In the fall of 2006 the Iowa State University McNay Research Farm held it’s 50th Anniversary Open House. As part of the festivities, nine calves were produced from the 50’s, 70’s and 80’s. One pen of three calves particularly caught the eye of many. These were sired by Ballot of Belladrum, born in Scotland in 1954.
