iamo tutti molto più sensibili del solito verso le tematiche sanitarie, in questo fosco periodo. Ma la notizia che viene dalla Cornell University (USA) mi avrebbe colpito comunque. Il team del professor Itai Cohen ha creato dei minuscoli robot, invisibili all’occhio umano, che potrebbero, un giorno, dare la caccia e distruggere cellule tumorali (magari anche dei virus?!).

L’aspetto divertente della faccenda è scoprire che non è stato diftiamo tutti un bel po’ nelle nostre tasche ogni giorno), bensì trovare il modo di farli muovere. La soluzione si è ispirata agli origami: gambe che si piegano sotto i robot e rispondono a stimoli elettrici.

We are all much more sensitive than usual to health issues in these gloomy times. But the news from Cornell University (USA) would have struck me anyway. Professor Itai Cohen’s team has created tiny robots, invisible to the human eye, that could, one day, hunt down and destroy cancer cells (maybe even viruses ?!).

The solution was inspired by origami: legs that fold under robots and respond to electrical stimulation - ingenious solutions to problems that often you would never imagine having to face. A bit of what happened at fashion fairs.

September represented the restart of a sector that found itself, and still is, challenging gloomy times: brilliant solutions that instill hope.

Micro-robots for the future of our health, trade fairs - even if in an emergency situation - for a forthcoming recovery. We wanted to dedicate ample space to this bright sign in this issue, describing what happened with images, interviews and data and illustrating the outlook from which the next season can be observed.

Il vocabolario possiede quella nitida precisione che aiuta a mettere a fuoco, a interpretare e capire ciò che si muove tra le pieghe improvvise dei mutamenti. Ma in una società disorientata, come l’attuale, si nota (anche nelle cose minori) come tutto si mescoli e molto proceda al contrario. Sembrerebbero particolari trascurabili: che vuoi che siano rispetto al climate change, alla riforma elettorale, all’eredità universale proposta da Fabrizio Barca, la cui rivoluzionaria ipotesi è di dotare tutti i neomaggiorenni italiani di 15mila euro? Eppure nulla, come catturare dettagli e segnali esteriori, aiuta a comprendere il rapporto complesso che intratteniamo con l’abbigliamento, soprattutto quando riguarda le donne.

Non a caso le femministe francesi twittano furibonde: “Ripetete con noi: il problema non è la gonna”. Tutto è cominciato a Strasburgo, nel pomeriggio del 18 settembre, quando una studentessa di 22 anni, Elizabeth, viene aggredita, insultata e molestata perché indossa una gonna corta - come ha raccontato, il volto ancora livido per un pugno, all’emittente France Bleu Alsace. Ha ripreso la sto titolo: “Ragazza aggredita a Strasburgo perché indossa una minigonna”. Ribatte il gruppo femminista Nous Toutes: davvero il problema sarebbe il vestito?

Un dubbio ricorrente, pare. Infatti, guarda caso, rispunta a Roma, al liceo Socrate della Garbatella, dove la vicepreside consiglia alle allieve di moderarsi nell’abbigliamento, altrimenti “a qualche prof potrebbe cadere l’occhio”.

Quindi, riassumendo, pare esistere un nesso tra il modo in cui la avrebbe la responsabilità educativa dei più giovani.

Ora, dovrebbe essere chiaro che le donne si sono battute per essere libere di vestirsi come vogliono, senza coprirsi o nascondersi, mentre agli uomini spetta comportarsi in modo educato e civile. E, mentre l’indignazione cresce e le ragazze piazzano cartelli con la tiplicano i luoghi pubblici in cui viene intimato alle donne come abbigliarsi. Curiosamente è la Francia a dimostrarsi la più coercitiva, nonostante dai tempi della Rivoluzione e delle coccarde tricolore sia ritenuta la patria di ogni libertà. Basti pensare che l’8 settembre scorso, all’ingresso del Musée d’Orsay a Parigi, un’agente suggerisce a una ragazza, che indossava un abito abbondantemente scollato: “Non può certo entrare con quei seni a vista: si copra”.

Come vestirsi secondo occasioni e luoghi e compiti è un problema che sta diventando irrisolvibile. Lo conferma un curioso episodio del 2016 quando, anche in Rai, con l’arrivo di Daria Bignardi a Rai3 come direttore, va in onda la sobrietà: “Niente cravatte sgargianti per gli uomini, niente scollature da varietà della sera per le donne, o trucco troppo segnato e accessori vistosi”. Doveva essere la sconproprio così e, anche nelle trasmissioni di informazione, trionfano scolli e tacchi a spillo.

Tutto normale, se come dice Honoré de Balzac nel suo Trattato della vita elegante, scritto nel 1830 e che contiene le indicazioni più intelligenti di dress code: “L’abbigliamento è l’espressione della società”. Recita anche: “L’eleganza non consiste tanto nel >

vestito quanto nel modo di portarlo”. Oppure: “Tutto ciò che mira anche: “L’eleganza esige categoricamente che i mezzi rispondano allo scopo”. Da questo principio nascono altri aforismi, che ne sono immediata conseguenza: “L’uomo di buon gusto deve essere semplice nei suoi bisogni”. “Ogni cosa deve apparire ciò che è”. ogni cosa l’abbondanza dei colori è di cattivo gusto”.

Impossibile, seguendo queste austere indicazioni, cadere in errore.

And while many of us are familiar with the European discount chain, it is equally likely that few have understood how it was possible for one of their low-cost clothing to skyrocket online business sales.

Despite having read various articles about it, in addition to numbers and objective data, I have not found anyone who has taken courage and started to investigate the reasons for the strange why the under 30s would spend such sums on shoes of a discount store, since what arouses interest is precisely the fact that these so beloved (and so expensive, I would add) shoes have been created and made by a manufacturer who has never bothered to churn out sneakers, much less quality ones. The basic matrix of the question concerns a perhaps new and very topical concept these days, namely the market generated around trash objects. Trash, a word beloved by young people, is in itself nothing more than the enhancement of grotesque, coarse and somewhat ridiculous contents, places or objects. Trash is a particularly exaggerated reaction, trash is an eccentric object, as well as some television shows where people pretend shamelessly, simulating reality and end up engaging in embarrassing theatrical behaviour. In this audiences was that the aforementioned shoes, whose colours attempted to reproduce the multicolour design of the sneakers of some famous brands, were, in fact, trash. After the appearance

before the entertainment pages (in Italy @trash_italiano, a bible for anyone who wants to deepen the subject) began to spread the word. In a few days, the shoe caused the hilarity of the vast majority of social media users. And if it is true that ìwhether you talk good or bad about it, the important thing is talking about itî, the indirect advertising that resulted has been better than any marketing plan designed by experts. As an insighter, I would like to suggest that after the excellent resonance on Instagram, another factor that eagerly contibutes to determine the success of a product, in this historical moment more than in any other, is the creation of hype, which took place between other things also in the Lidl case. ëHypeí, a term we hear a lot about lately, is a socio-cultural phenomenon, perceived and nurtured by the over 18\ under 30 age group and determined above all by the great expectation that revolves around objects that become the ëcult of the momentí.

Precisely this, often irrational, expectation (it is not surprising that the translation of the English term is ìexaggerationî), leads the market to raise the prices of the object of the dispute, through the ever-true mechanism of supply and demand. A few pieces match the desire of many, bringing the cost to rise and expectations to swell. The hype world we are talking about is young and follows rap, street culture, trap, sportswear and tech clothing, but above all it wants to be surprised. It, therefore, opens up to a mix of styles and cultures and to unexpected collaborations, such as the one between Supreme and Kim Jones, creative director of the luxury of sneakers: from Yeezy by Kanye West, prodrome of the liturgy, to Jordan 1, the most hyped shoes for the past two years, up to crossing the entire footwear collection signed by NBA champions a sneaker, received as a result the unexpected attention of hyper young people, always on the hunt for the most original piece. The shoes, now out of production, ran out all over Europe and there are only pieces left for sale on the internet, at disproportionate prices. the chainís stores. But after witnessing the Lidl or Ikea case, which launches its Efterträda clothing capsule, one wonders if a breach is opening in the fashion market where possible new hybridizations could sneak in, which are so beloved and sought after by young hypebeasts, like those proposed by food discount stores or lowcost interior design companies. Will we see these improbable companies parading on Fashion Weeks? Yes, maybe. In a few years perhaps. There is only one rule worth remembering in the fashion world: there are no rules that cannot be broken down.

Jennifer Leppla Logos, the Milan based agency that launches niche brands

mericana dell’Arizona, ma cresciuta in California, Jennifer Leppla ha un passato da modella. Ha calcato

ha scelto di stabilirsi. E proprio l’Italia le ha fornito lo spunto per rimanere nel mondo fashion. Infatti, quando si presenta l’opportunità di promuovere alcuni marchi, Jennifer decide di fare un tentativo aprendo la sua agenzia di PR: “Avevo solo 25 anni”.

Anche su questo tema Jennifer ha una visione precisa. Per lei non è importante un personaggio piuttosto che un altro, bensì è imporil marchio che si desidera promuovere. Che la personalità e lo stile

Da allora Jennifer lavora duramente e con passione per spingere al massimo la creatività, armonizzandola con altri giusti ingredienti: strategia e promozione. “Sono sempre alla ricerca della giusta combinazione di elementi che funzioni per ogni singolo brand”.

Cosa la stimola? “Divertirsi e lavorare con persone che mi piacciono e rispetto sinceramente”.

Logos si è distinta negli anni come un’agenzia specializzata nel lancio di brand di nicchia, quindi non vi è alcun altro di migliore per individuare i progetti più interessanti del momento. Collini Milano 1937 è il progetto straordinario che più ha colpito Jennifer lo scorso anno. Un marchio storico, acquisito di recente e completamente trasformato, dal nuovo proprietario Carmine Rotondaro, in una collezione ready to wear super glamour per uomo e donna. “È molto rock and roll. Non riesco a pensare a un altro marchio con uno spirito simile. È molto emozionante lavorare con un imprenditore che possiede una visione forte e il coraggio di sperimentare forme di comunicazione originali e inaspettate”.

In tutti questi anni Jennifer Leppla ha costruito intorno a sé una capillare rete di professionisti che opera sulle più importanti piazze internazionali. Una squadra che mai, come in questo momento di pandemia, l’ha aiutata a elaborare strategie forti e pertinenti per i particolari mercati con cui si deve confrontare: “Penso sia molto importante tenersi informati su ciò che sta accadendo in tutto il mondo. Con i miei collaboratori ci scambiamo idee, ci raccontiamo cosa funziona e cosa no. Una cruciale condivisione di informazioni”.

E se il mondo cambia, il digitale lo cambia ancor più velocemente: “Assistiamo a una rivoluzione totale e continua del modo in cui lavoriamo ogni giorno. Se un tempo i custodi di visibilità e comunicazione erano pochi e potenti, ora le porte del tempio sono spalancate e tutti hanno la possibilità di varcare la soglia e far sentire la propria voce.

Arriviamo a quella che probabilmente è la domanda su cui più si dibatte in questo periodo: quali gli argomenti più forti per attirare l’attenzione dei buyer? Jennifer ritiene che gli acquirenti stiano cercando sicurezza. Duramente colpiti dal Covid, e già scossi dalla rivoluzione dello shopping online, i compratori – per Jennifer – assegneranno budget a quei marchi che hanno funzionato in passato, ed eviteranno di sperimentare qualche cosa di nuovo.

eresa Bernat si è laureata in disegno industriale specializzandosi in sviluppo di prodotti tessili e conseguendo un master in design di calzature e accessori.

Una sorridente donna valensiana di 29 anni ora responsabile materiali all’interno del team di progettazione Unisa. La sua sensibilità, il suo grande gusto e la visione per i colori, arricchiscono le collezioni ogni stagione, conferendo loro tocchi sorprendentemente trendy.

Mónica Romero, invece, ha alle spalle una lunga esperienza nel mondo delle calzature. Originaria di Elda, Mónica nasce in una famiglia di calzolai. Fin da piccola viene immersa nel mondo delle calzature. Una passione divenuta carriera, che ha saputo coniugare con la sua vita di madre. Avida cacciatrice di tendenze, non solo è in prima linea nel mondo della moda, ma dimostra ogni giorno di possedere un gran senso pratico, molto prezioso per la squadra Unisa.

Teresa nutre un profondo interesse per quell’aspetto del design di prodotto che la conduce dal concetto, attraverso il processo di

In termini di materiali: puntiamo su atmosfere esotiche (stampe vipera, tejus, leopardate...). Per quanto concerne i colori la nostra ampia gamma di pellami mostrerà la nostra scommessa ‘casual’ per la prossima stagione.

Nelle ultime stagioni abbiamo optato per materiali sostenibili e riciclati. Siamo un’azienda attenta all’ambiente e alla conservazione di ciò che ci circonda, ottimizzando le risorse. Ogni stagione facciamo un ulteriore passo avanti. Dopo aver creato la linea ECOLINO, da questa stagione presentiamo anche la ECOWOOL: materiali composti da RPET, tessuti ottenuti al 100% da bottiglie di plastica riciclate. Inoltre, abbiamo recuperato materiali utilizzati in collezioni precedenti e li abbiamo applicati su nuovi sviluppi.

What are your favourite materials and why?

Soft and light leathers and suede are essential materials to us. They represent the world of quality footwear and accessories. Exotic printed leathers, such as crocodile or tejus, in natural leather colours, have become one of our favourite choices in past collections.

Which designers inspire your work?

Dior, Chloé, Zimmermann and YSL are important fashion references for us. In footwear and accessories, they have become essential.

How important is technological innovation in your work and Teresa Bernat graduated in industrial design with a specialisation in textile product development and a master’s degree in footwear and accessories design. A smiling 29-year-old Valencian woman now responsible for materials within the Unisa design team. Her sensitivity, her great taste and preference for colours enrich every season’s collections, giving them surprisingly trendy touches.

Mónica Romero, instead, has a long experience in the world of footwear. Originally from Elda, Mónica was born into a family of shoemakers. She has been immersed in the world of footwear since childhood. A passion that became a career that she was able to combine with her life as a mother. An avid trend hunter, not only is she at the forefront of the fashion world, but she demonstrates every day to have a great practical vision which is very valuable to the Unisa team.

What philosophy guides Unisa creations?

Unisa’s main commitment is to favour comfort. Every day, the research and development laboratory looks for more comfortabut functional shoes; a combination of footwear technology and fashion. Unisa thinks of a modern and professional woman, who pays attention to her appearance but who wants a shoe for the whole day: a shoe to walk down the street, attend a meeting, go on the subway and end the day at a party or on a romantic date.

To obtain the ideal shoe, Unisa uses and implements one of the typical features of high quality sports shoes: TPU soles. The advantages are innumerable: non-slip, perfect for walking in the rain,

How is your next season structured? What are the main themes?

How do you deal with the issue of sustainability?

In recent seasons we have opted for sustainable and recycled materials. Our company is attentive to the environment and the conservation of what surrounds us, optimising resources. Each season we go one step further. After creating the ECOLINO line, starting from this season we also present ECOWOOL: materials made of RPET, fabrics made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Furthermore, we have recovered materials used in previous collections and applied to the development of new products.

Quality or price? How do you deal with the dilemma?

i sono maestri che perdono la pazienza se non segui le loro lezioni. Quegli stessi maestri possono comunque indirizzare al meglio la tua vita. È accaduto anche anche ad Ahmed Cardenas. La maestra, un giorno, disse a sua madre che aveva un dono, saper disegnare e dipingere.

Un’intuizione che aprì ad Ahmed le porte di una scuola d’arte: “Così è cominciato tutto”.

This also happened to Ahmed Cardenas. One day the teacher told his mother that he had a gift, being able to draw and paint. An intuition that opened the doors of an art school to Ahmed: “This is how it all started”. no intersecting points, that they do not inhabit contiguous places.

Ahmed discovered them, investigated them and will keep doing so in his next projects: “I have been passionate about fashion from an trends, dressing well. At 17 I also tried my hand as a model and sometimes, for hobby, I turn into a fashion photographer. As an artist, I like to cover clothes, shoes and any other fashion object with my drawings, my creative fantasies”. Ahmed Cardenas argues that there will always be a place for fashion in his life. It looks like it, given that his next artistic project intends to pay homage to the sensuality of the fashion world through a series of black and white drawings to be combined with large coloured paintings. The subjects will be taken from historical pieces of important stylists. A challenge that will also characterise clothes and footwear with an artistic taste.

Where does he get his inspiration from? His style is fascinated by Picasso’s cubist atmospheres and the creativity of artists such as Tamara de Lempicka and Elvira Bach. The subjects, on the other hand, refer to his roots: his hometown, Havana, Cuba, the groove of Caribbean tones, good mood and music. Sometimes he plays portraits of music or movie legends, other times he chooses political themes. His true muse can’t be missing: his sister, his preferred,

Why do you feel it was important to be present at this edition, just like the past editions, of Micam? We asked to Annarita Pilotti, CEO of Loriblu.

Micam is a historic event that continues today to be the most important rendezvous for footwear worldwide, a fair to which I have given a lot and to which I owe much. This is why we decided to be present like always, even if the show dates were the same as the presentation of our collection in the Milan showroom, and even if with 500 exhibitors and a business strongly impacted by fears connected to the medical emergency, along with restrictions on international travel. It was however important to be there, believe me, and personally meet up with our customers, while giving a strong signal of continuity and expressing the desire of Italian sector companies to react and keep Micam alive, more than ever before.

It’s important not to spread panic and worry. It’s right to protect the health and safety of yourself and others, but there’s no need to create a climate of generalised fear that will then end up blocking the country with serious repercussions on the general economy.

As a company, how are you facing the new needs of the footwear manufacturing industry?

We are increasingly investing in digital technology, so we are present in the online market not only through the direct sales of our lieve that the digital channel will undergo a fast acceleration in the near future also because of the pandemic, but nevertheless the

bbiamo incontrato Giovanna Ceolini, CEO di Thierry Rabotin in una pausa tra un incontro e l’altro durante l’ultimo giorno di un Micam, quello di settembre 2020, che ha segnato la ripartenza e l’importanza -

Ripartenza dopo lockdown e Covid-19: come avete lavorato e come siete organizzati adesso?

Dopo la chiusura a metà marzo e riapertura metà maggio (con la completa messa in sicurezza dello stabilimento di Parabiago e la nostra ripartenza è stata caratterizzata da un lato da qualche prevedibile annullamento di ordini (pochi per fortuna, i clienti ci hanLavorando con 50 Paesi in tutto il mondo abbiamo vissuto non solo il nostro di lockdown ma anche quello che è avvenuto man mano nelle altre nazioni, che a rotazione hanno chiuso. Durante il lockdown comunque siamo rimasti in contatto costante con tutta sabile per mantenere speranza e spirito positivo.

Adesso, lentamente ma in maniera costante, il comparto moda sta reagendo e mi sembra si sia dimostrato, anche tramite questa edizione di Micam con Mipel e Lineapelle, che le reali sinergie di sistema possano funzionare egregiamente.

La nuova collezione estiva colpisce per come racchiuda lo spirito del marchio e il vostro approccio verso un lusso fatto di forme comode, colori accesi e pellami di qualità. Quali sono state le ispirazioni?

Il nostro designer Massimo Balbini (che collabora con l’azienda dalla sua fondazione e che lavorava gomito a gomito con il compian-

magazzino e coordinandosi per aiutarli nelle vendite. Buona parte della nostra clientela ci conosce e ci segue da anni, capita che una cliente compri 5/6 paia alla volta magari in varie colorazioni. Sono belle soddisfazioni per noi. Ma attenzione: quello che funziona in un Paese può non andare benissimo in un altro, in particolar modo la palette di colori o certe modellerie. E’ a mio avviso fondamentale essere in costante contatto con la rete vendite e soprattutto con la clientela. Ascoltare, interpretare, sempre con lo spirito positivo - e propositivo - che ci contraddistingue.

Restarting after the lockdown and Covid-19: how are you organised as per your work and your factory?

After closing in mid-March and reopening in mid-May (with the adoption of all the safety measures in the Parabiago facility and our restart was characterised on the one hand by some expected orders cancellation (luckily, a few customers continued to support mations, which involved a rush to meet the orders already planned 50 countries around the world meant that we not only had to deal with our own lockdown, but also with what was happening in other countries, which shut down one by one. What were the inspirations?

Our designer Massimo Balbini (who has been collaborating with the company since its foundation and who worked closely with the middle of the lockdown while casually browsing through a photography book on 1960s Africa by Leni Riefenstahl. То, что они не выходят из дома, не ходят на работу, не имеют социальных контактов, вовсе не стимулирует покупки одежды и обуви. Страдают и другие важные отрасли нашей экономики, такие как ресторанный бизнес. Италия нуждается в том, чтобы экономика снова заработала, нужно, чтобы люди вернулись на предприятия, к работе, к нормальной жизни, не забывая при этом о безопасности всех.

Это - молодой, трендовый и динамичный бренд, который мы предлагаем покупателям по более доступным ценам по сравнению с нашим традиционным лейблом Loriblu, продающимся вместе с LRBL в наших монобрендовых бутиках. Возвращение после локдауна и Ковида-19: как вы работали и как сейчас организована работа? После закрытия в середине марта и возобновления работы с середины мая (когда были приняты все меры безопасности на предприятии в Парабиаго и введен посменный график, чтобы не подвергать опасности здоровье наших сотрудников), мы наблюдали, с одной стороны, прогнозируемое аннулирование некоторых заказов (к счастью, оно было незначительным. В этот сложный период нас поддержали наши клиенты). При этом на нас буквально обрушился шквал новых заказов, что заставило ускорить работу, чтобы выполнить уже сделанные заказы и подготовить новую летнюю коллекцию 2021 года. Работая с партнерами из более чем 50 стран, мы стали свидетелями не только локдауна в Италии, но и того, что происходило в других уголках мира, где поочередно тоже все закрывалось. Все это время мы находились в постоянном контакте с нашими поставщиками и с магазинами. Человеческий контакт был необходим, чтобы сохранить надежду и позитивный настрой. Cейчас медленно, но верно индустрия моды восстанавливается, и, как мне кажется, мы увидели, что реальные совместные усилия, в том числе на выставках Микам, Мипель и Линеапелле, дают свои результаты. Ваша новая летняя коллекция впечатляет тем, как в ней сочетается дух бренда и ваше стремление создавать роскошь, используя удобные формы, яркие оттенки и высококачественную кожу. Где вы черпали вдохновение? Наш дизайнер Массимо Балбини (который сотрудничает с компанией с момента ее основания и который работал

рука об руку с ныне покойным Тьерри Работином) создал коллекцию «Весна-Лето 2021» в самый разгар локдауна, случайно перелистывая фотоальбом Лени Рифеншталь об Африке 60-х годов. Не имея возможности путешествовать физически, он совершил путешествие в мир уникальных образов воинов Нуба и их ритуалов нанесения рисунков на тело. Именно так возникла коллекция, в которой преобладают контрастные линии и силуэты, причем не только в черно-белом исполнении, но и в самых ярких цветовых вариациях. Когда мы создаем модели для коллекции, мы представляем себе деловую, практичную женщину, которая рано утром выходит из дома и возвращается только вечером. Она предпочитает комфорт и элегантность. Лейтмотив каждой коллекции – это абсолютное благополучие, а также удобство и легкость в сочетании с мягкой и качественной кожей. Детали, скрытые от глаз – стельки, подложки и задники – придают уникальность нашему бренду: подкладка обуви под маркой «Тьерри Работин» выполнена из голубой тонкой замши, не вызывающей аллергии. Обувь становится еще более комфортной благодаря эластичным деталям и вставкам. Есть ли у компании новые проекты на ближайшее будущее? Несомненное, одна из новинок последнего времени – это запуск линейки сникеров унисекс Fifty-12, которую придумали мои сыновья Андреас и Томас. Она ознаменовала своего рода новый поворот в эволюции бренда Thierry Rabotin. Спортивная обувь этой коллекции имеет стельку, поглощающую удар, которая выполнена из материала порон, который «запоминает» форму стопы. Это обеспечивает максимальный комфорт и позволяет избежать травмирующих движений во время ходьбы. Мы также разработали материал, который сохраняет свои свойства даже при длительной носке. Его мы использовали при создании босоножек для города на толстой подошве, слипонов и сланцев унисекс.

Относительно прошлого года возросла ли у вас доля онлайн продаж по сравнению с традиционными магазинами? Конечно, мы планируем увеличение онлайн продаж (которые действительно выросли во время локдауна), но только так, как мы это понимаем. Обувь под маркой Thierry Rabotin может показаться простой, но ее преимущества, обеспечивающие комфорт, можно понять только тогда, когда вы ее надеваете, сразу же становясь ее поклонником. Поэтому для тех, кто с ней уже знаком, нет проблем в том, чтобы сделать покупку по интернету, но у нового потенциального клиента могут возникнуть определенные сомнения относительно такой обуви, как наша, имеющей очевидные признаки комфортной обуви. Ведь у нас свои размеры и формы, поэтому важно понять, что именно вам подходит, а для этого надо хотя бы раз ее примерить «вживую» и услышать совет продавца бутика, заранее назначив встречу. Так что для нас сейчас важно предложить возможности онлайн магазина тем клиентам, которые уже нас знают, и усилить при этом взаимодействие с реальными магазинами, оптимизировав складскую логистику и координацию усилий, чтобы помочь им с продажами. Значительная часть клиентов хорошо знает нас и остается с нами уже много лет. Бывает, что некоторые из них покупают сразу 5-6 пар в различных цветовых решениях. Для нас это многое значит. Однако то, что работает в одной стране, не обязательно должно подойти для другой. Речь идет, прежде всего, о цветовой палитре или некоторых моделях. Поэтому я считаю очень важным поддерживать постоянный контакт с торговой сетью и, прежде всего, с покупателями. Слышать и давать свою интерпретацию их пожеланиям в позитивном и креативном ключе – это именно то, что нас отличает от других.

Салиной Ферретти, генеральным директором компании Falc, мы обсудили ситуацию на рынке, возобновление выставочной деятельности и перспективы на ближайшие месяцы.

Как и ранее, вы решили принять участие в этой выставке Микам, несмотря на особую ситуацию, которую переживает весь мир и обувная отрасль в результате пандемии... Я считаю, что участие в этой выставке Микам важно для всех. Это важно для самой выставки, которая была и остается самым важным событием в мире обуви, являясь уникальной по своей величине и охвату по типологии продукции. Участие в ней имеет особое значение

и для всей обувной отрасли, поскольку это должно было стать знаковой реакцией на подобную сложную ситуацию, ощутимым подтверждением желания идти вперед, проводить встречи с байерами, обмениваться информацией, укреплять сотрудничество и развивать бизнес. Это было важно для нас как для компании, поскольку таким образом мы подтверждали непрерывность контактов и серьезный подход по отношению к нашим клиентам и всем байерам. Наших клиенты, которые приехали на выставку, также подтвердили в этой особой ситуации те доверительные отношения, которые строились между нами в течение многих лет. Ожидания, которые мы возлагали на выставку, полностью оправдались и даже превзошли наши расчеты: мы встретили всех наших самых важных клиентов, приехавших не только из Италии, но и из Германии, Бельгии, Франции и России. Тот факт, что выставка прошла в уменьшенном формате, имел и свои положительные стороны: если раньше байеры проводили деловые встречи с ограниченным количеством поставщиков, то в этот раз они имели возможность познакомиться с новыми компаниями, завязать контакты, которые в будущем рано или поздно позволят сделать заказы. Учитывая нынешнюю сложную ситуацию, следует, однако, уважать решение тех компаний, которые предпочли воздержаться от участия в выставке из-за опасений, связанных с поездкой и с безопасностью здоровью. При этом я критически отношусь к тем из них, кто отменил свое участие в последний момент, создав тем самым большие трудности для организаторов и дав негативный сигнал всей отрасли. Вы считаете положительным тот факт, что Микам проходила одновременно с другими выставками в области моды, в частности кожгалантерейной продукции, меховых изделий, аксессуаров, кожи и материалов, и за несколько дней до Миланской недели моды? Такие совместные усилия имеют, несомненно, большое значение. Полагаю, байеры получили дополнительные возможности благодаря соединению этих выставочных событий, поскольку это позволило познакомиться с новинками моды по разными видам продукции. Ведь в будущем магазины все больше будут превращаться

в ‘concept store’, где, помимо самой продукции, будут представлены различные концепции и стили жизни. Я думаю, что в этот критический момент успех ждет, прежде всего, те компании (вне зависимости от их размеров), которые предложат правильный продукт и соответствующие коммуникативное сопровождение и форму дистрибуции. Наоборот, небольшое предприятие даже имеет преимущество по отношению к крупному, поскольку оно более гибко и способно быстрее реагировать на изменения рынка. Сегодня, как никогда, нужно смотреть вперед, не оглядываясь назад, адаптироваться, меняться, оставаясь при этом верными своим главным принципам. Нельзя стоять на месте и оплакивать прошлое. Какой, по Вашему мнению, будет роль обувных выставок в ближайшем будущем? Выставки играли и будут играть очень важную роль в установлении новых контактов с байерами и укреплении связей с традиционными клиентами. Они дают уникальную возможность специалистам не только увидеть продукцию, пощупать ее, понять ее характеристики и цену, но и разработать и усилить маркетинговую и коммуникационную стратегию. Зачастую только из личной встречи возникают новые идеи и контакты, которые потом создают возможности для роста и изменений. Какую стратегию вы выбрали на период, который наступит после Ковида? Пандемия ускорила тенденции и изменения, которые уже происходили в экономике и обществе. Мы, как компания, идем по дороге качества и инноваций, которые всегда отличали нашу продукцию, но в то же самое время мы делаем значительные инвестиции в цифровизацию в ее многочисленных проявлениях. И имею в виду, в частности, виртуальные шоурумы, которые дают клиентам возможность делать заказы в течение всего года, причем не только для пополнения ассортимента. Мы полагаем, что это будет очень важный тренд в ближайшем будущем, учитывая, что он уже стал реальностью в Соединенных Штатах, а пандемия лишь заставила заполнить существующий пробел в Европе. В отношениях с покупателями цифровизация также начинает приобретать все большее значение. Речь, например, идет о

возможности для клиентов, с которыми у нас существуют постоянные отношения, получать образцы на дом, чтобы примерить их, а потом решить делать покупку или нет, не приходя при этом в магазин. В будущем возможно время на шоппинг будет тратиться меньше, поскольку покупки все больше будут делаться из дома, как это уже сейчас происходит с едой. Из трендов, которые, несомненно, были ускорены пандемией, это - более внимательное отношение к экологии и, соответственно, продукция, не наносящая ей вред. Что вы делаете в этом направлении? На этой выставке Микам мы представили нашу веганскую капсульную коллекцию, которая вызвала большой интерес, также как и наши модели из органического хлопка. Это подтверждает то, что люди восприимчивы к этим темам. Несомненно, коллекция должна быть красивой, вызывать симпатии и быть комфортной, но сегодня потребителю недостаточно просто купить пару обуви. По сравнению с тем, что было раньше, он более информирован о том, что покупает, и более внимательно относится к экологии и этическим принципам, которые исповедует компанияпроизводитель. С нашей стороны мы делаем небольшие и последовательные шаги в этом направлении, не только, как я уже говорила, в том, что касается подбора материалов для создания нашей продукции, но и в смысле более активного присутствия в регионе, где мы работаем. Ваша компания имеет свои монобрендовые магазины. С Вашей точки зрения, как меняется роль магазина в результате пандемии? Потребитель всегда находится в поисках безопасности и надежности, поэтому магазин, также как и бренд, должны быть в состоянии ему это обеспечить. Это подразумевает не только комфортное и безопасное пространство, где приятно совершать покупки, но и качественную, надежную и инновационную продукцию. Я уверена, что рано или поздно этот вирус уйдет, как пришел, но внимание потребителей к здоровью и безопасности останутся. Как я уже говорила, в этом смысле технологии могут оказать большую помощь, например, дополнив продажи в магазине возможностью совершать покупки из дома.
