Congratulamo-nos com a realização da 27ª edição do SIL, o Salão líder do Imobiliário em Portugal. Esta é uma iniciativa da Fundação AIP, em co-organização com a CML e que conta com a colaboração de entidades como a APPII, a APEMIP, a ASMIP e a ALP.
O SIL é reconhecido como o Marketplace do Imobiliário, ponto de encontro dos Investidores, empresários, técnicos, organismos públicos e público potencial comprador.
No Salão são apresentadas as últimas novidades do sector imobiliário, designadamente novos empreendimentos residenciais, bem como inovações tecnológicas aplicadas à construção e ao mercado imobiliário. É ainda um espaço de debate dos temas atuais do sector levado a cabo pelas principais empresas e entidades intervenientes.
Destacamos o CNN SUMMIT – Portugal Habita, Conferência que abrirá o Evento, focando temáticas ligadas às Políticas Nacionais de Habitação, Reabilitação Urbana, O Futuro do Mercado Imobiliário e as Políticas de Habitação Pública – O Papel das Autarquias, com a participação de Autarcas responsáveis pela gestão das principais cidades do país. Terão ainda lugar as Conferências do SIL INVESTMENT PRO, organizadas em colaboração com o Parceiro Estratégico do SIL, a APPII – Associação Portuguesa de Promotores e Investidores Imobiliários, onde serão abordados temas como a Inteligência Artificial ao Serviço do Imobiliário e Novas Técnicas Construtivas.
O SIL CIDADES reflete a importância inequívoca que os Municípios assumem na captação de investimento nacional e estrangeiro, sendo um importante motor do desenvolvimento económico e social.
A 15ª edição dos Prémios SIL do Imobiliário, dará uma vez mais palco à excelência do sector. Este ano registamos mais de 40 candidaturas e os vencedores serão conhecidos no 1º dia do SIL.
Serão distinguidos projetos nas categorias de Melhor campanha de Lançamento, Responsabilidade Social, Inovação, Construção Sustentável, Melhor Empreendimento Imobiliário e Reabilitação Urbana.

We welcome the 27th edition of SIL, the leading Real Estate Show in Portugal. This is an initiative of the AIP Foundation, in co-organization with CML and with the collaboration of entities such as APPII, APEMIP, ASMIP and ALP.
SIL is recognized as the Real Estate Marketplace, a meeting point for Investors, businesspeople, technicians, public bodies and potential buyers.
The Exhibition presents the latest developments in the real estate sector, namely new residential developments, as well as technological innovations applied to construction and the real estate market. It is also a space for debate on current issues in the sector carried out by the main companies and entities involved.
We highlight CNN SUMMIT – Portugal Habita, the Conference that will open the Event, focusing on themes linked to National Housing Policies, Urban Rehabilitation, The Future of the Real Estate Market and Public Housing Policies – The Role of Local Authorities, with the participation of Mayors responsible for management of the country’s main cities. The SIL INVESTMENT PRO Conferences will also take place, organized in collaboration with SIL’s Strategic Partner, APPII – Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors, where topics such as Artificial Intelligence at the Service of Real Estate and New Construction Techniques will be addressed.
SIL CIDADES reflects the unequivocal importance that Municipalities assume in attracting national and foreign investment, being an important driver of economic and social development.
The 15th edition of the SIL Real Estate Awards will once again give a platform to excellence in the sector. This year we registered more than 40 applications and the winners will be announced on the 1st day of SIL.
Projects will be distinguished in the categories of Best Launch Campaign, Social Responsibility, Innovation, Sustainable Construction, Best Real Estate Development and Urban Rehabilitation.
