The large turnout of visitors, at record levels of February 2018, and the very clear ideas about the machines and technologies to be searched by visitors to the 322 exhibiting companies, allowed SIMAC TANNING TECH to go beyond anticipations and meet the expectations.

An excellent feedback came also from the 160 operators, part of foreign delegations, invited to visit the event thanks to the support and collaboration started with ICE Agenzia. Operators from Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Egypt, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Iran, Morocco, Mexico, Pakistan, Palestine, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, South Africa, Tunisia, Uzbekistan and Vietnam were impressed by the high level of the machines and technologies exhibited.

A Chinese entrepreneur said: “In our country we have understood that the solution to remain competitive, also due to the increase in general costs, is the use of more and more efficient production systems. And we find the most innovative solutions only here in Milan at the SIMAC TANNING TECH”.

Comments of the operators coming from Uzbekistan, where also thanks to public funding strong investments are made in the tanning and footwear sector, were positive.

Officials of the Ministry of Industry of Vietnam, the second largest exporter of footwear after China, came to Italy to “study the opportunities of the new Industry 4.0 technologies”, waiting to launch ad hoc measures to facilitate the importation of innovative technologies.

The hope is that the international economic framework (finance, currencies, duties) will not weaken the positivity breathed during the days of the fair.

La grande affluenza di visitatori, ai livelli record del febbraio 2018, e le idee molto chiare sulle macchine e le tecnologie da ricercare da parte dei visitatori delle 322 aziende espositrici, hanno permesso a SIMAC TANNING TECH di andare oltre le aspettative e di soddisfare le attese.

Ottimi riscontri anche da parte dei 160 operatori che facevano parte delle delegazioni estere invitate a visitare la manifestazione grazie anche al sostegno e alla collaborazione avviata con ICE Agenzia. Gli operatori provenienti da Bosnia Erzegovina, Cina, Egitto, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Iran, Marocco, Messico, Pakistan, Palestina, Polonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sudafrica, Tunisia, Uzbekistan e Vietnam sono rimasti impressionati dall’alto livello delle macchine e delle tecnologie esposte.

Così un imprenditore cinese: “Nel nostro Paese abbiamo capito che la soluzione per restare competitivi, anche a causa dell’innalzamento dei costi generali, è l’utilizzo di sistemi di produzione sempre più performanti. E le soluzioni più innovative le troviamo solo qui a Milano a SIMAC TANNING TECH”.

Positivi i commenti degli operatori dell’Uzbekistan, dove sono in atto forti investimenti, anche grazie a finanziamenti pubblici, nel settore conciario e calzaturiero.

Dal Vietnam, secondo esportatore mondiale di calzature dopo la Cina, anche funzionari del Ministero dell’Industria venuti in Italia per “studiare le opportunità delle nuove tecnologie di Industria 4.0”, in attesa di varare provvedimenti ad hoc per facilitare l’import di tecnologie innovative.

La speranza è che il quadro economico internazionale (finanza, valute, dazi) non fiacchi la positività respirata durante i giorni di fiera.

A general satisfaction for the fair’s performance, this is what Gabriella Marchioni Bocca, president of SIMAC TANNING TECH, perceived by the exhibitors.

“The commitment to present highperformance, safe, eco-friendly systems and technologies capable of responding to any production requirement, has been awarded”. A path that the Italian industry, which represents about 50% of the world export of the sector, has started and intends to pursue with great commitment.

It is no coincidence that ASSOMAC, the association that represents technology producers for the footwear and leather goods sector and for tanneries, has given life to the project ‘Supplier of Sustainable Technologies’, of which the Green Label is a concrete, voluntary and certified element by a third party to testify the impact in terms of CFP (carbon footprint) of the machines produced by the companies.

“We had visitors from all over the world, not to mention Italians seriously interested in the innovations we presented”, continues Marchioni Bocca. “It seemed a lively fair, where good deals were concluded despite the not at all rosy expectations”.

And indeed the SIMAC TANNING TECH of the last few years seems to be one of the very few events to hold its own positions and not to recede in respect to assaults of the various crises: “I came to the following conclusion: if you want to stay on the market you are obliged to innovate - underlines Gabriella Marchioni Bocca - and the only fair that presents concrete innovations for the footwear and leather goods sector and innovations that can really change production is SIMAC TANNING TECH. It is true that the market is cause for concern, but those who decide to fight with their helmets on need support, and in this fair they can find it.

The more difficulties increase, the more technological innovation will be the best answer to the needs of the market”.

Soddisfazione generale per l’andamento della fiera, questo è quanto ha percepito Gabriella Marchioni Bocca, Presidente di SIMAC TANNING TECH, dagli espositori. “È stato premiato l’impegno a presentare sistemi e tecnologie performanti, sicure, eco-compatibili e capaci di rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza produttiva”. Un percorso che l’industria italiana, che rappresenta circa il 50% dell’export mondiale del comparto, ha avviato e intende perseguire con molto impegno.

Non a caso ASSOMAC, l’Associazione che rappresenta i produttori di tecnologie per la calzatura, pelletteria e conceria, ha dato vita al progetto ‘Supplier of Sustainable Technologies’, di cui Targa Verde è un elemento concreto, volontario e certificato da un ente terzo per attestare l’impatto in termini di CFP (carbon footprint) delle macchine prodotte dalle aziende.

“Abbiamo avuto visitatori da ogni parte del mondo, per non parlare degli italiani seriamente interessati alle innovazioni che abbiamo presentato”, prosegue Marchioni Bocca. “Mi è sembrata una fiera frizzante, in cui si sono conclusi buoni affari nonostante le aspettative non fossero per nulla rosee”.

Ed effettivamente il SIMAC TANNING TECH degli ultimi anni sembra una delle pochissime manifestazioni a tenere le proprie posizioni e a non retrocedere rispetto agli assalti delle varie crisi: “Sono giunta a una considerazione: se vuoi rimanere sul mercato sei obbligato ad innovare - sottolinea Gabriella Marchioni Bocca - e l’unica fiera che presenta innovazioni concrete per il settore calzaturiero e pellettiero, innovazioni che possono realmente cambiare la produzione è SIMAC TANNING TECH. È vero che il mercato è preoccupante, però chi decide di combattere con l’elmetto ha bisogno di supporto, e in questa fiera lo trova. Più le difficoltà aumenteranno più l’innovazione tecnologica risulterà la miglior risposta alle esigenze del mercato”.

Galli and Overmec for an increasingly advanced automation Galli e Overmec per un’automazione sempre più all’avanguardia FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW, THE TWO COMPANIES HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING INTEGRATED SYSTEMS TO AUTOMATE SOME FUNDAMENTAL OPERATIONS FOR THE LEATHER INDUSTRY For some time Galli has been aiming to automate belt production processes, effectively reaching very advanced levels.

Simac 2019 was able to appreciate a fully automatic line for finishing the edge of the belt (colouring, drying and brushing). The Horizon system already seen last year that continues to perfect itself and to be very successful.

In this regard, Galli is today able to study and develop customised lines on the needs of each individual customer, in particular starting from the spaces available in the factories.

This project is accompanied by a new similar line, dedicated to the maximum possible automation of the belt surface treatment (brushing and colouring).

As for small leather goods in general, Galli has further improved its wide range of (automatic, semi-automatic, manual) drying ovens by reviewing shapes and geometries to help the operator with more efficient and ergonomic solutions.

“We were able to build low-consumption ovens – explains the company - which can work at lower temperatures (thus stressing less the material). We have applied these improvements to the entire machinery, maintaining our strength: keeping the entire range up-to-date once we find high-performance solutions”.

As far as Overmec is concerned, a new part of automation and robotics has been developed, dedicated to the world of bonding and built inside the company, both as hardware and software solutions.

An example is Fotonica, an automated glueing booth, able to mainly work on the wallet’s components, in a completely autonomous manner without supervision, capable of achieving a very high number of pieces.

Da diverso tempo Galli punta ad automatizzare i processi produttivi della cintura, raggiungendo effettivamente livelli molto avanzati.

A Simac 2019 si è avuto modo di apprezzare una linea per la finitura del bordo della cintura (coloritura, asciugatura e spazzolatura) interamente automatica. Il sistema Horizon già visto lo scorso anno che continua a perfezionarsi e a riscuotere grandissimo successo.

A riguardo, Galli è oggi in grado di studiare e sviluppare anche linee personalizzate sulle esigenze di ogni singolo cliente, in particolare a partire dagli spazi disponibili nelle fabbriche.

A tale progetto si affianca una nuova linea simile, dedicata alla massima automazione possibile del trattamento della superficie della cintura (spazzolatura e coloritura).

Per quanto riguarda la piccola pelletteria in generale, Galli ha migliorato ulteriormente la sua ampia gamma di forni di asciugatura (automatici, semi-automatici, manuali) rivedendone forme e geometrie per aiutare l’operatore con soluzioni più performanti ed ergonomiche.

“Siamo riusciti a costruire forni a basso consumo - spiegano dall’azienda - e che possono lavorare a temperature più basse (quindi stressando meno il materiale).

Abbiamo applicato queste migliorie a tutto il parco macchine, tenendo fede al nostro punto di forza: mantenere sempre aggiornata l’intera gamma una volta che troviamo soluzioni performanti”.

Per quanto riguarda Overmec è stata sviluppata una nuova parte di automazione e robotica dedicata al mondo dell’incollaggio e costruita internamente all’azienda, sia lato hardware che software.

Ne è esempio Fotonica, una cabina d’incollaggio automatizzata, in grado di lavorare principalmente sulla componentistica del portafoglio, in modo completamente autonomo e senza presidio, capace di realizzare un altissimo numero di pezzi.

Klick can be interfaced with all printers in order to speed up the printing process, reduce ink waste and keep the printing bed cleaner; it enables the re-use of leftover materials.

The system automatically recognizes the position of the materials and objects freely placed on the printing bed, and manages the workflow, thus obtaining greater productivity against cost reduction.

Klick 1 Recognizes the perimeter of the materials freely placed on the printing bed, and the printer prints only the design/texture within the perimeter of the recognized materials.

The specific scanner for the leather goods industry

Lo scanner specifico per la pelletteria

MM 700 by Brustia-Alfameccanica is a X-ray scanner specifically for the leather goods sector that allows to detect foreign objects or defects in the product under examination.

It is a non-destructive inspection system that automatically checks product compliance to the company’s quality standards and reports any defects or abnormalities. MM 700 is a control system that works either integrated in the production line or at the end of the same as well as in the centers where the finished products are received.

MM 700 delivers countless benefits automatically, signaling the defective product with an audible or flashing alert. This new generation scanner inspects a bag (or leather goods) every 2-3 seconds, still in the production process or already boxed (max. inspectionable dimension 701x500x250h mm). Moreover, it detects and reports automatically any fragments of broken needles during seam (min. diameter 0.4 mm or on request 0.2 mm) any forgotten staples or pins (Ø 0.4 mm or 0.2 mm) with a ZOOM function for punctual inspection and the lack of one or more components within the product to be inspected (e.g. number of eyelets/buttons/hooks).

MM 700 verifies dimensions of a component to be examined using the “ruler” function, the authenticity of the product and the batch of production (by a microscopic signal of identification), compliance with production specifications (e.g. double stitching, dimension of pin for ornament fixing, etc.) according to requirements.

Among the industry 4.0 specificities, the “NONAME Hi-Tech” is a software for detecting potentially hazardous bodies which guarantees the highest level of performance and the new icon and symbol operator interface “EASY GUI” allows also for untrained personnel to set up the inspection of a new product in a very short time.

MM 700 di Brustia-Alfa Meccanica è uno scanner a raggi X, specifico per la pelletteria, che permette di individuare corpi estranei o eventuali difetti all’interno del prodotto in esame.

Si tratta di un sistema d’ispezione non distruttivo che controlla in automatico la conformità del prodotto agli standard qualitativi dell’azienda e segnala eventuali anomalie o difetti. MM 700 è l’impianto di controllo che opera sia integrato nella linea di produzione o alla fine della stessa che nei centri di ricevimento del prodotto finito.

MM 700 garantisce innumerevoli utili automatismi, segnalando il prodotto difettoso con un avviso acustico o luminoso. Lo scanner di nuova generazione ispeziona una borsa ogni 2-3 secondi, sia in fase di lavorazione che già inscatolate (dimensione max. ispezionabile 701x500x250h mm). Inoltre rileva e segnala in automatico eventuali frammenti di ago rotti durante la cucitura (min. diam. 0,4 mm o su richiesta 0,2 mm) e spilli di fissaggio dimenticati (min. diam. 0,4 mm o su richiesta 0,2 mm) con una funzione di ZOOM per l’ispezione puntuale, nonchè graffi e la mancanza di uno o più componenti all’interno del prodotto da ispezionare (per esempio, numero occhielli/bottoni/ganci).

MM 700 verifica inoltre le dimensioni di un componente da esaminare mediante la funzione righello, l’autenticità del prodotto e il lotto di produzione (mediante un microscopico segnale di identificazione), il rispetto delle specifiche di produzione (es. doppie cuciture, dimensioni viti fissaggio ecc.) in base alle richieste.

Tra le specificità industria 4.0, vi è il software “NONAME Hi-Tech” per il rilevamento di corpi potenzialmente pericolosi che garantisce il massimo livello di performance e “EASY GUI”, la nuova interfaccia operatore a icone e simboli permette anche a personale inesperto di impostare l’ispezione di un nuovo prodotto in brevissimo tempo.

Precision and automation Precisione e automazione SINCE 1956, OMAC HAS BEEN DESIGNING HIGH-TECH LEATHER PROCESSING MACHINERY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BELTS, BAGS, LEATHER WALLETS AND OTHER LEATHER GOODS

Thanks to the versatility and wide range of leather processing machinery, OMAC technology is used in many manufacturing sectors: footwear, nautical, automotive, home furnishing and professional studios, watchmaking, accessories and saddlery. But during Simac 2019, Omac presented two interesting models dedicated to leather goods.

Mod. LT250, a machine that couples bag faces up to size 50x50, can glue in full and on perimeter and offers a loader of material for the handling and use of the machine in complete autonomy, until exhaution of the loaded material.

The LT250 uses patents and technologies already present on other Omac machines that are thus integrated to be able to carry out a process that to date has been completely hand-made.

Mod. CM1, instead, is a spray dyeing machine with optical vision system and a 5-axis movement of the gun. It performs the task of glueing package details: the created package is pressed and then coloured using a spray gun. The CM1 is also equipped with an infrared oven for colour drying, positioned on the rear side of the machine.

Grazie alla versatilità e all’ampia gamma di macchinari per la lavorazione della pelle, i prodotti Omac sono utilizzati in molti settori produttivi: calzaturiero, nautico, automotive, arredamento per abitazioni e studi professionali, orologeria, oggettistica e selleria. Ma durante Simac 2019, Omac ha presentato due interessanti modelli dedicati proprio alla pelletteria.

La LT250, macchina che accoppia quadranti di borse fino a misure 50x50, può incollare in pieno e a perimetro e offre un caricatore di materiale per la movimentazione e l’utilizzo della macchina stessa in autonomia, fino all’esaurimento del materiale caricato.

La LT250 sfrutta brevetti e tecnologie già presenti su altre macchine Omac che vengono quindi integrate per riuscire a svolgere una lavorazione fino a oggi realizzata completamente a mano.

La CM1, invece, è una coloratrice a spruzzo dotata di un sistema di visione ottica e movimentazione su 5 assi della pistola. Svolge il compito di incollare dei particolari a pacchetto: si crea un pacchetto che viene pressato e quindi colorato tramite una pistola a spruzzo.

La CM1 è dotata anche di un forno a infrarossi per l’asciugatura del colore, posizionato sulla parte posteriore.

Sagitta innovates perforations and the application of studs Sagitta innova la perforazione e l’applicazione delle borchie TWO IMPORTANT INNOVATIONS THAT AIM, AS ALWAYS, AT QUALITATIVE EXCELLENCE AND ABSOLUTE PRECISION IN THE WORLD OF DECORATIONS Sagitta has been designing and manufacturing punching machines and cutting dies since 1947. In 2019 it presents an important upgrade, officially launched during Simac. The MP10 CN 4H Perforating Numeric Controlled Automatic Machine, with 4 heads moved on 3 axes, equipped with 135 different tools, which allows a very high speed perforating (about 800 holes per minute) on a working area of 600x500 millimetres, using a very simple cardboard as contrast.

It has already attracted great interest because it allows to obtain complex and placed perforations without having to use the laser, thus avoiding the typical burn-in problems, which are annoying in particular on light colours.

On the other hand, the research and development work started two years ago is continuing and relating to the innovative artificial vision system for the application of nailheads and studs on already placed designs and decorations.

The application of the system to the brand new MR15 CN B 3H Bridge Vision machine, which has a robust bridge

structure for greater head stability, allows for optimal precision and perfection in the positioning of the studs.

The particular lighting system allows the material to be scanned, even if with a low colour contrast, acquiring all the information about the design. The software analyses and checks, thus, the various references present in the 3 DXF files considered (the preloaded one that indicates the expected positioning of the studs; the one acquired by the scan with the actual position of stitching and decorations; the one of the perimeter) and guides the machine into the optimal positioning of the studs, changing the application coordinates according to each individual piece/material. A process that takes longer time, but that allows to obtain results that otherwise would be impossible to achieve.

“Today the software, which we call Sagitta Guida Macchina – says the company – can only be combined with our machines that apply studs, but we have already received requests to use it in combination with sewing machines or cutting machines for decoration”.

DUE IMPORTANTI NOVITÀ CHE PUNTANO, COME SEMPRE, ALL’ECCELLENZA QUALITATIVA E ALLA PRECISIONE ASSOLUTA NEL MONDO DELLE DECORAZIONI Dal 1947 Sagitta progetta e realizza macchine perforatrici e fustelle. Nel 2019 presenta un importante upgrade, lanciato ufficialmente durante Simac. La perforatrice MP10 CN 4H a controllo numerico, a 4 teste movimentate su 3 assi, fornita di 135 differenti utensili, che permette di perforare a una velocità altissima (circa 800 colpi al minuto) su un’area di 600x500 millimetri, utilizzando come contrasto un semplicissimo cartoncino.

Ha già riscosso grandissimo interesse perché consente di ottenere perforazioni complesse e piazzate senza dover utilizzare il laser, evitando quindi i tipici inconvenienti di bruciatura, fastidiosi in particolare sui colori chiari.

Continua, d’altro canto, il lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo, iniziato due anni fa, riguardo l’innovativo sistema di visione artificiale per l’applicazione delle borchie su disegni e decorazioni già piazzate.

L’applicazione del sistema alla nuovissima macchina MR15 CN B 3H Bridge Vision, che presenta una robusta struttura a ponte per una maggior stabilità delle teste, consente di ottenere precisione e

perfezione ottimali nel posizionamento delle borchie.

Il particolare sistema di illuminatori permette di scansionare il materiale, anche laddove sussista un basso contrasto, acquisendo tutte le informazione riguardo il disegno. Quindi il software analizza e controlla i vari riferimenti presenti nei 3 file DXF considerati (quello pre-caricato che indica il posizionamento previsto delle borchie; quello acquisito dalla scansione con la posizione reale di cuciture e decorazioni; quello del perimetro) e guida la macchina nel posizionamento ottimale delle borchie, fornendo le coordinate corrette e adattate in base a ogni singolo pezzo/materiale. Un processo che richiede tempi più lunghi, ma che permette di ottenere risultati altrimenti impossibili.

“Il software, che noi chiamiamo Sagitta Guida Macchina - dicono dall’azienda - è oggi abbinato solo alle nostre macchine applica borchie, ma abbiamo già ricevuto richieste per utilizzarlo in abbinata a macchine da cucire o macchine da taglio per decorazione”.

Juki, more and more digitalized Juki sempre più digitalizzata MACHINE DOWNTIME IS REDUCED TO THE ADVANTAGE OF PRODUCTIVITY THANKS TO THE DIGITALIZATION OF ALL MODELS

For a couple of years, Juki has been moving towards a more and more complete digitalization, a technological innovation that makes it possible to have machines that are more flexible in terms of production.

With this new technology, it is possible to work on several thicknesses and different kinds of materials much faster, since the machine is able to change settings autonomously according to the sewing situations it finds.

If in the past the intervention by a technician was necessary in order to change, for instance, the length of a specific point or the tension of the thread, now the machine regulates itself in a totally autonomous manner.

The possibility, then, to access all important information through a touch screen panel, makes every operation simpler and more intuitive.

Furthermore, the settings of a single machine can be exported onto an external device (a smartphone or a tablet, for example) and then be imported again and used for the entire production line, thus saving time and obtaining a homogenous quality which was up to now impossible to achieve.

Another novelty presented at Simac is the conneciton of each machine to a central server (Industry 4.0) that can both read the machine’s data and communicate information to the machine itself.

Da un paio d’anni Juki si muove in direzione di una sempre più completa digitalizzazione, un’innovazione tecnologica che consente di avere macchinari molto più flessibili a livello di produzione.

Con questa nuova tecnologia si ha la possibilità di lavorare su più spessori e diversi tipi di materiali in modo molto più veloce, poiché la macchina è in grado di cambiare impostazioni autonomamente in funzione delle situazioni di cucitura in cui si viene a trovare.

Se prima era necessario l’intervento di un tecnico per cambiare la lunghezza del punto o la tensione del filo, per esempio, ora la macchina stessa si calibra in completa autonomia.

La possibilità, poi, di accedere a tutte le informazioni importanti tramite un pannello touch screen rende ogni operazione più semplice e intuitiva.

Le impostazioni di una singola macchina, inoltre, possono essere esportate su un dispositivo esterno (uno smartphone o un tablet, per dire) per poi poterle riportare e caricare identiche su tutta la linea di produzione, risparmiando tempo e ottenendo una qualità omogenea fino a oggi impossibile da raggiungere.

Altra novità presentata a Simac è il collegamento di ogni macchina a un server centrale (Industria 4.0) in grado sia di leggere i dati della macchina, sia di comunicare informazioni alla macchina stessa.

AUTEC looks at leather goods AUTEC guarda alla pelletteria A NEW AUTOMATED ISLAND DESIGNED FOR LEATHER GOODS THAT CAN EASILY HANDLE EVEN SMALL PRODUCTIONS, ENSURING SPEED AND PRECISION

Flexibility must be the main feature and the real keyword of today’s automation that is no longer aimed at increasing production volumes, but at being quickly and easily adapted to small and varied batches.

With this in mind AUTEC presented at Simac 2019 an important innovation for the leather goods sector (so far little approached by the Tuscan company).

A machine, created to make and glue together credit card pocket wallets, with some particularly important and appreciated features. The first concerns the suction support, which sustains leather in the coupling phase with the lining, which is smaller than the material so as to remain uncut and clean even after the application of the glue. The second is related to the precision in the coupling obtained thanks to the pallet system that offers (in addition to the conveyor) a reference position that the robot always recognises and manages with the utmost accuracy.

But the real novelty proposed by AUTEC is that this robotic glueing cabin (with automatic tool change) today is not limited to coupling credit card pockets, but it can manage any component necessary for production. The result was achieved by creating new dedicated pallets, each

equipped with the elements needed to make up the piece: leather, lining and relative suction table. An automation idea that allows the various pallets to be prepared off-line, thus saving time, optimising production and managing with ease even small batches.

The completely automated line thanks to pallets equipped with RFID antennas, can also include a vision system combined with a special pallet for the realisation of a full bonding.

Tests that have been conducting already for a year have given excellent results with a speed of 14 seconds per piece, the almost total absence of necessary maintenance and very low waste (3 out of one thousand pieces).

“The idea that we would like to transmit to the leather goods industry - stresses AUTEC - is that today it is not possible to automate only the bonding phase, but it is necessary to use the automatic and programmed conveyor line to connect different stations, even islands where operations are carried out manually. In other words transferring concepts already run in the automotive and footwear world into the leather goods sector, controlling the production phase to the best”.

UNA NUOVA ISOLA AUTOMATIZZATA PENSATA PER LA PELLETTERIA IN GRADO DI GESTIRE AGILMENTE ANCHE PICCOLE PRODUZIONI GARANTENDO VELOCITÀ E PRECISIONE

La flessibilità deve essere la caratteristica principale e la vera parola chiave dell’automazione odierna che non è più tesa ad aumentare i volumi produttivi, ma ad adattarsi velocemente e con facilità a piccoli e variegati lotti.

Con questo in mente AUTEC ha presentato a Simac 2019 un’importante novità per il settore pelletteria (finora poco approcciato dall’azienda toscana). Una macchina, nata per realizzare e incollare le tasche delle carte di credito dei portafogli, che presenta alcune caratteristiche particolarmente importanti e apprezzate.

La prima riguarda il supporto aspirante, che sorregge la pelle in fase di accoppiatura con la fodera, più piccolo del materiale così da rimanere intonso e pulito anche dopo l’applicazione della colla stessa. La seconda ha a che fare con la precisione nell’accoppiamento ottenuta grazie al sistema di pallet che offre (oltre al trasporto) una posizione riferita che il robot riconosce e gestisce sempre con la massima accuratezza.

Ma la vera novità proposta da AUTEC è che questa cabina di incollaggio robotizzata (con cambio utensili automatico) oggi non si limita ad accoppiare le taschine per le carte di credito, ma può gestire qualsiasi componente necessario alla

produzione. Il risultato è stato raggiunto realizzando nuovi pallet dedicati, ciascuno provvisto degli elementi necessari per comporre il pezzo: pelle, fodera e relativo piano aspirante. Un’idea di automazione che consente di preparare i vari pallet fuori linea e quindi risparmiare tempo, ottimizzare la produzione e gestire con facilità anche piccoli lotti.

La linea, completamente automatizzata grazie a pallet forniti di antenne rfid, può prevedere anche un sistema di visione abbinato a un apposito pallet per la realizzazione di un incollaggio in pieno.

Ottimi i risultati del test condotto già da un anno che ha riscontrato una velocità di 14 secondi a pezzo, la quasi totale assenza di manutenzione necessaria e la bassa presenza di scarti (3 su mille).

“L’idea che vorremmo trasmettere al settore pelletteria - sottolineano in AUTEC - è che oggi è possibile automatizzare non solo la fase dell’incollaggio, ma utilizzare la linea di trasporto automatica e programmata per collegare diverse postazioni, anche isole in cui si svolgono operazioni manuali. Migrare, quindi, nella pelletteria concetti già rodati nel mondo automotive e calzaturiero, controllando al meglio la fase produttiva”.

The Return system “Reverse” Mod. 7008 in its three versions (standard, L and XL), designed to complete the ovens mod. King 7001 and Bad Brother EE160, optimises work cycles by equipping the bottom of the horizontal ovens with the function of returning the dry parts to the front loading so that the operator can stay in his workstation without having to retrieve the dried product at the exit.

The manual belt cutter Mod. 416 was created to cut to fit all types of belts, watch straps, loops, but also strips of cardboard, capstan, tubes for handles and much more. The simplicity and rapidity of execution make this machine very versatile and practical. Its ergonomic design, robust and small, make it highly effective and convenient. The standard version has a passage opening belt of 50 mm with a height of 9 mm.

Infine, Industria 4.0.
