it taking place on the first Friday in May. This is a favorite event amoung Chamber members because of the festivities and friendly competition. Teams play 18 holes in a four person scramble. This event always sells out, so if you are interested in participating reserve your team!

Presenting Sponsor $6,000

As the Presenting Sponsor the event will be referred to as the “Edmond Chamber Cinco de Mayo Cup Presented By_____”. Your company logo will go on all printed and digital materials for the event. The Sponsor receives two teams with four players on each. Signage can be placed anywhere at the event, promotional materials on a display table and distributed to all partipcants is included as well. Edmond Young Professionals Opportunities Title The Edmond Young Professionals group was formed to provide the young professionals of Edmond with an opportunity to develop leadership skills and give back to the community, and to provide a forum for local executives and city leaders to educate and promote the growth of Edmond. The group is open to those 21-40 years of age or the young at heart who are interested in professional development, community service and networking. There are currently over 200 EYP members and typically 30-60 at each event.

As the Leadership Latte Speaker Sponsor you would be the headline sponsor for the EYP networking event in either Jan, April, Sept, or Dec. As the Education Sponsor you would be the headline sponsor for the EYP educational event in either Feb. or Oct. The Leadership Edmond is a leadership development program designed to provide community leaders with a deeper understanding of the critical issues affecting the Edmond area. The program begins with a two-day/overnight Retreat Sponsor $1,250 retreat which focuses on community leadership skills. In 2014, the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce launched a program for locally owned Edmond businesses to become certified as a locally owned business. This effort creates awareness of the Edmond businesses that are locally owned and encourages Edmond residents to shop and buy from these businesses.

Those participating must meet specific criteria to quailify as a member of ELO. There are currently over 50 ELO members.

This is a week-long promotion of restaurants that are members of the Edmond Chamber it takes place during the week of Friday, February 22nd through Sunday, March 3rd. This is a week-long promotion of the small businesses that are members of the Edmond Chamber takes place during the week of National Small Business Saturday which falls the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The Chamber will collect all the tickets and then draw for winners who get to choose one of the participating businesses for the Chamber to purchase them a gift certificate from. Annual Magazine “The Voice”

The e-newsletter is broadcasted to the entire membership in an attractive html format every Wednesday of the month. The newsletter is sent to more than 2,300 e-mail addresses of local business people.

E-news consists of new members, upcoming events, news articles of Chamber activities and spotlights on people and business.

The Edmond Chamber’s annual printed newsletter will be a magazine type publication and will be approximately 20 pages, full color, and glossy and printed once a year. Each magazine is directly mailed to more than 1,400 Chamber members. Eighty percent of our members are small businesses in the Edmond metro area. We do an issue of The Voice in both April and September of each year.
