WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE PART OF SERVING ON THE AJMAA JUNIOR BOARD? Serving on the AJMAA Junior Board has given the opportunity to create a huge network of individuals and families within the breed. There is nothing better than the common love of Maine-Anjou cattle that I share with people. I am also honored at this opportunity to set an example and impact the lives of those around me while I have been a Junior Board member.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

I am inspired by the unwavering love animals show to those who care for them. My desire to care for god’s creatures is what keeps me motivated to get out of bed everyday.

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR THE JUNIOR BOARD THIS YEAR?

My goal is to connect and meet as many junior members of the Maine-Anjou breed as possible. I hope that by doing this we can inspire generations

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE PART OF SERVING ON THE AJMAA JUNIOR BOARD? My favorite part of serving on the AJMAA Junior board has definitely been meeting all of the wonderful people involved in this breed. From the breeders to the showman it truly shows that we all share the same connection and passion for what we do. It is an honor to represent this breed and being able to connect with people you never thought you would meet otherwise.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

The biggest thing that inspires me is my family. Seeing my family all come together and work on what we love to do is what keeps me going. Showing animals is how we all come together and work towards a goal.

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR THE JUNIOR BOARD THIS YEAR?

My goal for the junior board the year is to meet as many members as I can. There are many good people involved in this association and I hope to have the opportunity to connect with as many as possible.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE PART OF SERVING ON THE AJMAA JUNIOR BOARD? Having the opportunity to be actively involved in this breed I love so much.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

My main inspiration is the little kids in the livestcok industry and how even in these uncertain times they are still just as excited and passionate about their livestock and getting involved.

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR THE JUNIOR BOARD THIS YEAR?

To continue to focus on involving the younger kids within our breed since they are the future of the association.
