This document presents the results of the thesis titled Education for Peace in Colombia: an opportunity for the transformation of the conflict, arises at a circumstantial moment in Colombia that sees with hope a peace process, in this context arise laws, new scenes, reflections social and educational to face the challenges in this new stage; It has been made a serious process of documentary research to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of Peace.
