We would like to welcome you to our Mature ‘Proven’ Cow Sale. Every time we have a sale, we offer all of the class being sold. This time is no different; it is every bred cow that is over five years of age. This is the real heart of the herd, but we need to make room for the young cows up and coming. The cows in this sale offering have definitely proven themselves, or they would not still be on our place. This means that you can purchase them with the utmost confidence, knowing that they will go out and produce for you their new owner. These are cows that have credentials like selling bulls to studs, but even more importantly they are cows that have produced bulls that have impacted our bull customers’ herds. They’ve done so by improving their weaning weights and replacement heifers, making cows that generate heavy calves at weaning. That is what it is to raise more efficient animals. We have always bred cattle that are powerful and correct in their makeup. We don’t raise little, frail cattle; they have to have some size and the right look.

There are 20 first-calf fall heifers in the sale as well. Most have AI sired calves. This is the very front cut of them. They will make a ripping set of future cows. With every sale we have, it is our belief that it doesn’t matter how good the cattle are at our house; what counts is how good they are at yours. They will work at your house. We have worked a lifetime on this set of cows. Buy them with assurance.
