Minimal with rebel accents

Paris, Punk subculture, glam rock, beatnik and mods, but also classic revisited in a PoP key: these are the insPirations at the heart of the ME.LAND collection, the Parisian brand that made its debut at the last edition of Pitti uomo the creative mind behind the brand is that of frédéric robert, the designer who has enjoyed prestigious collaborations in the past with maisons of the calibre of lanvin, kenzo, dior and hermès. “Wise, but rebellious guys” is the inspiration behind the design of a footwear collection characterised by basic and light lines in a mix of materials and colours. designed in montmartre, in Paris, but produced in italy by a marches workshop where craft workmanship is merged with attention to detail, me.land footwear stands out for its minimal style and comfort. the materials match matte calfskin with patent leather calfskin, while suede is combined with tartan themes or reflective fabrics, and the palette presents blacks, marine blues, forest green, carmine red, yellow and white. distributed in france by le bon marché, me.land can also be found in florence at société anonyme.

The Benincasa milano shoes project arrives from faraway: during her studies at the arsutoria school in milan, maija learned to design shoes by combining aesthetics with functionality. however, it is only during her trip to the ligurian riviera that the beginnings of the idea of a tailored comfort came into being. even with the most well-made highheeled shoes, her lengthy explorations of portofino ended with her feet hurting at the end of the day. Thus, after receiving her degree from arsutoria, maija returned home where she studied the anatomy of the foot, and together with experts from the southwestern medical center of the university of Texas, she finally developed the system that ensures her shoes today are not only one hundred percent stylish and chic, but also capable of offering a made-to-measure comfort.

Andrea Mondin was born in Valdobbiadene (Treviso, italy) and after attending art school and putting himself to the test working for roberto Cavalli, dolce & Gabbana and Gianni Versace, he became the designer of the women’s shoe collections for Versace and then of the Versus accessories. His collaborations, first with Christopher Kane and then with Anthony Vaccarello for Versus Versace, were very important phases in his working experience. • Charme metropolitano condito da un mood elegante e raffinato: è questa la proposta della collezione AI 19-20 del brand veneto Frau. Una proposta che si realizza per l’uomo con derby e mocassini dall’appeal contemporaneo, sneakers patinate in vero montone con suola di volume ma in gomma ultralight, e anfibi dalla grinta rock, in pelle spazzolata effetto vintage, suola in carrarmato ultraleggera.

Metropolitan charm enhanced by an elegant and sophisticated mood: this is what the FW 2019/20 collection by the Venetian brand Frau presents. The proposal for men features derby shoes and moccasins with a contemporary appeal, sneakers covered in genuine sheepskin with volume soles made from ultralight rubber, and combat boots with a rock spirit, in vintage-effect brushed leather with grip-fast ultralight soles.

For her, the metropolitan mood is coloured with bold rock shades, while featuring surprisingly elegant details. Two examples? The black derby in a brushed flatform sport’n classic style, and the classic lace-up revamped in a casual key, with suede waxed upper and sole with leather inserts.

For the Autumn-Winter 2019-20, the new collection by the Spanish brand shines with light, taking its inspiration from the Roaring Twenties and the setting of the Great Gatsby, as well as from art deco. Here, flats sparkle with crystals and multifaceted stones, while suede mules are embellished by square crystal buckles that create a bling-bling effect.

Next to these, the collection also proposes flats in Prince of Wales check, which are trimmed in black and adorned by black maxi bows, while animalier versions are characterised by a pop verve and Texas-hold’ems are proposed in red suede with the LOVE claim written in rhinestones for the most passionate lovers.

Elvio Zanon, art of geometries

The boldness of the lines and geometries are a trademark of the Elvio Zanon collection for the coming fall-winter.

With a glam spirit, the collection rewrites femininity, studying new equilibriums and new silhouettes, while makings heights its leitmotif. Thus, room is made for Texan boots, multi-buckle and logger boots, and ankle boots and pumps, in a mix of minimal lines and bold nuances.

The materials, which are fruit of a meticulous and exclusive selection, alternate exotic crocodile and Patagonian textures expressed in earthy tones, with bold graphic patterns of laminated, suede, and nubuck, which are dyed with sophisticated burgundy and plum tones, and mixed with ochre and pastels, to then arrive at naplak with a retro charm.

WFC: digitalization and sustainability in footwear THE 6TH WFC - WORLD FOOTWEAR CONGRESS WILL BE HELD ON 4 AND 5 APRIL 2019 IN NAPLES Promoted by CEC – the European Confederation of the Footwear Industry, this edition of WFC is entitled “Digitalization for a sustainable footwear industry” and will tackles issues like the converging realities of digitalization and sustainability, the industry’s pathway towards a circular economy, the “connected and sophisticated” global consumer, and the next generation of retailers, with the contribution of a panel of high-level international speakers and the presentation of successful case histories.

Among the speakers already confirmed are companies like El Naturalista and Vivo Barefoot for the theme of sustainable products. BROWN Group and Luisaviaroma will instead address the theme of social Carmen arias media and influencers, while Glent Shoes and Vibram will take a look at digital innovation and technologies in production. Finally, the best retail practices in the digitalized world will be proposed by Delpozo, Heme and Fratelli Rossetti.

The fourth Italian industrial sector in terms of value (24.4 billion euros), second in terms of employment, and first on a european level for its added value that accounts for 34% of the total (equal to france, spain, germany, and the uk taken together): this is how the Italian textile-fashion sector positions itself on a national and european level. This is what emerged from the study conducted by Marco fortis, director and Vice president of the fondazione edison, entitled “The Textile, fashion, and accessory Industry in the national, european, and global economy” for “The state of fashion”. characterised by a great vocation for exports, the sector continues along a path of constant growth, exceeding the milestone of 60 billion euros in 2017, with a trade surplus close to 28 billion euros. Typical of this sector is also its exports, which are mostly accounted for by the producers themselves (for 68% of the total): it is these very same companies that make the Italian textile-fashion industry a leader in the trade flows occurring within the eu and outside of the eu. on a worldwide level, Italy is positioned among the top 5 global leaders for its positive trade balance with 372 products coming from the fashion system (out of a total of 1,004 products), for a trade surplus of around 34.7 billion euros. among the segments, footwear is responsible for a surplus of 5.8 billion euros. france is instead the first destination of Made in Italy fashion, accounting for a share equal to 10.1%, while outside of europe, the usa, far east, russia, and the united arab emirates are the main buyers of Italian fashion.

il brevetto Rubbermac che alleggerisce le suole in gomma Finalmente ci siamo, l’Ufficio Europeo dei Brevetti ha finalmente dato il via libera alla procedura conclusiva per la domanda di brevetto della tecnologia #Weave. È stato un iter burocratico lungo in cui Rubbermac ha lavorato a stretto contatto con i tecnici della Commissione, per trovare la giusta forma affinché permanga la funzionalità della tecnologia in termini di riduzione di peso.

On this thrust and with a commitment to transparency, we also remember that Assomac has given life to the “Supplier of Sustainable Technologies” project, of which the Green Tag is the first, voluntary and concrete element, certified by a third body to attest the impact in terms of CFP (carbon footprint) of the machines produced by associated companies. This fair will be an opportunity for companies participating in the project to exhibit and disseminate this distinctive element of sustainable technologies. Equally strong is the commitment towards sustainability of chemical tanning producers, again present at this year’s fair both with the collective UNPAC and individually. As is tradition, Simac Tanning Tech takes place at the same time during the spring edition of Lineapelle, the world’s most important leather fair and the entire sector of the supply of materials, components and accessories where stylistic trends for the Spring/Summer 2020 season will be exhibited.

Anche quest’anno il salone della tecnologia conciaria è focalizzato sulle problematiche relative alle questioni energetico-ambientali.

Le aziende espositrici hanno lavorato per proporre soluzioni innovative dove i parametri di efficienza e di riduzione dell’impatto ambientale sono al centro dell’offerta tecnologica. «È una strada, quella delle tecnologie performanti, sicure e compatibili con l’ambiente – riferisce Gabriella Marchioni Bocca, presidente di Simac Tanning Tech -, che le imprese del nostro settore hanno imboccato già da qualche anno e che intendono proseguire con il massimo impegno”.

Su questa spinta e con un impegno di trasparenza, ricordiamo anche che Assomac ha dato vita al progetto “Supplier of Sustainable Technologies”, di cui Targa Verde la è il primo elemento concreto, volontario e certificato da un ente terzo per attestare l’impatto in termini di CFP (carbon footprint) delle macchine prodotte dalle aziende associate.

La prossima fiera sarà l’occasione, per le aziende aderenti al progetto, di esporre e divulgare questo elemento distintivo di tecnologie sostenibili. Altrettanto forte l’impegno verso la sostenibilità quello dei produttori di chimici conciari, presenti in fiera anche quest’anno sia con la collettiva UNPAC che singolarmente. Its performance far exceeds what has been seen on the market so far. An excellent fabric, in fact, resists an average of 51 cycles, while PRO STORM can reach up to 1 million cycles.

Other example: Cordura® 1000 has a resistance of 600 Martindale revolutions (tested according to UNI EN 388 standards), while PRO STORM is six times more resistant.

Le pelli conciate al vegetale, o quelle che simulano questo procedimento, sono fondamentali per la collezione, perché valorizzano le trame naturali. importanti anche i classici che portano sobrietà al palette dei colori, in cui il bagliore deve essere leggero e delicato, specialmente per la nappa, la pelle scamosciata e il nubuck.

One of the possibilities is to focus on soles, leathers or fabrics that are a little different, without forgetting the fundamental importance of small metal parts, especially when it comes to sports models.

Piero Maccanti leaves the leadership of the Tanner Association of Santa Croce sull’Arno, after having guided it for 25 years. Now the helm passes to Aldo Gliozzi, assistant manager since 2001 and who is in the associative field since 1997.

The new director, 50 years old, has been in office since February 1st and comments on what he defines as a ‘continuity’ rotation: “I thank the Presidency and the Council members for their trust. On the basis of the experience gained from those who preceded me, we will face a lot of work to do, strengthening the support to associated tanneries in particular on issues of current interest such as circular economy, professional training and sustainability at 360 degrees”.

Piero Maccanti lascia la guida dell’Associazione Conciatori di Santa Croce sull’Arno, dopo averla guidata per 25 anni. Ora il timone passa ad Aldo Gliozzi, vicedirettore dal 2001 e in ambito associativo dal 1997.

Il nuovo direttore, 50 anni e in carica dal primo febbraio, commenta così quello che definisce un avvicendamento ‘all’insegna della continuità’: “Ringrazio Presidenza e Consiglio per la fiducia. Facendo tesoro dell’esperienza di chi mi ha preceduto, affronteremo il tanto lavoro da fare, rafforzando il sostegno alle concerie associate in particolare su temi di stretta attualità come l’economia circolare, la formazione professionale, la sostenibilità a 360 gradi”.

“We would like to thank member of the board Massimo Martinoli and Ms. Paola Crespi, head of the CIMAC Business Unit, who discovered this structure. – declares Annarita Pilotti – It took us a while to get to this point: initially, with Mayor Sala, we were considering the spaces of the ex-slaughterhouse. But its restoration would have been too expensive and taken too much time. This headquarters is instead in line with the activities of CIMAC and allows a much bigger area to be dedicated to the laboratories which, in the old structure, were quite tight. I would also like to point out that CIMAC over the last four years has increased its turnover by 40%.

The new headquarters features a spacious lobby that branches off into various conference rooms, followed by a door that then leads to the inner sanctum of CIMAC where the products to be analysed are received and registered. Next, is a big open space called the “Agora” by the centre’s employees: “It’s almost like a nerve centre – explains Pietro Biglia, Head of the Centre’s Fashion Area - this is where material datasheets are registered and where we draw up the results of our tests and evaluations: we in fact prefer to explain our testing and results in detail, so we can offer a better service to companies”. From the Agora, it is possible to access different laboratories where – just like a CSI of footwear – tests are affected, analyses are undertaken, and experiments are done… Every laboratory is identified by a different colour: the Fashion Laboratory in yellow will test not only footwear, but also bags, accessories, and apparel. Instead, the two red laboratories are respectively dedicated to mechano-physical tests and chemical analyses for safety footwear, PPE and certifications. Light blue is the colour of the laboratory for consumer safety testing, which will verify if the substances used are hazardous or might cause allergic reactions. “This kind of analysis allows companies to comply not only with REACH standards, but also with other kinds of safety standards currently in force, like the ones in the USA and China. – explains Pietro Biglia – In this case, the support of CIMAC is essential to companies that want to export and be compliant with regulations in every part of the world”. Finally, in the other yellow laboratory, or rather the “institutional” laboratory, tests regarding resistance to use in footwear are undertaken not only to evaluate performance, but also to analyse the degree of comfort. Additionally, an entire area is dedicated to the fire resistance of safety footwear and apparel.

Una struttura moderna, snella e funzionale che allarga gli spazi adibiti a test, analisi, certificazioni e consulenze da 660 a 2,200 metri quadrati.

“Bisogna ringraziare il consigliere Massimo Martinoli e la dr.sa Paola Crespi, responsabile della Business Unit di CIMAC, che hanno individuato questa struttura. – ha dichiarato Annarita Pilotti – Siamo arrivati qui dopo un lungo percorso: prima, con il sindaco Sala avevamo puntato sugli spazi dell’ex mattatoio. Ma i costi ed i tempi della ristrutturazione sarebbero stati troppo alti.

Questa sede è invece consona alle attività di CIMAC e permette di ampliare notevolmente gli spazi dei laboratori che, nella vecchia struttura, erano davvero angusti. Voglio anche ricordare che il CIMAC negli ultimi quattro anni ha aumentato il suo fatturato del 40%. Ecco, la nuova sede è un fiore all’occhiello dell’Associazione, un fiore che bisogna curare e far crescere”.

La nuova sede presenta un atrio arioso che introduce a sale di rappresentanza, una porta conduce nel sancta sanctorum di CIMAC dove vengono accolti e registrati i prodotti da analizzare.

Si accede quindi ad un grande open space chiamato dai dipendenti del centro “Agorà”: “E’ un po’ il centro nevralgico del centro – spiega Pietro Biglia, responsabile Area Moda del centro - qui vengono registrate le schede dei materiali, redatti i risultati dei test e le nostre valutazioni: preferiamo infatti argomentare i nostri responsi per offrire un migliore servizio alle aziende”. Dall’agorà si accede ai diversi laboratori dove – come un CSI della calzatura – vengono effettuati i test, le analisi e prove sui materiali. Ogni laboratorio è contrassegnato da un diverso colore: il Laboratorio Fashion in giallo si occuperà non solo della calzatura ma anche di borsa, abbigliamento e accessori. I due laboratori rossi sono dedicati rispettivamente alle prove meccanico-fisiche e chimiche per la calzatura di sicurezza, controlli sui dpi e certificazioni.

Di colore azzurro, il laboratorio per i test d’innocuità valuterà se le sostenze impiegate sono tossiche o allergeniche. “Questa tipologia di analisi permette alle aziende di essere a norma sia con gli adempimenti del Reach che verso normative particolari come quelle in vigore in Usa e Cina. – spiega Pietro Biglia - In questo caso, il supporto di CIMAC è indispensabile alle aziende che vogliono esportare ed essere in regola in ogni parte del mondo globale”. Infine, sempre in giallo, il laboratorio “istituzionale” dove si svolgono prove sulla resistenza all’uso delle calzature verificando non solo le prestazioni ma anche il grado di confort.

Con in più una intera sezione dedicata alle prove di risposta al fuoco per le calzature e l’abbigliamento di sicurezza.

Hong Kong, sustainable fashion platform IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO A gLObAL MARKET THAT IS FACINg A FASHION REvOLuTION, THE ASIAN TRADE FAIR ORgANISATION OFFERS A STRuCTuRED STRATEgy Aware that the theme of sustainability now goes through every aspect of our lives, but above all that a growing number of designers and stylistic teams are desperate for producers of eco-friendly materials and components, the Hong Kong fair maximises its commitment to environmental protection, proposing itself as the “Sustainable Sourcing Platform in the Asia Pacific Region”. It does so by putting in place a series of behaviors, initiatives and events that respond to the needs of what is now called a real Fashion Revolution. The aim is to develop a large “business community” committed to integrating each one in its own sphere themes such as traceability, sustainable production, reuse of waste. This year - through a digital campaign - will be launched a program for the identification and enhancement of the most active exhibitors on this front. During the fair an intense program of conferences and seminars will deepen hot topics. Among the most important we mention the “Sustainable Fashion Conference” scheduled for the morning of March 14th, followed in the afternoon by the “Sustainability in the Leather Supply Chain Conference”. A selection of sustainable products will be on display in the heart of the section dedicated to components named Materials+.

Turning to the contents of the fair, in spite of a raw hides market returned to levels of the financial crisis of 2008 with a decrease in global demand estimated between 10 and 30%, to APLF goes the pavilions dedicated to tanneries of the Hong Kong convention centre and are sold out as usual. Organisers announce the presence of over 20 national groups from the main leather exporting countries.

To solve the chronic lack of space in the section dedicated to leather, the fair is working on a radical redistribution of space for the 2020 edition. Organisers have announced that next year APLF Leather will move from level 1 to level 3 where it will gain more space, while Materials +, Fashion Access and Cashmere World will move to level 1; returning to this year’s edition, given the success, the Leather Naturally Zone, launched for the first time in Shanghai at ACLE 2018, the area will also be set up in Hong Kong.

Gli organizzatori annunciano la presenza di oltre 20 collettive nazionali dai principali Paesi esportatori di pelle. Per risolvere la cronica mancanza di spazi nella sezione dedicata alla pelle, la fiera sta lavorando ad una radicale redistribuzione degli spazi per l’edizione 2020.

Gli organizzatori hanno annunciato che il prossimo anno APLF Leather si sposterà dal livello 1 al livello 3 dove potrà guadagnare più spazio, mentre Materials+, Fashion Access e Cashmere World passeranno al livello 1. An endless future and an imaginary world, Schmid’s SS20 OVer fOrTy New fabrICS aND PrOCeSSINg MeThODS IN LINe wITh The faShION TreNDS fOr SPrINg/SuMMer 2020 Two are the iconic themes of the fashion of the moment that Schmid has developed for the spring/summer 2020 season: an endless future and an imaginary world.

The collection Endless Future, twenty-two modernist-inspired fabrics, was born from the reflection on futuristic scenarios and suggestions: thermoformed stretch satin, mirror laminations, thick and broad weave laces, nets, laser-cut satin and jacquard. In this mood, simple geometries and soft tech style finishes alternate, enhanced by sophisticated, luminous patterns with a contemporary touch.

Wonderlandia, second theme of the season, is instead born of the desire to explore sheer aesthetics with decorative motifs and a summer flavor: eighteen fabrics, that is to say, printed glitter fabrics, classic floral prints and watercolour style prints, irregular incorporated micro-stains in coloured PVC and jacquard with floral patterns. The result is the creation of a fairy tale micro-universe, oozing with poetry and sophisticated creativity. Delicate finishes and the fantastic dominate, but with a touch of animalier, which is present in several prints.

Naturally, the Schmid collection does not end with these two worlds. Much more is in store for designers, who will be able to discover all the novelties proposed by the Italian brand during the Lineapelle event in Milan and the Première Vision event in Paris. Nature and sustainability are, for example, another two very hot themes.

Dalla riflessione su scenari e suggestioni futuristiche è nata la collezione Endless Future, ventidue tessuti di ispirazione modernista: termoformature su raso stretch, laminature su base specchiata, pizzi a trama fitta e larga, reti, laserature su raso e jacquard. In questo mood si alternano semplici geometrie e finiture in stile soft tech, esaltate da pattern sofisticati, luminosi e dal tocco contemporaneo.

Wonderlandia, secondo tema di stagione, nasce invece dalla voglia di esplorare l’estetica pura con motivi decorativi dal sapore estivo: diciotto tessuti tra glitter stampati, stampe floreali classiche e in stile acquerello, micro-macchie irregolari inglobate in PVC colorati e jacquard a fantasie floreali. Il risultato è la creazione di un micro-universo fiabesco, intriso di poesia e sofisticata creatività.

Dominano il fantastico, le rifiniture delicate, ma con un tocco di animalier, presente in diverse stampe.

Ovviamente la collezione Schmid non si esaurisce con questi due mondi. Molto di più è in serbo per i designer che potranno scoprire tutte le novità proposte dal marchio italiano, durante l’appuntamento di Lineapelle a Milano e Première Vision a Parigi.

Natura e sostenibilità sono, per esempio, altri due temi molto caldi.

new EVa injection moulding machine THE NEw SoLuTIoN ProPoSED by Fainplast, THE LEADINg CoMPANy IN CoMPouNDS bASED IN THE MArCHE rEgIoN, wHICH HAS FILED AN INTErNATIoNAL PCT PATENT APPLICATIoN For A NEw INjECTor, SoLVES THE ProbLEM oF THE ForMATIoN oF HoLES or CHANNELS INSIDE THE MILLED SoLES More than twenty-five years have passed since the first machines appeared to make expanded-cross-linked EVA products with injection moulding technology.

In previous years the technique was limited to the production of plates or sheets that were subsequently cut and milled to obtain the desired dimensions.

The injection technology allowed the realisation of even quite complex finished products: for example clogs, midsoles for jogging or running shoes, or box soles. However, even with the injection moulding technology, it remained possible to produce soles to be worn to size with a subsequent milling for the application of welts or various accessories.

In the milling phase of the sole, produced with injection technology, however, holes and channels can occasionally appear inside the sole itself, which obviously compromise the aesthetics making the product unsellable.

The presence of defects implies, in fact, a certain percentage of waste and has been generating discussions and disputes for years between material producers and sole factories.

“Since it has always been my belief that these defects were caused by some problem during the injection and not by the material - says Vladimiro Fratini, Commercial Director and Technician of FAINPLAST - we investigated thoroughly the technology of injection machine, studying the injectors drawings of various manufacturers; we have therefore formulated the first theses and thought of some solutions...”

A field experimentation started therefore lasting over a year which led to the construction of a new injector for injection moulding machines. The tests of the new injector have shown, in a statistically unequivocal manner, that the formation of holes or channels in the injected polymer mass is due to problems related to the design of the old injectors and that it is possible to significantly eliminate or reduce the defects in the manufactured products.

FAINPLAST has therefore decided to file a PCT International Patent application for the new injector and thus consolidate its technological leadership also in the field of Ethylene Copolymer based compounds that we sell under the EVAtech brand.

Negli anni precedenti la tecnica si limitava alla realizzazione di lastre o fogli che andavano successivamente tranciati e fresati per ottenere le dimensioni desiderate.

La tecnologia a iniezione permise la realizzazione di manufatti dal disegno finito anche abbastanza complesso: per esempio zoccoli, intersuole per scarpe da jogging o running, o suole a cassetta. Rimase comunque, anche con la tecnologia di stampaggio a iniezione, la possibilità di produrre suole da portare a dimensione con una successiva fresatura per l’applicazione di guardoli o accessori vari.

Nella fase di fresatura della suola, prodotta con tecnologia a iniezione, possono però manifestarsi, occasionalmente, buchi e canali all’interno della suola stessa che, ovviamente, ne compromettono l’estetica rendendo il prodotto invendibile.

La presenza di difetti comporta, infatti, una certa percentuale di scarti e ha originato per anni discussioni e contenziosi tra tutti i produttori di materiali e i suolifici.

“Poiché è sempre stata mia convinzione che questi difetti fossero causati da qualche problema durante l’iniezione e non dal materiale - racconta Vladimiro Fratini, Direttore Commerciale e Tecnico di FAINPLAST - ci siamo messi a tavolino a indagare a fondo la tecnologia di iniezione lato macchina, studiando i disegni degli iniettori di vari produttori; abbiamo quindi formulato le prime tesi e ipotizzato alcune soluzioni…” È partita, quindi, una sperimentazione sul campo durata oltre un anno che ha condotto alla realizzazione di un nuovo iniettore per le macchine da stampaggio a iniezione. I test del nuovo iniettore hanno dimostrato, in maniera statisticamente inequivocabile, che la formazione di buchi o canali nella massa polimerica iniettata è dovuta a problematiche legate al design dei vecchi iniettori e che è possibile eliminare o ridurre in maniera significativa i difetti nei manufatti.

FAINPLAST ha quindi deciso di depositare una domanda di Brevetto Internazionale PCT per il nuovo iniettore e consolidare, così, la sua leadership tecnologica anche nel settore dei compound a base di Copolimeri dell’Etilene che vende con il marchio EVAtech.

What are its special characteristics? Caligola ST-PlusLeather has the ability to receive shapes from any CAD imported in DXF format, but also through the COMELZ Caligola 4 Leather Industry CAD integrated module. Precise patterns are developed, also with the possibility of mixing different pieces and sizes in the nesting There is then the optimisation of consumption: the accuracy of the digitalisation of the shapes – also in synergy with the ESA Nek COMELZ tables – allows for extremely precise consumption estimates, resulting in the most efficient nesting and cutting possible.

In addition to this, Caligola ST-PLusLeather prints data and reports, and communicates with PDM and company administrative databases for the exportation and importation of data, providing accurate information for a precise estimate of consumption in production. Volontè System Conveyor works from over 50 years into the projects and manufacturing of conveyor’s system for shoe industries. All the production’s activities and worldwide marketing sales are managed by specialized persons into its own main building plants, with manufacturing area and head offices setup into the small town named Cirimido (Como province – Italy).

To keep a capillary presence on all the markets, Volontè System Conveyor is working also cooperating with several and important dealers of shoe machineries.

All the production flow inside of the company, it is mainly realized by automation processes, and there are also a lot of checking during the different work phases.

Our mission is to keep a first level rule into conveyor’s system for the shoe industries, and to give the best satisfation at our several final customers.
